I had very bad experience on payment. Although I warned them, they charged double the room and I lost 125 usd on commission and exchange rate.

Beautiful hotel with tons of amenities. Rooms are clean and fresh. Staff (especially the unionized ones) are courteous, friendly and always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy.

Hotel is in very good position with nice and big rooms . Very clean room but no so clean swimming pool. Breakfast good for the price and not so busy. Very likely to stay again

Very clean, had a high floor room so a nice view over Queen West. Only stayed one night but can say it was a clean and nice establishment. Very comfy bed.

Very nice hotel in the center of all things great about Toronto. Here for a week and felt right at home the entire time I was in this hotel. Staff was friendly and the view from my room was awesome.

Good place for informal meetings - pleasant lobby and the BnB restaurant off the lobby is very good - bistro atmpsphere and good local craft beers. Fabulous breakfasts and great lunch menu.

Staff as usual very attendive and rooms has been refreshed recently. Toronto skyline views from windows can't be beaten.

The hotel staff are extremely pleasant and very helpful when looking for directions in the city. The rooms are well decorated and very clean, no mini bar, included a small safe for valuables. Would definitely stay here again

The room and the hotel are great, but the check in wasn't as friendly as I am used to being an elite member.

Good location, Room Clean, Appalling service! WiFi is Not the Free

I was awakened by the noise in the morning, when I was trying to ask where the noise came from.
They answered me , "This is not a serious noise, they are from the city."

I am really disappointed with the answer and service attitude.

We were staying at club suite room. It has a beautiful view and free access to club lounge. Free WiFi. But you have to ask for something like slippers, razor, Camb, teeth brush, shoe publisher and etc that should be in your 5star hotel room. They try to save money in that way .. maybe. LOL.

I had a really bad experience on booking with their 3rd party booking company (Starwood) which they are not responsible. Thay are not on their words. You have to take care of everything is on your offer and ask for them one by one otherwise you'll miss them easily.
But staying in the hotel was enjoyable. Nice lobby with 4 season outdoor waterfall. Easy access to PATH. In/out door pool and not a very nice Gym.
Try to check in online then you won't wait for checking in.

No complaints, although the complimentary pastries served for the conference could have used more variety.

Visited the hotel to visit a friend who was staying there. The hotel facilities are clean and modern. The staff are friendly and ready to help. My friend's room was modern, clean and well appointed. The pool indoor outdoor pool is large and we liked that there is a pool bar. The location is in the heart of downtown. Tip for visitors, save yourself some parking $ by parking at the Nathan Phillips Square parking lot across Queen St. from the hotel.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a Sheraton. Good amenities, great staff and solid restaurant.

Super convenient location downtown, we were able to walk to all our locations i.e. AGO, Elgin Theatre, Nathan Phillips square and numerous restaurants. My beef and the reason for the lower rating was we were given a room by the elevators and not warned of the excessive noise they casue. These elevators you can imagine zoom up and down the 40+ floors of the hotel at all hours of the day. We measured the unreasonable sound at 75+ decibels. This made sleeping near impossible. We were offered a free breakfast but that was no consolation for the lost sleep.

Everyone of the staff is respectfull. Love the Sheraton.

Nice hotel, I like it. But it doesn't have a parking lot by the hotel itself.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was a great size and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Fantastic location and city views from our room. Would highly recommend staying here.

The Sheraton Hotel is perfectly situated in the downtown core steps away from everything you could need with fantastic views of the city including Toronto City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square on the north side of the building.

I was there for work and so much of my time was spent in the 43rd floor member's lounge which had great food, super friendly staff and management, and huge windows on either side of the main lounge area providing some really amazing views.

I was here for the Invictus Games and their customer service was way beyond average. They went above and beyond in everyway to make us all feel at home, which is important when you are basically working out of your hotel room. Great views of the city as well.

Great location, Sheraton needs to upgrade their shower heads. They have very little pressure. Room Service for breakfast too a while but it was peak time. Room service forgot some condiments and a charged me twice for food. Keys didn't work to room originally and had to have security come and let me in.

A most enjoyable stay. Upon entering the Registration area, a hostess came up to us, took my bag and directed my friends and myself to the Registration desk. We were attended to immediately. The hostess was very pleasant, jovial and efficient. We all had a good laugh, yet got our work done fast.

My room was clean, comfortable and inviting. The USB ports located in the bedside tables were very convenient. Great idea. The room had everything I needed for this stay.

On departure, again, a hostess attended to us immediately. We did not have to wait anywhere.

I had taken my guests from my business for their Anniversary, and as they too were very pleased, this truly pleased me that everything went off well.

Awesome place. Great atmosphere. Heart of downtown so easy accessibility to transit. Spitting distance to the food court at the Eaton Centre.

Rooms were ok. A little small, tv was large but too dark to properly watch anything.The parking however is outrageous, $50 for overnight and the valets screw around with your seat settings.

this is great palce you pay for what you get , the room nibig and nice, bath room is supper clearn , the price teel it all

Room is great. Valet parking was nuts but they gave a customer recovery breakfast.

We stayed at the Sheraton while in Toronto for medical reasons. What we liked: The large walkout room we had on the pool level, easy access to the PATH network from the basement level of the hotel. Location, fairly close to everything downtown. What we didn't like: Rooms and hotel overall a bit dates with the exception of the lobby. Service was hit or miss - we ordered towels with the Bonvoy app and they never showed. Bonvoy app is terrible - takes 30 seconds to load and sometimes is unable to unlock your room. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

The Sheraton center Toronto hotel is located across from city hall. It's a great location near public Transport/subway and plenty of eating options and shopping. The hotel is large, clean, and modern.

Nice place to stay. The only problem is the parking. The path underground is nice when weather is not perfect. It close to everything.

Good ambiance and easy access to may great dinning choices within a 5min walk
