The hotel is in great location but the AC is not cold enough. The front desk and other staff members are nice and know what they are doing. By the valet staff just not professional at all even you paid the same amount of money they still taking care the luxury car first not our mini van. And the person who is control the front loading area a just don't care about us and let cars blocking us and ask us to walk to our van with all . But they have park the luxury car near by the loading area.

Hotel was okay, but somehow my credit card information was leaked to have several ATM withdrawals at the hotel I did not do. Only time I used my card was at this hotel, they really need to step up their cyber security .

This hotel has horrible customer service.
After waiting 30 minutes for a parking attendant to recognize me, I was rushed with service and my questions were not answered. Upon giving my car to the valet service for ensured safety, I was not given a ticket or proof of my vehicle being in their "professional" care. Upon asking about the issues I had with not having proof of my vehicle being in valet with them, I was rudely told to wait while the attendant finished her conversation with her coworker before she could speak with me.
It is hour one of my stay and I am already annoyed.

Hotel is great but I have called twice now to get a copy of my bill emailed to me it never arrives.
A person actually talking on the other end of the phone is far more productive and you may get a guest back sooner.

Stayed here on a friday night in october for my birthday. I got a deal that included valet parking and 25 dollar gift card to the eaton centre for 175. Room was clean and a good size, nothing huge, but beds were comfy. I have to really commend the front desk service though, although the hotel was packed and valet parking was full, they at first refused us, but when we told them that we had prepaid valet, they took our keys and parked the car, no questions asked. Not sure I would pay the full cost of the room, but for the deal I got I was very happy.

Excellent hotel, perfect downtown location, fast and efficient checkin, checkout. As for improvement, please please get rid of the aged carpet in the rooms, even when very clean has a dated look and is unhygienic. Replace with some wood or tile, anything would do! Breakfast buffet not included and awfully expensive even for downtown Toronto standards. I have cheaper and better in Zurich

Went here for Deca. Very big, very fancy. Connected to the underground mall tunnels. Elevators are cramped in the morning even though there is 12 primary ones then another 5 ish dotted about.

The rooms are very clean. Competitive prices specially considering location. They upgraded us just upon asking. The business lounge has the best view I've ever experienced in Toronto. The outdoor pool and the fitness center are also quite good in comparison.

Stayed here for DECA business competition and was less than impressed with the cleanliness of our room! The quality of the hotel has gone down in the 4 years I ve participated in DECA and stayed at this hotel. There was something (possibly toothpaste) on the counter from the last guests when we arrived and there was a pill and crumbs on the floor. I thought that a pill on the floor was extremely dangerous when kids were staying in the rooms and I had to wonder if this was a situation where the hotel thought they could take advantage of students and save some time and money by doing a subpar job. This was unacceptable!

We had a nine night stay during August. The swimming pool area looks shabby and needs an updated look. As a guest, the urban garden with the waterfall couldn't be used as Marriott Hotel was having a function there. Whilst seated in the lobby, we were asked to move as furniture had to be rearranged for another function. Towards the end of the holiday, there was banging noises due to constructions in our room throughout the daytime. The hotel room service was very good and the escalators from the hotel lobby lead to a fantastic network of shops and eating places underground.

Wonderful hotel, right in the middle of downtown Toronto. Amazing views of the city and city hall. Incredible indoor outdoor pool. This hotel is one of the best in the city. It has underground connections to the subway and path network. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. If you want to stay at a good hotel this is it. Hands down one of the very best in the city.

The staff was professional and worked hard to stay with the covid recommended guidelines. The pool area was watched closely to ensure the 2 metre distance was observed and loungers were disinfected between use. Amidst having to work more to follow the covid guidelines the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. thank you to everyone who contributed to safe environment while still being an enjoyable experience.

The hotel would be a 5 star if they offered free Wifi and/or Internet in the cafe downstairs. Coming from out of the country it makes it very difficult to plan out your day. Lovely hotel great bed, room, and features. Parking was not a problem either. Lovely staff.

Super recommended hotel, we only spent one night on our honeymoon, too bad . Very professional staff and very attentive to customer needs. Whenever we come back to Toronto we will always choose this hotel. It has a variety of shops for shopping and restaurants. A 360-degree hotel also considering the location.
Thanks for making us have a great evening.

Room was kind of ok, missing a lot of the basics. No coffee filter for the coffee machine, one tiny bottle of water even though it said 2 guests and no mini-bar it actually felt like I checked into a budget hotel ...

Very nice hotel to stay at. I stayed in a garden suite which had a lovely patio to sit around late night at and admire. Beautiful scenery and a pool thats quite nice to visit. I have no complaints except its very expensive for valet parking (excessive, really). The room rates are also through the roof and i can't justify staying here more than a night. Good place to split with friends though and crash after a night out clubbing.

Booked one of the Halls downstairs for a meeting, acoustics were decent. Wayfinding was a bit tough because of the size of the place but overall no big issues. Washrooms were clean and staff was friendly
