Amazing experience from the start! Greetings at the front as I pulled up from valet service, super friendly front desk staff. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner is an easy 5/5 not to mention top notch room service! Bar and lounge area was very relaxing a very good environment to wind down from a long day! Rooms were very clean 5/5, exceptional house keeping staff! I'd highly recommend Sheraton Centre Toronto to absolutely anyone looking for a 5 star experience!

Just came to pick up passes for a conference. Didn't interact with any of the staff, but nice place.

Two queen room was great, could hear anyone else from other rooms. Bed was comfortable and big. I enjoyed my stay for the night.

Location was very good, close to Eaton's centre. Very nice lobby, comfy chairs and reasonable privacy

Fantastic service from the staff here. Hotel is comfortable and very lively as well, though still quiet in the room.

Great room and wonderful view, but no easy option to Netflix without having to pay for premium WiFi. Soundproofing is also not great as anyone making any noise at all on the hall will be heard.

Gorgeous expansive place. The light is amazing, the waterfall is such a treat, and if you need a criminal lawyer, hit the fourth floor on the right and ask for Kristoff.

Just an over priced comfort inn without the free breakfast. Rooms need renovated.

Blood found on my sheets. manager came into the room to fix things but was supper awkward experience.

Recently updated room with very comfortable bed. Great central location! Variety of restaurants on site or nearby. Beautiful amenities!

I really enjoyed my stat at this hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room quiet. The location is also nearby several popular downtown attractions with direct access to the underground mall.

Club lounge was okay. Food wasn't that great but the view

Nice hotel with nice rooms with a view. Underground shopping centers can also be reached from the hotel. Conference rooms are well furnished. Visited multiple conferences.

Well located hotel in the downtown core of Toronto. Easy access to subway stations. Directly across from excellent shopping at the Toronto Eaton center. Good restaurants in main lobby But a brief walk will get you to some of the cities nicer restaurants.
Conference facilities are quite nice As well.

Space desperately needs an update. Lounge chairs can be dirty as well as change rooms.

From an outsider perspective, the meeting facilities are good, the serving staff are very professional and polite.

I was at the hotel for a conference and everything from registration to directions were very clearly identified in the large foyer.

The chef prepared wonderful meals for my child with multiple life threatening allergies. Thank you Sheraton;-)

The rooms are clean and have great views of the CN tower and the City Hall. The lobby is amazing with size and it s connected to the PATH and right next to Osgoode Station, Queen Station and the 501 Streetcar. The staff are very friendly and the buffet in the lobby is clean. The lounge on 41 is really cool and is a great place to take pictures of Toronto.

Went for a work related social event. Service was good as usual. Food was good but pretty basic.

We stayed here for the night. The rooms were decent and the service was good.

Dog friendly, what else could I say. Clean, quiet, and did I mention my dog could come too!

The hotel is massive in the heart of downtown Toronto. The staff were very kind and organized. Great location overlooking the "Toronto" sign.

Rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and quick. Parking was plentiful even checking in at 5pm on a Saturday. Lobby is gorgeous and the view was nice. Would recommend to anyone

Great location downtown Toronto. Beds were comfortable. Rooms are clean. Spacious 24h gym with modern equipment. Heated indoor outdoor pool accessible in winter! Affordable public parking at city hall with underground access to the hotel.

This is a very well situated hotel for exploring the sights of downtown Toronto, right across the street from City Hall, close to lots of shopping, many restaurants, theatres, and other sights like the CN Tower, Aquarium, etc.

The service is good, if not special, and the rooms are clean and well maintained, but also not special. Some good views can be had especially from the upper floors.

Good for business or a family getaway.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto.

Was disapponted with my stay here and likely won't be back.

Pros:
- absolutely fantastic location. It really can't be beat, especially it you're travelling as a tourist
- excellent pool and gym facilities. The pool was an indoor/outdoor hybrid, and the gym was huge and very well equipped with modern equipment and machines

Cons:
- the hotel feels very, very old. The room was really weathered and worn, paint was peeling and the carpet and furniture didn't feel clean. The hallways and lobby are dated as well
- staff were hit and miss. In particular I had very mixed interactions with lobby staff, who were often indifferent
- room service has limited hours of operation, and the food was sub par for the price

Great rooms but 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service during the stay

Very disappointed. I was told I would be upgraded but the suite was dark, small and very poorly laid out. I was told by reservation there was a hot tub but when i was dressed for swimming and finally got to the pool there was no hot tub and the pool was full of leaves. The first room we as supposed to be a king suite but turned out to ba one queen. We had to move 12 floors to get a dark small dingy king suite and when we went to get in the room the keys did not work. We arrived by 8pm and were not situated to do anything until 1030pm. After out included breakfast we ended up being late for our doctors appt.because the elevator would not go to the 30th floor. We had to wait almost two hours longer because of it.

Really overrated and expensive when compared to other hotels like holiday inn express.

Great location and the service is always friendly and quick. One of my go-to spots when staying downtown. It's a short walk to the UP Express to the airport with lots of restaurants close by.

Excellent place! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great bar in the lobby and plenty of places within walking distance! It is very conveniently located in the financial district.

Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms need serious cleaning, first time I've had to wear slippers. Unexpected food stains on furniture. Lots of road noise in the room. Long check in times, chaos in the lobby/taxi area. Need to hunt down bellmen to help with bags.

This is run more like a conference hotel and I'd recommend staying elsewhere. Unfortunately it was too late to book another alternative after realizing my mistake upon spending a night here.

Edit: Dropped down to 2 stars. Fresh bed sheets were stained yellow, calling on the phone resulted in a 10+ minute wait to talk to someone.

Good location to see a lot of the downtown toronto landmarks and places to definitely go see while you are there . Very nice updated rooms and good views

We had a day pass to the rooftop pool. Fantastic facilities. Large trees on the roof added to the experience for natural shade. Plenty of seating and Sun. Bar nearby for beverages and chefs on the roof making lunch specials.

The outdoor patio on the second floor is a beautiful retreat in the middle of the city

Overall this hotel is great especially the club lounge the staff is very friendly and making sure your taken care of!
