A little late in reviewing but this location has always treated me well everytime I stayed here. A class act by their employees when I stayed the weekend of my birthday back in early June. Returned back to my suite late evenings and they presented me a nice treat on the table. Which was unexpected. Staffs are very friendly and has always been my 'go to' destination whenever I'm staying the night in the city.

I've had positive experiences in this hotel in the past, but my latest stay here was literally one of the worst stays I've had in a hotel in awhile..

It started with Valet ... I pulled up (-14C outside) with no one in sight for 10-15 minutes. Not a huge issue, large hotel - likely busy - no issue..

I mobile checked in, so I had to go to the mobile counter to pick up my room keys and there's no one there.. Again, standing around waiting for someone to appear.. They finally appear and I get my room keys...

I was on the 10th floor of the Richmond tower. There's nothing worse than a room with an old stale smoke smell, but that's what I had.. I was tired, only here for one night, so didn't call down and ask to be moved - big mistake. Outside of the stale smoke smell, the room was otherwise clean.

6:30AM I wake up to the building shaking.. Not sure what's going on, but something was pounding from above.. I have no idea what was making this odd pounding noise, but it continued on and off until I left the room around 8AM - the room was literally shaking.

To top it all off, for some reason the Sheraton feels you only need a tiny sliver of soap for your stay - it's odd that they only give your ONE tiny "Facial Bar" that you're supposed to take with you from the bathroom sink to the shower. God forbid you had more than one person in the room lol.

All in all, my stay was underwhelming and I likely won't do it again.

Outstanding hotel! Rooms are beautiful, small but that is to be expected. Service is incredible. The indoor/outdoor pool was wonderful. We had a great meal in the hotel restaurant, and excellent room service. An excellent experience and we will surely return when we come back to Toronto.

Facilities were adequate, the room and view were STELLAR!
Loved looking out over Nathan Phillips Square. CS in the pubs and restaurants were great. The Gym & Health Spa was a little small super confusing and not easily navigable. However, I am looking forward to going back. Indoor Outdoor Pool is brilliant. though deck is slippery. and outdoor area not fully maintained in winter months.

I've only been here for meetings and corporate events - did not stay here!

Lots of space for meeting rooms and trade shows. Although beware they are mostly windowless rooms. The staff are helpful when you are trying to book or organize something.

Nice rooms. Nice view. Neighbours and elevators can be heard all night long. Restaurants are expensive but you can walk to cheaper ones underground. Get a Starwood card number so you can get free wifi in your room. By the way. If you hear a faint squealing, turn on the clock radio and turn the volume to zero.

The carpet was very dirty and the couch was so old. The one outlet in the room was hidden.
The man that greeted us at the front desk was very rude and would not mind his own business. The west jet airline had given our family a voucher for a one night stay. However, the man at the front desk knew that it was for a one night stay, but was rude enough to ask what time we were leaving.

Outstanding service. My favourite place to stay in Toronto. Beautiful newly renovated rooms. Amazing pool. We we're treated very well during our stay here. And we loved the view from our room!

Nice venue, relatively modern and up-to-date presentation technology. Food was on point and served hot. Coat situation was challenging, could have provided two or three more coat racks to accommodate the volume of attendees and prevented some people's costs from ending up in the ground. Otherwise, nice experience.

My husband and I where at the hotel for an event in Toronto. We got a great room and the view was of the Toronto sign. Definitely, would stay here again, and we loved the heated in/out pool

The hotel is very well kept and the staff are extremely friendly. Had a corner room and loved being able to look west on Queen Street while also watching the skaters at City Hall. The cleaning staff ensured that we had everything during our stay even when we had said we didn't need housekeeping over the two nights. Will be staying there again.

Conveniently located and connected to the underground Path (good for winter visits). Nothing special about the rooms or amenities. Used a lot for conventions/conferences. Big lobby area but you wouldn't want to hang out there. I would only suggest this hotel for it's location.

Excellent location close to many tourist spots and great places to eat, as well as transit stations. It's a beautiful building that is connected to PATH and the underground mall, which I think would make it especially convenient in the wintertime. Our room came well-stocked with the expected amenities, and had big comfy beds with fluffy pillows. I was happy to have the "green" option for housekeeping to not change our sheets/towels every day (which got us $5 hotel credit per night). I was super happy with our stay and would gladly stay here again!

The best part is the location of the hotel.. it is connected by the underground path and hence you do not need to go out into the streets during the winter season where temperature can drop to -30 degrees.
