Nice location on Queen street. Don't like the separate towers and elevators with the concierge lounge on the top floor.

This is a very unique and well located hotel. From my room I could have a view facing north which included most of Toronto, city halls and other landmarks. Staff was super polite and accommodating, since I have arrived late in the night. This is a walk distance from most places and a must stay if you want to be right in downtown.

Terrific downtown location for downtown visits. Steep parking price, TTC accessible. Great views of the city.

Need to give a big compliment to the valet's! I had parked across the street at the Municipal parking and had my vehicle broken in to. I moved my vehicle to the valet parking and they had me park in a very secure location. The day before I left, the glass had been cleaned up and a covering placed over the window. I thought that this service was above and beyond what anyone would expect!!! A big pat on the back to Getenet, the valet who fixed things up so I would be able to drive home; Hussein (I hope I spelled his name correctly), the valet who covered for Getenet while he was helping me and Andre (again, I hope this is the correct spelling), the Manager who made sure that all went well and allowed Getenet to perform this service. I was in town from Minnesota, for the APTA International Rail Rodeo. The next time I visit Toronto, I'll be sure to use the valet service. The hotel was excellent and I would stay here again!

Large convention hotel. Nice sized room clean comfortable and up to date. The building's street presence leaves much to be desired, especially since it's located in such a walkable area.

Helpful front desk. Nice big lobby. They a restaurant in lobby with my favorite food at the top of the list.... Poutine :D

Very nice hotel, service has always been great everytime I've come. Always chose this hotel when staying downtown Toronto

Although I stayed with breakfast included, I was billed for breakfast separately from the room charge. I was contacted when I complained and refunded, but it took me a long time to communicate. Although it should be a good hotel, it is a pity that mistakes and slow response after that.

Would like to say a big thank you to Bella at the front desk, after a awful trip , she made our day , for the room wonderful will reserve again thank you

Magnificent location in downtown Toronto, opposite the City Hall. Excellent service and great rooms. It has underground access that protects from the cold

The food was quite good. Good service and the presentation areas were clean and well maintained.

I recently stayed at the hotel and had a great stay. The roomy was very nice, the beds and bedding was very comfortable. We also used the indoor outdoor pool and enjoyed that as well even thought it was winter. Great hotel and will stay here again

Visited this place for a site visit their an upcoming event and it was beautiful! Quite versatile and perfect for trade shows.

Beautiful hotel and waterfall. Right in the core of downtown. It was close to work and we had a team event there. Service was great and would recommend going there again.

My senior parents stayed at the Sheraton Centre for two nights. The rooms are large and comfortable. My parents had several special requests, and the staff were extremely accommodating. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to make sure my parents had what they needed for an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful lobby! A full blown waterfall as you enter. All the staff were polite, well groomed and professional. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view, right in the heart of the city. The gym is one of the more impressive ones I've seen at a hotel with quality weights and machines, as well as a lavish pool and a spa. I will be staying here in the future :)

Was visitihg the location fir an upcoming event. The hotel is clean, beautiful and bright. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The meeting rooms for events are beautiful and versatile in function.

Very good hotel. Some amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, slipper can be requested for free.

A beautful hotel with great and plentiful parking nearby (especially for downtown Toronto!) in Nathan Phillips Square (a huge underground Greep P lot) and one that's also very close to the Entertainment Distruct for lots of evening fun. :)

The gym here is incredible, you might actually want to work out while traveling. The rooms are well appointed and the location is great. Remember your swim suit when coming though because you will definitely want to check out the amazing pool.

A very correct hotel in downtown Toronto. The reception of the hotel is a bit chaotic, as there are many things and several hotel towers as well as meeting centers. The restaurants leave a lot to be desired, they are expensive and they are not very good. The rooms are a bit old and medium in size. The price is economical and the experience is general and pleasant. Free Wifi only in the lobby.

My room was old; I booked my stay for my birthday and the hotel did not give a little congratulations :(

I just felt that it is a place once should definitely plan for. If you are in Toronto then your best buddy to stay is Sheraton. A wonderful experience. Good hospitality, good amenities. It's pretty near to Union Station. Pretty good view. We will surely enjoy the stay.

Super convenient location in downtown Toronto with extremely gorgeous views of the Toronto sign and the skyline. The rooms were quite clean and neat, but there needs to be more maintenance. The paint was peeling off the walls and the doors which made the hotel room look more dated than expected. The service was incredibly hit or miss as well. Front desk staff had attitude when I had a couple of requests which were quickly dismissed.

Room was quite nice, the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Location was amazing as well, located right off of Nathan Phillips square and practically right on the subway.

Reliable. Well located. Good price if booked agead of time.
