One of the GOAT hotels in Toronto. Always have a great experience coming here. A central location and easy to get underground to a lot of places in the winter.
This Christmas in Toronto was absolutely fantastic. Checked in on a Friday, there was a small line. There were ample associates who moved quickly and courteously through the line. We stayed for 6 days. Our view from the 26th floor was of Beautiful Toronto Sign City Hall and the ice rink. While we were there we found parking for 8.00 a day under the ice rink. We traveled by uber to main attractions such as The Toronto Aquarium, The Royal Ontario Museum, and The Christmas Market. Transportation from The Sheraton Eaton Center was fast and saved our Vacation as driving in unfamiliar areas can be stressful. The best part was the mall accessible fron the hotel. The Hotel was very clean staff extra friendly and accommodating. I need to mention, Bridgid Salzberg and Andrew Smith and Grace. They really gave exemplary Customer Service. They were so gracious and personalable. Grace treated our 7 yo like a king, showing him all available food options to him, she even gave him a gift. Brigid went out of her way to get us Breakfast for our Niagra tour bus ride. We scheduled through the concierge. It meant so much to be remembered. Andrew was also very engaging. Shared a picture of his dog as were were missing ours terribly. I have attached some pictures.
Huge tower with nice, but a but oldish rooms at very fair prices! Enrol to spg membership to get free wifi!
Whenever I have to stay in the city, I like to stay here. The view of city hall is unparalleled and they have one of the only indoor/outdoor pools in the city. The staff here are usually polite and friendly. The rooms themselves tend to have an aged look which comes with being so old. One of the things that needs to improve is the lack of free wi-fi for guests staying at the hotel. It's such a standard item at most hotels now that not having it is really unusual.
Good rooms but ludicriously priced meals, and impossible to get onto the internet. Very stingy and archaic method to get online, and when at last you do, even if you book a room it will cost you quite a bit per day to get online, most More
Really like this hotel, this marks the 3rd time I stayed here, and it's impressed me every time. Would recommend; 10/10
Fine central hotel, comfortable but not fantastic. Thankfully renovated -- rooms needed the reno. Great lounge.
Very nice hotel. Great location. Grandkids had a great time!
Great check-in that went quickly and got us to our room in just a few minutes. Large gym with pool and area for laying out. Concierge was super helpful. Great hotel!
Friendly an informative staff, well managed and very clean. Second time there and it's always a pleasure to stay.
Great location across from city hall. Had a room on 32nd floor overlooking city hall and Nathan Phillips Square. Valet parking is a rip off $55 don't do it. Self parking underground across the street is around 20 bucks and its connected to the hotel by underground tunnel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Only negative experience in the room was the flashing light from the router behind the desk. This thing is bright enough it could be used to guide in a plane at Pearson. Luckily if you unplug the ethernet cable it goes out. All in all a great experience would gladly stay again.
WIFI was good. Water pressure and temperature just right. Mattress and pillows were too soft, however, and caused neck/back discomfort
Very refined place. A bit difficult to navigate but very helpful staff.
Comfortable lobby on the Phone that allowed me to take a call before continuing on my way.
Nice, clean and simple. I expected more for the price.
This hotel is at such a great location. Spacious rooms, excellent service.
Great hotel. Stay there whenever we go to Toronto. Great location. Subway nearby. Great pool.
Hotel decor is excellent. Entire center is well maintained.
In the heart of downtown, it is located close to many hot spots. I was only there for a professional function in the evening but the single concierge at the front desk was simply very slow.
Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean and large. The restaurants need a refresh.
The rooms are nice and there is a 25m (approx) pool. The location is also as good as you are likely to get. You can get to anything in central Toronto that is not immediately within reach via the underground path, which the hotel links into. However service is poor:
- long check in lines
- broken elevators
- hotel bar closed without proper explanation, even rudeness from security
- limited assistance in obtaining airport transport
- pool not kept that clean
- wifi is an additional charge
Some of these things may have been temporary in nature, but I would consider carefully before choosing to stay here.
Great nice clean place. Very expensive to park. $52.00 VIP parking.
They , the staff makes you feel important especially when checking in and out !!!
Great rooms and great room service! A little congested around meal times but otherwise very clean and well put together hotel.
Check in was a bit slow, but the hotel was completely booked and so I understand the staff were doing they best they could. Service has been great and the rooms are lovely.
I went by for to meet with someone at M Square Coffee. They have a lot more stores and pop-ups indoors on the lower floor.
Quick and easy check-in and check-out, with a very friendly staff. The room was large with a great view and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Very central in the city and good hotel with many services and good breakfast buffet
The staff there is very helpful and went out of their way to help.
Very nice hotel. Excellent location in the business center. Perfect for a business trip. The services offered are however expensive
Great experience. Check in staff friendly, hotel was very clean, pool area a bit dated but clean and lots of seating. Stayed in Garden View King Suite - probably wouldnt stay in that room as there was a slight smell of cigerette smoke.
A wonderful experience. Overall, great service. Very straightforward check in and out process. Rooms is good shape. Pool area beautiful. Swimming in the midst of skyscrapers. I used the coffee shop. Excellent coffee at reasonable price. Really peaceful lobby area.
Amazing rooms for the price, awesome service and cool views.
A rather old hotel, and only offers wifi to gold and platinum SPG members. Not a top choice for Toronto hotels
I attended a one-day workshop in the hotel. A nice-looking place, conveniently located. You can park at the City Hall across the street. Clean washrooms, sufficient catering, the conference room was not large, but well ventilated.
Staff were incredibly helpful, room was clean and the breakfast was enjoyable
Staff was very helpful when I needed to find the room my event was at.
Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Love that it is connected to the PATH maze
Room is great, staff are great. No free WiFi (15$ per day) and no free parking hence only 3 stars
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They even upgraded our room for us, to a room with a spectacular view because it was our anniversary.
The proximity to Nathan Phillips Square snd other attractions would be absolutely perfect for tourists- although we do live in Toronto, we still took the opportunity to sight-see and the location couldn t have been better.
All in all, totally wonderful experience.
I attended a workshop at the Sheraton Centre for four days. I found the hotel facilities for the workshop nice but the room was freezing. We asked repeatedly for it to be fixed but the hotel wasn't very responsive.
Beautiful hotel and exceptional service. The staff are super kind and helpful. We will be back.
Very nice and clean hotel. It's in a great location also.
I ate at Quinn's steakhouse for a private party and it was excellent. Great service, great food. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal.
Perfect location, staff was great, venue for the party was awesome
Service really great, view amazing Toronto freezing
A very busy downtown hotel, a professional staff keep this place on point ensuring guest satisfaction.
Amazing staff! Great clean rooms. Very close to everywhere we needed to ho!
It's a standard upscale hotel with all the expected amenities. Great location.
Our stay was pleasant apart from a fire alarm at 3am! Breakfast at the restaurant was very good.
Terrible customer service from Parking and bell service to the check in. Charging a premium to be on one side of a hotel ($75) just to view city fireworks?! Not worth it.
Refused the exploitation and offered a city view with view of the CN tower and all I see is construction and buildings.
This hotel over charges for SUBPAR quality. Certainly not luxury, not even up-to date in style.
Save yourself the disappointment and stay else where!
Classic hotel. Great lobby and restaurants. Not sure how the rooms are
Our overnight stay was very pleasant. We were greeted and checked in by a lovely young lady with a big smile. She was pleasant and informative throughout our conversation. The lobbies, elevators and the hallways were clean and immaculate. Our suite overlooking the City Hall, Nathan Philip Square and the Osgoode complex was spectacular. Showing all the recently built structures of the Toronto skylines in the distance. But the best experience was their beddings! The kingsized bed was the plushiest and comfortable I've ever encountered from all our hotel stays. Not to mention, I was greeted with smiles, good mornings and wishes of returning to the Sheraton on my way out from the service staff. In all, this was my best stay at the Sheraton and we've utilized the Downtown Toronto Sheraton since the 70's. Excellent work Sheraton Hotel Management!
Nice rooms.Clean with great views. Beds are comfortable. Many great restaurants within walking distance.
This is a staple joint for conferences in Toronto. Get there early because it is a very large building. Staff are friendly and will show you where to go.
Awesome location, right near everything downtown. Beautiful hotel, the staff couldve been a bit friendlier and enthusiastic.
