No problems here, just slightly expensive gift shop tho, otherwise, great hotel!!

I attended a yoga class in the waterfall courtyard. It was incredible - it was like an oasis in the middle of the city. Would highly recommend the experience to anyone.

Stayed here twice and enjoyed the hotel, nice views of Toronto sign and great location, too.

Lovely rooms with a great view. Beautiful indoor/outdoor pool. Friendly service. Amazing location right downtown on the PATH and just minutes away from the Eaton Centre and the entertainment district.

Went to the bar and had a couple of drinks. It's a bit pricey but the selection is great and the service was good

Really good location! Restaurant has good food too! Staff was nice and good spacious room. Limited toiletries odd only had shaving cream!

One of our mainstays when we are in Toronto. Never had an issue with them.

Great location, this was the main reason why we chose Sheraton Centtre Hotel. Rooms are clean, stuff is friendly, nice design. I guess the only downside is thin doors and walls, a little bit noisy in the room. Especially if other guests decided to have late night party.

Very comfortable beds and air conditioning was nice and cool. Good noise proofing, and pretty spacious. There really should be a fridge in every room though.

Friendly staff. Pool is fantastic. Lounge is good. Great views from there.

It is a great location, pretty close to most tourist destinations and shopping centres in toronto. Newly renovated rooms are a plus.

Decent hotel. 50 dollars a night for valet parking is high though.

Customer service is excellent. Definitely one of the best hotels for customer service I've been to. Friendly and courteous security as well.

Queen Street location. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly, and the room was spacious and neat. Room Service (although a tad expensive)/, is prompt and of great quality.

Centrally located. Connected to the underground pathways and shops. Close to everything in downtown Toronto. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Save and additional $5/day for everyday you forgo room service.

Extremely clean. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Well worth staying at this first class hotel.

Stayed with the family here for two nights. Booked two rooms. It is very clean. Close to train stop and plenty of shopping. Can get very busy and lots of traffic so can t drive around. We Used Uber to get around. Would stay again in a heart beat.

We were also lucky to use the lounge on the top floor. What a view from there. Also food and service were excellent. Staff was super friendly too.

Great service, great location (2 steps away of Yonge-Dundas square.) Internet speed is good. Room look a bit old. Clean rooms. Would recommend.

The Sheraton Hotel is located right on the Toronto City Hall and therefore has a very good location.

From the time the sun was rising, the times when the sun went down and watched the night view passed too quickly

Ok location for restaurants. No mini fridge in rooms but clean . Staff are exceptional!!!

Very upsetting. Went for some much needed R n R and ended up getting the opposite because of extremely poor guest relations/service, and they really do not care one bit about it. Very poorly managed hotel. No class at all. Sheraton no longer has it s name associated with the higher standards hotels.

Parking was manic and crazy. Check in was super fast. Unfortunately I did have a bad experience in the restraunt but the manager was amazing and so was the waiter and they totally made up for it. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with everything. I'm sure normally the food is great most everything at the table was, just a few hiccups.the drinks were great. The room is nice but smelled liked mildew when I walked in not sure why. But I managed to get over that. Seems to be a very busy hotel.

The rooms are well appointed and beautiful. Best of all is the close proximity to downtown business, food, and attractions! The Richmond tower overlooks a Japanese garden and city hall.

Bad!! my refused only because I had no credit card when I offered a 2000 deposit for the night

It was great. Gym was 24/7. They upgraded our room for free and gave us a free movie!

GREAT, went there for a special dinner but what l saw l loved.

Small mixup that was well rectified, excellent friendly service. The room was clean and comfy. Very tasty buffet breakfast. Totally recommend!!

Checked in on Saturday , October 26th for the bob seger concert, check in process went fine , but the elevators going from floors 1-25 were all out of service , only one out of 6 were functional. The one that was working was hitting every floor going up and down, I ended up just using the stairwell because the wait was getting ridiculous, there were around 20-30 people waiting with us , no hotel personnel to tell us what s going on. Probably my last visit to that hotel that couldn t figure out how to pick up the phone and call an elevator mechanic.

Nice clean room, with a great view and even a little upgrade from the desk. Other than an odd mechanical noise that came and went all night, I would have given them 5 Stars.

Just visiting for the day. Were able to see the lobby , the courtyard and use various facilities. All were clean and neat.

Terrific rooms! Clean and comfortable accommodation!

Check in staff was oppositional and unhelpful. False Fire alarm went off twice during our stay one of which was at 9:30 pm when my child had just fallen asleep. The alarms went on for lengthy periods of time. Hotel completely failed to recognize our titanium status with Bonvoy. Our room wasn t cleaned two days in a row until after 4 pm and only after we called to request the room be cleaned. We won t be staying at this hotel again.

This place is beautiful and professional. Everything was delicious and well done.

The room was nice and clean, the staff was great, room service food was good and didn't have to wait on elevators.
