The beds were very comfortable and the hotel is beautiful
They're making occupants wear bracelets after 9:00PM? What is that?
The Sheraton Centre hotel is overall a good experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. There isn't a mini fridge inthe room but there is complimentary bottles water. I found that the heater/fan system was semi loud but once asleep you couldn't tell. If you are high enough its a great view
Over good experience, got placed into a room that was already occupied, but the staff handled the situation very professionally, gave me free upgrade and free late checkout
$55 park per night? Not worth it! lol this place is a JOKE
Went on training st my work. Everything seemed great
Very clean and professional staff. Room was nice and tidy and the conference was perfectly set up.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had to ask them for directions multiple times since I was there for Canadian Music Week and the events were held in multiple rooms.
Rooms are very dry, and they've removed the hot tub from the pool area!
Great location and facilities. Staff were very friendly at check in and throughout. Couple of decent on premise eateries (including and Irish Pub) and pretty much everything within walking distance.
A place of worth staying bit expensive but pays off
Stayed here for 10 days loved it would recommend it
Clean room, friendly check in staff, and a great location
Convenient location with ample Green P parking across the street. Comforting atmosphere and good meeting areas.
I came to this hotel for a weekend, absolutely i found on it a terrible service, at my arrival the Valet Parking not allowed me to park my car on the fron of the hotel to take out my baggage because I need do first the check in, very absurd way.
At the night when I back to the hotel after be waiting on the front door and not found anybody to help with my car, I went to the front desk to ask for some help and the concierge was very rude and shouting me says; it was not his problem and he was not there for help.
Honestly terrible service at all the price of the hotel is not cheap and the Valet Parking cost is 50 dlls overnight, probably they park the car inside of a room too.
Never back to this hotel.
A magnificent and well located hotel with comfortable and spectacular rooms and beds. Window facing Nathan Phillips Square, with unbeatable views of it. A 10!
Located in the heart of downtown, with access to your desired destination.
Nice hotel. Everything is an extra fee. Nice location and lots of amenities.
Nice place but no mini fridge in hotel rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful.
More of a business hotel. Great location in Toronto. Right next to Philips square where the big 3d Toronto sign is. Hotel room very nice views of cn tower. Big screen tv...to way h the ice hockey.
Good location. Have stayed for both business and personal stays and rehab experience has been pretty consistent - decent hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. The bar could use a reno.
Great service from the moment we checked in to the beautiful hotel, extremely accomodating and friendly staff.
The hotel is beautiful. The view from my room was enjoyable looking towards downtown and the bed was comfy. The lobby and the pool is probably the most beautiful part of the hotel. The location if great if you have to be downtown for your business trip. Lot of shops and restaurants around.
Very Good location, close to party district. Staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back. Worth recommending to friends. Guaranteed you won't be disappointed
Excellent experience. The room was ready when we arrived and very clean. We were greeted by a lovely lady named Lilly who when out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit Toronto.
Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Close to Eaton centre too. Had a nice room with a terrific view of the city. Definitely would come back and stay here.
Great staff.. Very friendly and interactive housekeeping staff.. Clean and great view.. The waterfall inside was splendid...middle of EVERYTHING.. But be prepared to shell out some money if you have a car and need to park in the area..
The event I went to had great security and lots of water provided by Sheraton. The space was also very nice, organized and comfortable
Great location. Friendly capable staff. Rooms a bit dated.
The employee asked for a deposit before checking in. I still have not received my refund it's been more than 2 months. <br/> Beware I'm a theft victim from the Sheraton Toronto Hotel
Beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
Their lounge was awesome. Rooms were good as usual. Staff is also very kind
Really good service, rooms are clean and ready upon arrival.
Great business center. Good restaurants and coffee shops. Great little stores all around. Some hidden gems. Great accessibility. Just steps away from the path and the business district.
Great central location. Walking distance to a lot of the must see of Toronto.
Great convenient location and was an amazing venue for the Christmas party.
Large hotel in a convenient downtown location. Friendly staff and traditional, standard rooms.
Great location but some of the rooms are a little loud. Everyone did their best to fix any issues we had. Club lounge was pretty great.
They lock the bathrooms so non-guests can't use them. Boooo!
A welcoming staff in an amazing hotel. GREAT location with access to a simply stunning underground concourse know as PATH. 18km of interconnected walkways.
Definitely a 5 Star Hotel.
Friendly staff, old building but good set up, pedestrian entrance not friendly
Good hotel. Very good location. Nice city view! Friendly staff. Check inn and check out fast.
High end hotel in the middle of town. Walking distance to shopping at Eaton Centre and other areas. With a high room pointed in the right direction you get amazing views of Nathan Phillips Square and the architecturally unique Toronto City Hall across the street.
What a place to stay, so spacious rooms you can play soccer inside. 10 min walk to the Bay Street and the Station, Scotia Bank Arena. Service for the rooms wasn't great, again 3 people=1 shampoo and not enough towels. Maybe reception doesn't provide info how many people in the room. Breakfast very good. Seem to employ elderly people but that was very sweet. Overall exceptional!
Its a good hotel with excellent location. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly. You are within walking distance of entertainment district. For food go across the Street on Richmond street. Opera house is few steps away. The city hall, shopping and subway is nearby.
Friendly staff, very courteous and made my stay the best hotel stay I've had in a long time.
Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. 100% would recommend.
We've been to the Sheraton many times. The customer service is exceptional. The rooms are immaculate. The indoor/outdoor pool is so unique and really adds to your experience. We did miss the hot tub this time. We tried the brunch for the first time and it was excellent. Great service as well. I would highly recommend the Sheraton. We've already planned our next getaway!
Love how they have nature in the middle of the lobby. A must see....
Upgraded to CN Tower view without even asking, perfect venue to stay at, wedding next door at the Arcadian
Nice hotel overall but the pillows were uncomfortable and the room was warm even with the AC as low as it would go
A bit expensive ! But the staff is friendly and it's very clean! The 3 stars are for no free WiFi.
Conveniently located with great staff and fantastic rooms.
Confusing location of the rooms, although rooms are very nice with awesome view. Staff is very helpful. Great to have outside pool.
The rooms are clean, but the wifi is pricey.
Unless you sign up for their club, which was hacked and millions had their information stolen. So that's a thing.
Great location. Renovated rooms loomed great and had a great view of city hall
Clean and tidy rooms with smart design, if a little aged. Very spread out design which still works but might be difficult for large amounts of baggage.
I was attending a conference and I was srelaly pelasee with the staff and quality of service staff provided
Awesome rooms. Lots of services attached to the hotel. Lots of shopping in the area all within walking distance. Very enjoyable experience.
Excellent location. Gorgeous lobby with the waterfall and duck pond. Very friendly and efficient check-in and check-out. Fabulous view from our room window. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Room was spotless and very stocked. Our house keeper was very friendly as well. Would stay here again without any hesitation.
I stayed here for work. It's fine. The location is good, very centrally located. My main problem was: the breakfast. So, maybe this isn't a big deal to you, but let me tell you my experience and then you can make up your own mind. I checked in and noted that there was a complimentary breakfast with the person checking me in. They confirmed and later I asked where breakfast was and they pointed across the lobby. The next day I had breakfast. It was pretty standard; fake eggs, some bacon, terrible French toast and some potatoes. There was fruit and some cereal, it's the kind of breakfast that you see at any hotel in Canada and the US. It comes with the room and it's free. Well, not here. For this luxurious "breakfast buffet" you are expected to pay $28 a person! Because of the conversation o noted earlier, I didn't know this. I went to breakfast the first day, got some food and left. The next day I showed up and the server told me he'd been looking for me to settle up my bill! I had already started eating but stopped to go to the front desk and clear things up. They took the two meals off my bill, but honestly, I think the damage is done. This place charging twenty eight dollars for what is ostensibly a eight dollar (MAX) breakfast is a travesty. I get you're downtown but that's no excuse to fleece people. I stayed at the Residence Inn a few blocks away and breakfast (as good as this one) was included. So, stay there, don't stay here if you can manage it.
