Right in the heart of downtown Toronto across the street from Nathan Phillips Square is the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel. The Club lounge on the 43rd floor has an amazing view of the city. The hotel's pool is inside and outside year round. The hot tub was out of service which was the only room for improvement.

This Sheraton is giant - the second biggest Sheraton in the world, actually. It connects to a mall/concourse of shops, so you could stay like a month without ever needing to venture out into the real world.

I particularly enjoyed the waterfall in the little courtyard, as well as their efforts to help bees! Our room was not ready for check-in an hour early, but we were offered access to the locker room so we could change clothes, and were able to stow our bags in the luggage room.

The bed was pretty standard for a Sheraton. Slight rip in the sheets on mine, but whatever. Water temperature got hot and our room appeared to be clean. Wi-Fi worked fine.

We stayed in The Prime Minister Suite which was accompanied by stunning views of the entire city, and a lot of space. The staff was extremely caring, and made sure that we had a five star experience during our stay. Will be back to the hotel in the future

Always a lovely hotel. A tad hard to find your way around in the PATH but landmarks soon become familiar. Expect to pay a lot for food in the hotel, but that is to be expected. There are plenty of other alternatives close by.

Sophisticated comfort and style but not pretentious, Sheraton Centre Toronto is steps from the heart of it all... literally. Located across from Torontos City Hall and within arms reach of the Opera, five star dining and shopping, who wouldnt find reason to escape here.

I stayed here for work as I had to attend a 3 day conference. The hotel is nice. But I have to say I was disappointed with a few things. First off, $50 parking for the day? I think that's a little outrageous. The hotel room itself was very high. I paid upwards of 300 for my room per night and the additional costs are crazy. In not asking for motel prices but something more reasonable should be offered. Secondly, there's a big TV in the room which I was impressed with, but the channel selection is weak. One TSN channel out of 5, and even that was not in HD. What is the point of a 40"+ TV if the channels are not in HD? With the cost per night, I should have every channel I can think of in my room. I was on a spg preferred floor, but the room also lacked any of the additional SG member amenities in the room. Overall, I wasn't too happy with my stay and could have easily stayed at a comparable hotel near my conference.

This hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nice, staff is friendly. I only have one major complaint, the clock towers that ring every hour and every 15 minutes. If you are a light sleeper, it will keep you up or wake you. The combination indoor and outdoor pool is really cool.

My wife and two friends arrived in Toronto on June 14 for my wife s Birthday. We were immediately greeted with a smile by valet. After a very easy check in we went to our rooms to freshen up. The rooms are amazing clean carpets, wall, and fixtures. The room temperature upon arriving was perfect. This location had plenty of great restaurants near by and plenty to do in the area. This will be my go to location when ever I visit Toronto!

Service was impeccable, room was beautiful. I would however suggest bringing your own pillow unless you like super soft pillows with no support. If you do Valet call down 20 min before you are ready to leave unless you want to wait in the lobby for 20-25 minutes. The catering for the event was amazing, delicious 4 course dinner, and a yummy buffet breakfast.
