I prefer to stay in the smaller tower. The main tower has at times a long wait for the elevators. Opposed to the smaller tower. Also there is an entrance/exit close by to the elevators. Whereas the main tower has you walking more through sometimes crowds to reach the doors outside. The rooms are standard with a comfortable bed and decent size washroom. Location is also fine with access to everything close by.

Recommended by virtue of the convenient location, views, quality of upkeep and the building, and the responsiveness of the staff. Further Moretz include a beautiful lobby, wonderful historical photos and artwork suitable to place, capacious ballrooms, and well equipped and meeting rooms with quality furnishings. The club dining room on the 43rd floor has some remarkably replete set of breakfast options, and a spectacular set of use of downtown Toronto. The hotel also benefits from an in House restaurant, a fitness center, into pool. Those who enjoy such services we'll also find the presents of the concierge an asset. There seems to be a steady flow taxis into the hotel's drop off area, in the hotel is in about 12 minutes walking distance of Union station, where it's easy to catch the union Pearson Express that rapidly shuttles customers right into the terminals at Toronto's Pearson International airport. My one negative experience, however, is worth relating: Despite having previously informed the hotel of my late evening arrival required by my flight arrival time, the hotel had decided to book out my room prior to my arrival. They informed me upon my arrival that they it made this mistake and apologized, and offered me a refund of $140 if I would be willing to stay in a rum not normally serving as guest sleeping quarters, with a rollaway bed provided to me. the provided to me was a beautiful meeting room, with its own bathroom, and a beautiful view of downtown Toronto, but, as they warned me, the bed did take 20 to 30 minutes to be delivered. While I was ok with this strong discount in the price of the room, and had work to do late in the evening that avoided me suffering any inconvenience due to the delayed arrival of the bed, and was glad to forgo immediate availability of my bed just secure such economies, I recognize that not all travelers at midnight would find that an acceptable option. I viewed it as a acceptable deal, but others may view it as a cautionary tale. In general, I find it objectionable and arguably unethical for hotels to give out one's room because of a late arrival, particularly when one has warned the hotel ahead of time that a late check-in is anticipated.
Excellent location for conventions! Staff kept the areas clean and the water flowing. We were attending a board game convention and the venue was super well set up to accommodate the amount of people without it feeling like there were a lot of people. Super convenient to get to by public transit. Very easy to travel underground to other nearby locations.
Nice but a little dated. It appears they are working to revitalize a bit. Definitely worth it for the location and a cheaper price than many other hotels in the area
Long line at check in, room service was ridiculously priced. There's a delivery fee and room service charge and gratuity added. Order a dish for $16 and came to $27, with no choice given on tipping!
High speed internet is not the only thing that you guys focus on! Guys were have your service gone? I came here for dinner with my husband and he got very angry with the rude behavior of the staff! Please guys try to improve your service like how you did with internet access!
I thought it was a great experience. The room was cozy and clean, the bed was fabulous and there was a nice sized bathroom. I slept like a baby. The pool was great, nice and big! I really enjoyed my time at this Sheraton and will definitely book again!
The Sheraron Centre Hotel is always busy and always available. I like the fact that when one calls, one gets a real-live operator to manage my call. The concierge Andrew and the Bell Captain Godfrey are old-world attentive. The rooms are reasonably up-to-date; the best feature of this property is: Location Location Location.
Great stay at this hotel. First room I was given was too close to elevators and the mechanical noise was too much. But staff at the lobby (Tania & Stephie) was very accommodating and gave me a second room right away. note for the techies : Bring your own HDMI cable to watch your movies. and if you have an android device, you'll need an audio cable to use the clock speakers.
Service was excellent, room was clean and well decorated, room service was fast, hot, and tasty and very nice hotel in a great location rugh across from Nathan Phills square. But no mini fridge so 1 star.
Only visited to deliver beer to a room but the hotel is located right downtown and the rooms were very nice. Great staff and reception, can't comment on prices but seems like an amazing place to stay.
Hotel was great. The gentleman at the check-in desk was very helpful and polite. He upgraded our room to a junior suite which was very nice as my girlfriend I were there celebrating. Check-in check-out was easy. Parking was a little weird but because we were they're over the weekend we were able to park across the street at the city hall garage for like $6 a day.
Fairly typical Sheraton. Nice but way overpriced for what you actually get. Breakfast ridiculously expensive. Paid 35 can. Dollars for a cooked breakfast first day.
It is in remodeling work, upon arrival they gave me a room without remodeling that they should be ashamed to offer to a guest, after expressing my disagreement they gave us a remodeled room that is not bad. But I still don't recommend it because they have employees who steal, since my husband's Christian Dior glasses, a shirt and Hugo Boss pants disappeared from our room. They told me that they were going to investigate and that they would look for them but that it seemed very strange to them because their employees did not take the things of the guests. So I imagine then that the hotel has scares, and they took other things, careful !!! Once back in my country, Guatemala, I called again, but of course they found nothing. It's a pity that I have. Dishonest people working in their hotels. They should check the employees and investigate them well.
On two occasions we needed a few small things delivered to our room. Both items (a vase and a kettle) each took 1hr to be delivered, and the kettle didn t function. I didn t find the service to be exceptional and nor did I find the concierge had a decent understanding of the local restaurant scene which was disappointing. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The location is prime and the fitness facility is very good. Compared to other major chain hotels I ve recently experienced, I did not find this hotel very competitive.
The hotel was nice, check in was fast, rooms were good. Food was horrible though. We ate at the breakfast that was offering a buffet on Sunday April 3rd. Very limited selection, food was cold in the pans, service was ok. Price was 150.00 CAD for 4 of us, would of been better off having 20$ worth of McDonalds hashbrowns. If you stay here (especially if there is a large conference going on) eat off property, staffing levels in the restaurants were not ample to keep up with demand.
A wonderfully located hotel. Service was great. The lounge is very nice. The gym is also very good considering it's the gym of a hotel. The views from the hotel are great, but the rooms are a little outdated.
Nice enough hotel with a decent outdoor pool in the summer time. I have stayed here a few times and am always pleased. There are certainly fancier hotels, but this is quite nice if you are in Toronto on business.
Perfect location to visit downtown Toronto... right across from Nathan Philips Square and couple minutes walk from Eatons Center as well as all the shops and bars on Queen St.
Checkin is average for any busy hotel in Toronto. Front staff are great and explained everything for our stay. Rooms are very modern, clean and fresh! Updated washroom with dual head shower, nice bonus. The room service was great and prices are average for hotel food but the food was great! We ordered the market burgers and chocolate cake for desert. Would recommend this hotel!
