Phenomenal staff. I was attending the Irish dancing championship held here the weekend of November 11th. We had a medical emergency and they truly went above and beyond to help us, the security team was incredible, never left our side throughout the whole ordeal. A complementary fruit tray was sent to the room with a handwritten note expressing their concern.
The room we stayed in was beautiful, comfy bed, couch and accessible bathroom for a senior with mobility challenges, and the view was spectacular. We will definitely return!
Here for a con, not to stay overnight. Seems nice enough. Clean. Lots of water everywhere. No complaints.
this whole experience was a total nightmare from start to finish. As soon as I got to the room, I saw a centipede and I might have been a little drunk but I swear I saw like 5 more. On top of that the bed was so tall, I needed a stool to get on top of it. The patio was ugly with trees and bugs everywhere. That's not even the worst part. Got charged 400 dollars for a noise complaint without ANY warning. The head of security whose name was probably Hitler basically attacked the girl I was with and gathered with his security guard bros and had a laugh about the situation we were in. Terrible service, didn't have to be sober to realize that.
Horrible customer sevice! We spend night downtown toronto all the time and i never been treated so rudely before. We will ever be back again and i will ve contacting headoffice!
My stay at the Sheraton was really pleasant. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms offer a neat view as the hotel is very conveniently located downtown. The only negative comment that I have is with regards the pool and fitness facilities. The pool is really wonderful, lap swimmers will appreciate its length and outdoor portion. It however needs some cleaning, and the path from the change and locker rooms really need to be reorganized. The lane's corridor bouees were broken during a portion of my stay, and I was disappointed that it couldnt be fixed quicker as it became difficult to swim in lanes without separation from the children. I also would absolutely not recommend the hotel's coffee shop. The coffee was undrinkable and none of the employees preparing the drinks and food were wearing gloves/hair nets...
It has been awhile since I visited this hotel and while the lobby and most common areas are clean. The pool area is a bit run down and they have removed the hot tub.
Excellent rooms nice and clean and airy with great facilities too
Pool is beautiful!, such a good way to relax and unwind... Rooms are fairly standard but nice! Starbucks coffee in room is a definite perk
Beautiful view of the city, overlooking Nathan Phillips Square.
Great spot for NYE, get a room facing the square and you'll have a prime view of the festivities.
Poorly designed hotel but the staff and the rooms are nice.
It was a place. Things happened. As for who was there, the answer may surprise you: people.
There were people doing things in the place, while stuff happened, and it was, indeed an event.
Some people spoke English. Others, French. I don't speak French, but I pretend to. I think they noticed.
Oh yeah, I shouldn't forget: Microsoft.
I had a nice and comfirtable stay here.. it is located in the heart and accessible to all shops, malls and banks..
Great location in downtown Toronto with clean, comfortable rooms. It also has a large swimming pool and friendly staff
Went to a company meeting. Very nice meeting facilities and catering services.
It was great staying here. The location is central and the staff is very courteous. It's bit expensive but is worth every penny.
Very clean rooms, nice pool area and friendly staff.
Very clean hotel, professional staff, great facilities for conferences
Best hotel we ve stayed in while in Toronto, I wish the hot tub was still there. The only hotel we will stay in when we go back
the hotel is very nice however waiting, billing and charging extras for parking when there is no vehicles,no wi fi, not impressed
This hotel was amazing! The staff were fantastic, genuinely friendly and just wonderful! Our room and room location was outstanding, the pool area was amazing. The food in the restaurant was superb and our waiter gave me the perfect recommendation for lunch. I would recommend this place to anyone! It's the perfect location as well, so close to so many amenities and activities! Cannot wait to go back!
Very clean and well maintained facility with friendly and professional staff. You can't beat the location, direct connection to most of downtown without needing to go outside.
The rooms were very nice and the pool was fantastic! Covered and open sections with a bar in the covered area.
Amazing experience. The valet was friendly and helpful, the front desk staff was patient and the room service was on time with freshly made food ready to order. Would recommend to everyone!!
location cant be beat. building however needs to be cleaned up. It has had too may indifferent updates. Lets get this beauty cleaned up!
Stayed in a single room the room was clean very nice TV bathroom, shower had good pressure and bed was very comfortable
Very good service, good location and spacious rooms
Check in and concierge were friendly and accommodating. Area was great for caribana! There is a shuttle nearby that will take you back to porter airport.
Great location plenty of shops & restaurants within walking distance, 10 minute walk to Union station. Staff at hotel were friendly, helpful & happy to advise; best place to park (across the road on Queen St, Toronto City parking garage), nearest subway stop, time it would take to get across the city in rush hour, etc. Room was clean & comfortable, great view of CN Tower! Would definitely stay here again.
Confusing lobby... looks old.needs renovation. Tables in the lobby infront of the seating sofas are old. Dont know about the rooms etc... as i didnt stay here.
Beautiful lobby, really good customer service, clean and comfortable room.
Really easy to find. Services were great and staff were really friendly.
Very clean and the interior design was great. Captures Toronto's spirt , both old and new. Lobby looked great, and so was the room. Staff were very helpful.
Beautiful and spacious room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location! We were able to walk to Rogers stadium and Kensington market as well as many great restaurants. Never took the car out. Parking is pricey, $50 a day. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is horrible. That is only a problem if you have a lot of hair. Great stay in Toronto, I would highly recommend.
The person that checked me in was exceptional. He filled me in on all aspects of the hotel. Gave me an early check-in, a free pass to the business center on the top floor and combined all of my various Starwood points into one account - all without me asking. The room was great and the place fresh. A very good hotel overall.
Always feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @joerazz
It's in the city center, walking distance from everything and clean.
Lovely place. Good view of CN Tower from our room. Takes a while to get your car brought up when it's busy, but calling ahead makes it go quicker.
Staff were not the usual Canadian friendly I'm used to encountering. Had trouble with my room key and had to stand in line each time. Not very happy this time.
Great location and large lobby to get some work done.
Here for CMW, great conference rooms, well organized & staff are very helpful
Nice rooms. Here for a conference... Lovely staff. BnB restaurant can be skipped... Typical hotel fare. Amazing pool and workout space. Close to the financial district.
Nice rooms and services. Location is great if you have to work in downtown.
I wasn't a guest, but was picking up a friend from the hotel. The roundabout drop off area off of Richmond was insanely busy but the valet attendant was very good at keeping it flowing and unblocked.
The hotel is trash. But the INTERNATIONAL NEWS convenience store is very A1 quality with all the good books, newspapers, and very top A1 quality custoomer service. VeryVery congrajulays and may the top blessing to the owner of this shop! All the other convenice store are very third class bad kwality & costumer service.
Merry chrimmas to all
Have a good year
The lobby is beautiful. We did not use the hotel services.
Very good view of the plaza de toronto. Great service.
Spacious rooms
I attended the Invictus closing ceremony after party. The staff were attentive and courteous. We also spent some time in the rooms and I found them very clean and well maintained.
I had a nicely decorated room there, clean, no noise, great view on City Hall. Friendly staff.
Clean rooms, friendly staff. Food was fairly good for a large corporate event.
Large clean rooms, comfortable beds, polite and helpful staff. No complaints really. Very nice lobby and conference rooms, this is I think the best all around experience when being sent to a conference or what have you.
Old decor but great location. Hotel claims to be 5 star but is really like a 4 star tho
Location was perfect. I had a freedom mobile road show conference. And the service was awesome. Food was great. The event was really fun, the staff was nice and helpful when I arrived. Parking was really easy to find. We were having out conference in the second basement level. Washrooms were really clean and the area was nice and fancy and clean as well. Overall, great time at the Sheraton Toronto centre
Very accommodating ,helpful and polite staff !!!. Clean, well layed out . Love the facilities.
Not a 5 star boutique, but a 4 star whose service is on par with one. Everything about this hotel works wonderfully. The rooms are comfortable, and a good size (travelling with baby). The pool is nice, and the fitness area is amongst the best I've seen at a hotel. Location puts you in the financial district, so high end restaurants are plentiful. Standard foods are easily found as well (Shopsys restaurant is part of the hotel, and theres a food court under the hotel as part of PATH). There's a subway stop directly across the street, and its only 1km to the cities main attractions. I've stayed here before, and despite not being a loyalty card member this is always the hotel I check pricing on first.
Nice ballroom for business events. A bit of noice from subway every couple minutes though.
Was there for a conference accommodated 1400 people
This hotel is fine. Excellent location, comfortable well fitted out room and get as high up as you can to avoid traffic noise and get superb views over the city. ultimately its a very large chain hotel with many conferences and meetings
Pool is freezing. The pool goes outside and is open to the outside even on a -9 Feb day. The air and water in the pool area is ridiculously cold.
Great location, within walking distance to theaters, art gallery and second city comedy. Very good fitness center. Public parking across the street is good alternative to valet parking. Would definitely stay again.
Bar said cash only but there was confusion and it wasn't, poorly organized.
Great location and property. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room was very clean, but felt slightly dated. Pool was great, and the gym looked well stocked with many machines /free weights. Will definitely consider this hotel when staying overnight in Toronto (depending on price)
