Room was great and it was nice that we had a view of city hall. When I checked in the lady saw I had a small child and put a free movie on our account. I thought that was very nice of her.
BEST hotel in downtown Toronto for the $$... Heavenly beds are heavenly!
Good location in downtown Toronto. Fast, polite and efficient staff. Modern and nicely appointed rooms but any rooms near the elevators are very noisy 24 hours a day. Great service in restaurants but food doesn't live up to expectations.
Great location, staff was very professional and helpful. Only complaint is nothing is included in the price so beware. Had to pay 15$ for wifi and had to park in a nearby lot cause they didn't have any of their own. Overall great experience.
The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel was the perfect spot to spend a night in the downtown core with my parents. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and provided us great service. Our room even had a view of the famous Toronto sign!
Very nice and clean. Really love the indoor and outdoor pools, specially in winter
Love the hotel. Great views and surrounded by a lot of activities to do
A decent Sheraton in central location, primarily a conference hotel.
I visited him for a work situation and I loved it, especially his huge terrace where they do events
Nice hotel. Came here for an event. Room was fairly clean except for a few little things. Some of the services such as internet were a little confusing to set up but once that was settled it was good. Would be nice if wifi or corded internet was free or easier to get free.
Great hotel in great location. 15 minutes walk from Union Station. Great customer service, clean spacious rooms. I'd recommend higher floors to avoid noise and bustle from streets below and also, as a bonus, for a great view of the city.
One of the better hotels to stay in for your money, always a good sleep
A beautiful location. I love that you can get to it from the PATH. Staff were super friendly. The view from the 42nd floor is stunning.
Loved the view from the 11th floor towards the Toronto sign. The room was nice, too. Go to the basement floor for coffee.
I like the outdoor waterfall that is I inside the hotel.
Kevin at the front desk was so nice! I would have given 5 stars, but the food in the club lounge was basically inedible.
My go to hotel when in the area. The rooms are all nicely renovated, and the staff are great. I'm here a lot so some of them know me by now, but watching interactions with other guests continues to reinforce that they're here to make your stay great. The location couldn't be better whether you're working or here to play, with easy waking access to the financial district, Rogers Centre, the opera, shopping, and plenty of other cultural gems.
Nice hotel, however front desk staff could be more pleasant and quite a few IT issues....
The decoration is beautiful. I had a nice view from the 21st floor and the room was of a decent size.
Beautiful hotel with such a friendly staff. As soon as we walked in, everyone was so nice and ready to get us checked in. The room was clean and house keeping was wonderful
in getting us everything that we needed. Beautiful view in the Richmond tower. We could see Nathan Philips square right outside our window. The BNB restaurant downstairs is pretty good. The menu isn t extensive but good enough for a quick dinner when we got in and breakfast.
Great location to explore downtown TO. Free shuttle to Exhibition place for the TO Boatshow.
Most comfortable beds around. Staff are lovely and I appreciate the room cleaning options. Food and service at the restaurant was really good. Highly recommend this hotel.
Amazing hotel, great spot. I didn't even need to use my car the entire time I was there. 10/10 would recommend.
Overall great hotel. It deserves a five-star since it's got the best location in downtown Toronto. Hotel staffs were really helpful and friendly as they helped us print our Greyhound tickets.
It is an expensive hotel but it deserves the price.
They did a great job with setting up the event and providing food. Every staff member was courteous and polite. It was a very enjoyable event because of them.
Went to Sheraton Centre Hotel for a worl conferrence. Banquet hall was nicely furnished. Washrooms were hard to find and some of them requires guest room card to unlock
Very elegant but poor management, found the Room to be redone ... at 11.30 pm!
Attended company event here and had great service all around. No complaints.

Excellent experience, nice rooms, great pool, perfect staff. Definitely worth mentioning that this is the best place to stay in Toronto.
It was a good visit, no issues. but disappointed that the complimentary lotions was so little for two people
Quiet with great views. Every staff member I have interacted with has been kind and friendly.
Lovely hotel, fabulous rooms and bed was amazing, lovely staff , great location.
Met with a friend staying at the venue and upgraded him with my SPG membership. Staff is super courteous and helpful, and the place looks gorgeous. Didn't have chance looking at the rooms but believe it'll be good stay out. Great amenity too :)
Great location, modern facilities, many attractions within walking distance, subway entrance one block away.
Amazing atmosphere. Great view onto the new and old Town Hall from our room on the 33rd floor! Literally around the corner from Drake's restaurant. Direct access to the PATH from the hotel elevator. Room service, breakfast was great too.
My stay there was top notch. I enjoyed the surrounding areas without having to go outside in the rain. The breakfast buffet was a great start to the morning ahead. The staff service here is wonderful. Thank you all
Haven't stayed at this hotel in a few years, a lot has changed. They have removed bathtubs from the regular rooms, and removed the hot tub from the pool area. No fridges or microwaves in suite either which was disappointing. Very clean rooms as usual, friendly and helpful staff. Pool was clean other than a few expected leaves, perfect temp to enjoy under the stars on a chilly November evening. Loved the gym - the equipment looks brand new and the gym is clean, bright, and well designed.
An fyi for anyone looking to stay and enjoy the luxury of all the shops on the path, most of them didn't open for the entire weekend at any time (posted hours showed they should be open and there was still merchandise inside?). So not much to stop for en route underground to the Eaton Centre.
The hotel was excellent, when we arrived after a long 12+hours flight, it was great to be told we was going to be upgraded. (It was even better because it was our honeymoon) the room was very well cleaned everyday, it was very spacious and the hotel was very well maintained. We even found the underground shopping area called "Path" connected to the hotel. It was the very first hotel I've ever stayed in that had a waterfall inside. The staff where excellent and very knowledgeable about the trips they provide.
Great service and convenient location. It was beautifully decorated for the holidays.
Great venue. Beautiful lobby, quick and courteous check in, rooms are comfortable with good views. Will be back.
Attended a conference, staff were timely and the food was good.
The room was extremely comfortable (balcony included) and guest services was very timely. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay (10 pounds of bacon please). The reason for losing a star is that they lost our reservation and it took 30 minutes standing in the lobby to check in after a 4 hour drive.
Was a good experience but nothing special, even though we received a "free upgrade". Also you needed to give your email and sign up for their rewards program for free wifi
Prime location right next to the city hall, accessible to downtown area. My room has a large TV and view looks right outside of the city hall.
Very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.
Travel agent rated: Great location, very exquisite food and top service! ALL EMPLOYEES were very, very professional and friendly - that's what makes this hotel.
Beautiful hotel right in downtown Toronto. Great amenities, close to everything. Very impressed.
This is a great property. I have been coming here for years. The staff is beyond nice and accommodating. The outside facade could use a bit of work and freshening up but it has been a dominant feature on the Toronto skyline for decades. The rooms are nice and clean and this location has a lot of potential and features for the business Traveller and business user. The lounge on the 43rd floor is absolutely spectacular and has excellent amenities.
Had to stop by the hotel to make use of their business centre the lobby was beautiful with a large selection of stores and restaurants.
I agree that for the price - doesn't measure up. We were given poor instruction on how to find the elevator that would take us to our room. No Wi-Fi, microwave, or refrigerator in our room. We had requested a king-size bed but were given a room with two queens. There were no instructions for anyone to see how to use the Sheraton's computers and we were unable to figure out how to get to our email. There was no one at the concierge's desk whenever we passed by. Suggest putting in each room information on things to do in Toronto for visitors and suggestions on how to get to these attractions. Also need to put a small 10"x12" drop-down shelf next to bed(s) side(s) that do not have a night stand for guest to put glasses, hearing aids and other small items.
No way would we book this hotel again!
very good location close to the Eaton centre which can be reached underground. the rooms are clean and modern and the beds are very comfortable. I wish they didn't charge so much for internet though.
Beautiful hotel, went for an event happening in the dominion ballroom. Event was great and the hotel staff were helpful when we asked where to find the room.
Extortion of $369 on a Saturday night!! Front desk hung up on me when I balked at the price. Terrible management DO NOT GO THERE!
