What a great hotel. I have stayed at many hotels in Toronto and this is by far the best I've stayed at. The front desk employees are so kind, the hotel is very clean and the pool area is a great place to relax. We had a great time here and we will be back soon.
Thanks for the great experience Sheraton.

Absolutely stunning hotel right in the heart of Toronto with spectacular views of either city hall or the CN tower. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. I recommend parking at the green p lot across the street to save money. The hotel has quick and easy access to streetcars and subways to get you anywhere you want to go.

Hotel is centrally located in downtown Toronto. Check in was slower than usual, there was no gold or platinum check in line which was disappointing after coming in from a late flight at 1:00 am. The room that was given to me was at the older Richmond towers. It seems that in the middle of renovations in their main towers. Room was large, TV was huge greater at least 60". Bed was very comfortable. It seems they're cutting back on bathroom amenities just 1 little bottle of shampoo and conditioner, no shaving or mouthwash products. Try to stay away from even numbers as there's construction early in the morning. I tried the restaurant at the lobby and had a cheeseburger which would rate 4/5. Check out was relatively fast. Overall my stay was rated acceptable.

So your friend is in from out of town and staying at the Sheraton. You drive downtown, parking is a mess. You ask the valet, hey bud, I'm just staying for a beer and there are 30 empty spots by the entrance, can I park here? The valet wants your kidney in return. You leave, find a spot, head back and the concierge is gone for the night. You find yourself asking isn't this a swank hotel on queen street? You ask the bagman where the bar is. He directs you to the restaurant. You finally find your friend and you don't even want to to know how badly a beer would hurt your wallet. He's just finished his beer and so you are like you're only in Toronto for a few days, you want to spend it at the hotel bar? Long story short we went to sneaky Dee's and got nachos instead.

Overall a good hotel. Good location. I would stay here again. The pool is usually very busy with kids on weekends and has a very strange change room setup. The room is nice and cheap parking across the street at the green p city hall.

Was here for a conference. The food was really good but the technical support was pretty terrible. Several presentations were significantly impacted by simple things like audio not playing over loud speakers.

The Chem Eng 2018 conference was held at this hotel and the overall experience was nice. The presentation rooms were spacious and the acoustics were perfect. Enjoyed my time there and would most likely stay at this hotel if I had another opportunity.

NOTE: This is a review solely on a conference I attended, Canadian Music Week. I had the opportunity to attend the final day of CMW's conference and I was about to buy a drink ticket from a pop-up bar. I'm a non-drinker, and they were charging $8.50 for a glass of pop! (a tall can of beer was $11 - as a comparison). Yes, I triple-taked to check if I was reading it right. Please don't take advantage of non-drinkers by charging a ludicrous price for a glass of pop that costs you literally 25cents if pouring from a can. Don't insult people who don't drink like that.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, although it was a bit dated. The facilities are very complete, it has almost everything you need. The best, the complete buffet breakfast and the room is huge, with armchairs and sofas, quite comfortable.
The location is very good, central.

Was here for a conference. The ballroom accommodates 1000 pax. Catering was so good. Quality of sound and presentation was amazing and flawless.
Best place for your next conference or meet up.

We used the hotel for a national conference. Their communication was fair. The location, meeting rooms and food were amazing and better than other hotels we visited but everything came with a pretty high price tag... Although it costed us a lot, the most conference attendees expressed their satisfaction.

The hotel was great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a fine place to rest their head. My only qualm was that the paint on our door was peeling off in large amounts and threw myself and my party off.

Bring a HDMI cable/Chrome Cast, because none of the TVs have streaming.

All the primary hotel restaurants are over priced, and there is plenty of better options around the hotel. Like the Assembly.

Location is great, hotel is dated. Front desk staff are kinda rude.

House keeping are super nice, hospitable, and will give you the best advice on the surrounding area if you're unfamiliar.

Without a doubt the best hotels in Toronto, excellent attention from all the staff, very good location, cleanliness and comfort in their rooms, the gym, the pool, everything is nice, located in front of the Toronto city hall building.

In the heart of downtown core, and right opposite to Toronto city hall, you can go to many tourist attractions without going out on the street level. Most of them can be connected through the 'path', e.g. Eaton Centre, Rogers centre, etc. Room is clean but not on the trendy side, kind of old. Service is on par.

Had a stunning view of City Hall from my Queen Street-side, 32nd-floor room, as well as wonderful customer service from check-in to check-out. I will be returning to this Sheraton for future professional events in dt Toronto.
