This Christmas in Toronto was absolutely fantastic. Checked in on a Friday, there was a small line. There were ample associates who moved quickly and courteously through the line. We stayed for 6 days. Our view from the 26th floor was of Beautiful Toronto Sign City Hall and the ice rink. While we were there we found parking for 8.00 a day under the ice rink. We traveled by uber to main attractions such as The Toronto Aquarium, The Royal Ontario Museum, and The Christmas Market. Transportation from The Sheraton Eaton Center was fast and saved our Vacation as driving in unfamiliar areas can be stressful. The best part was the mall accessible fron the hotel. The Hotel was very clean staff extra friendly and accommodating. I need to mention, Bridgid Salzberg and Andrew Smith and Grace. They really gave exemplary Customer Service. They were so gracious and personalable. Grace treated our 7 yo like a king, showing him all available food options to him, she even gave him a gift. Brigid went out of her way to get us Breakfast for our Niagra tour bus ride. We scheduled through the concierge. It meant so much to be remembered. Andrew was also very engaging. Shared a picture of his dog as were were missing ours terribly. I have attached some pictures.

Whenever I have to stay in the city, I like to stay here. The view of city hall is unparalleled and they have one of the only indoor/outdoor pools in the city. The staff here are usually polite and friendly. The rooms themselves tend to have an aged look which comes with being so old. One of the things that needs to improve is the lack of free wi-fi for guests staying at the hotel. It's such a standard item at most hotels now that not having it is really unusual.

Good rooms but ludicriously priced meals, and impossible to get onto the internet. Very stingy and archaic method to get online, and when at last you do, even if you book a room it will cost you quite a bit per day to get online, most More

Great location across from city hall. Had a room on 32nd floor overlooking city hall and Nathan Phillips Square. Valet parking is a rip off $55 don't do it. Self parking underground across the street is around 20 bucks and its connected to the hotel by underground tunnel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only negative experience in the room was the flashing light from the router behind the desk. This thing is bright enough it could be used to guide in a plane at Pearson. Luckily if you unplug the ethernet cable it goes out. All in all a great experience would gladly stay again.

In the heart of downtown, it is located close to many hot spots. I was only there for a professional function in the evening but the single concierge at the front desk was simply very slow.

The rooms are nice and there is a 25m (approx) pool. The location is also as good as you are likely to get. You can get to anything in central Toronto that is not immediately within reach via the underground path, which the hotel links into. However service is poor:
- long check in lines
- broken elevators
- hotel bar closed without proper explanation, even rudeness from security
- limited assistance in obtaining airport transport
- pool not kept that clean
- wifi is an additional charge

Some of these things may have been temporary in nature, but I would consider carefully before choosing to stay here.

Great experience. Check in staff friendly, hotel was very clean, pool area a bit dated but clean and lots of seating. Stayed in Garden View King Suite - probably wouldnt stay in that room as there was a slight smell of cigerette smoke.

A wonderful experience. Overall, great service. Very straightforward check in and out process. Rooms is good shape. Pool area beautiful. Swimming in the midst of skyscrapers. I used the coffee shop. Excellent coffee at reasonable price. Really peaceful lobby area.

I attended a one-day workshop in the hotel. A nice-looking place, conveniently located. You can park at the City Hall across the street. Clean washrooms, sufficient catering, the conference room was not large, but well ventilated.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded our room for us, to a room with a spectacular view because it was our anniversary.

The proximity to Nathan Phillips Square snd other attractions would be absolutely perfect for tourists- although we do live in Toronto, we still took the opportunity to sight-see and the location couldn t have been better.

All in all, totally wonderful experience.

I attended a workshop at the Sheraton Centre for four days. I found the hotel facilities for the workshop nice but the room was freezing. We asked repeatedly for it to be fixed but the hotel wasn't very responsive.

Terrible customer service from Parking and bell service to the check in. Charging a premium to be on one side of a hotel ($75) just to view city fireworks?! Not worth it.
Refused the exploitation and offered a city view with view of the CN tower and all I see is construction and buildings.
This hotel over charges for SUBPAR quality. Certainly not luxury, not even up-to date in style.
Save yourself the disappointment and stay else where!

Our overnight stay was very pleasant. We were greeted and checked in by a lovely young lady with a big smile. She was pleasant and informative throughout our conversation. The lobbies, elevators and the hallways were clean and immaculate. Our suite overlooking the City Hall, Nathan Philip Square and the Osgoode complex was spectacular. Showing all the recently built structures of the Toronto skylines in the distance. But the best experience was their beddings! The kingsized bed was the plushiest and comfortable I've ever encountered from all our hotel stays. Not to mention, I was greeted with smiles, good mornings and wishes of returning to the Sheraton on my way out from the service staff. In all, this was my best stay at the Sheraton and we've utilized the Downtown Toronto Sheraton since the 70's. Excellent work Sheraton Hotel Management!
