A perfect, large, luxurious, beautiful place. I highly recommend attending any event that you can, the attention is perfect, and they make you feel very good.

2 really nice pools, very interesting plants in the garden, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and fancy, rain shower heads, beds are very comfy, pillows too. Ordering room service was fun, good prices on the restaurants. The gym is nice too. Just be prepared to wear a bracelet throughout your stay. No one without a bracelet allowed. And wifi services were not great throughout the hotel.

Swim up bar and sushi bar was great Raphael and Luis and Ricardo took good care of us. Professional photographer was great, hope they get great use of Santa hats and reindeer antlers we gifted them (after our photo session of course) and the spa was very relaxing. Good food great service, only complaint would be the rocky beach instead of sand, but they r working on it. Pirate ship adventure is a must try during your stay.

They have a pesimo system with the pool, there are never available beds. They let people separate them from the previous boche.

Very good place to vacation, I suggest the all inclusive

Greatfully I Know how time share works, i do get that any one tries to hustle so i respect. But them trying to be a pain in the butt to forcefully get something, or else they would move me to a cheaper place, was echausting. Never coming back. Brought 21 people, and ungreatful

In this kind of places they tolerate national tourism but are oriented abroad in a difficult way to hide. While they are publicly held as cash-free, there is competition for tips that the peso can never win against the dollar.

Beautiful place, a few blocks from the city center with beautiful alternatives for weddings. Specialized attention for the bride and groom, with the largest office for the bride and groom I have seen.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Plenty of restaurants inside the resort to chose from. Beautiful views. The place is kept in excellent condition . The pools are beautiful. Cant wait to visit again

Excellent service the pools although there were many people very clean, a special mention the srita. Isaura (hostess) of the very attentive and pleasant restaurants together with the captain we were very well taken care of, I highly recommend it

Bad attention for all-inclusive service, very slow food and the attitude of the wait staff leaves much to be desired.

I've been coming to this resort for about 10 years. It's a nice place with a very friendly local staff. BUT - the constant pressure to buy "VIP" memberships...in order to get "free" wifi access and other stuff people don't want/need is getting annoying. Yes - a deliberately slow free option - that constantly hijacks you to a facebook login site - is available on site. However, I'm pretty sure the Sheraton-Marriott conglomerate can afford proper free wifi to it's guests, and as a reminder - there numerous alternative resorts in PV.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Just stayed at this hotel for a week. The rooms were dated, the beach here isn't great and the staff were not that friendly. Food was awful. There's definitely better options for your buck, won't be returning to this hotel.

One of the most central hotels in the city. With quality and attention in the enviable service. A wonderful night, the perfect place for those who come for the first time to this beautiful destination.

The location is near to the center and malecon. The rooms are big and nice. The service is kind. But the sand of the beach is really painful.

The hotel meets necessary, is a bit long way to the rooms and tangled, the food is average without anything extraordinary.
The attention of the staff is excellent and always friendly.

# find out The Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is where they allowed and celebrated a two-dog wedding , but they don't allow two-person wedding .

To be a luxury hotel, I am disappointed that I have so many staff and not all are 100 percent trained because they do not know the schedules of the tours they run. They made me miss the Rhythms tour of the night which is the most recommended, it made me wait until Sunday to hire it and that day they do not give the tour, disappointing and sad. You comment what happened to the Hostess, consierge and everyone with indifference since they did not give that information. The rest in very good comfort.

The place is nice, only the fact that you are forced to listen to the timeshare talks and the verbal aggressions for not wanting to buy it, they insult you saying that you are not worthy of staying there with them and you receive a letter in your room asking you that the day of your departure you leave at 10:00 AM otherwise you will be charged 100 dollars to your account, for my part I do not recommend it in that aspect, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, but for those of the sales company of timeshares I do not return.

Great all inclusive resort, wonderful staff great food

I stayed at this all inclusive hotel for 3 days and 2 nights with pets. My experience was not very pleasant.

Hotel porters were very friendly who helped us with our luggage who spoke english. Very patient and helpful.

Front desk, was not very friendly and check in was not easy. A bit time consuming and unwanted for after driving 5 hours. Had fill out documents for each room and for each pet. There is an additional cost for pets which costs $400 pesos plus tax and a deposit of $3,000 pesos as a guarantee per pet. They also hand you 2 page rules for pets which you would have to sign.

The concierge who we had was very informative and very kind with any information we needed. He was excellent, thank you!

The hotel does not offer free wifi for people who are staying unless you are down stairs in the lounge, pool, or in the restaurant. It costs $5 USD per day if you wish to have internet in your room. They will offer you a VIP access with free wifi and discounts if you join them for breakfast to listen about their time sharing offer which takes about 90min. But you would have to make a deposit of $200 pesos.

The pool is average for adults and children. But a plus for very young children since they have a special section with a depth of 1 ft (about 30cm).

If you are traveling with pets, you are very limited to do anything. The first day, we sat by the pool with our dogs and we had no problem with them. The second day, they told my mother who is over 75 year old to get off the property for having the dogs with her while she was watching her grandchildren in the pool which was unnecessary since it supposedly a family and pet friendly hotel. The pets are also not allowed in the common areas like the lounge or restaurants. They basically want your pets to stay in your room quietly because any complaints about dogs barking will also cause problems.

There is 3 different restaurants which you can enjoy dinning in. On Friday we enjoyed Italian for dinner in LA VILLITA. On Saturday, we made a reservation for GAVIOTA, Mexican food. In Gaviota, you can have anything on the menu in all inclusive except 3 dishes but they offer you a 40% discount if you wish to order them. There is an additional fee for room service of $50 pesos per each dish you order. During the afternoon you can consume by the pool side.

The tienda at the hotel has allot to offer when you need anything and a bit over priced but if wish to buy snacks or anything there is an oxxo around the corner to the right, out side the hotel.

If you want to enjoy time in their spa, I would recommend doing so when you first get to the hotel.

I personally don t recommend this hotel for those who have children or pets. There is nothing for children to do but swimming in the pool or to walk on the beach. As for the pets, they would just end up staying in the room most of the time. The price I paid for this hotel, I could of left my dogs home and taken my children to a better hotel for enjoyment.

$380 American dollars per night and they don't include wifi. Really? Other than that, the food is great and so are the pools and drinks.

Perfect hotel, terrible service in the outside "Italian" restaurant

I had an injury to my right foot in the pool with a tile cut some skin and a lot of bleeding and now I can not go to the pool or go to the beach because the injury should not wet it I was attended by the manager of the place and they took the doctor and they gave me the medicine but it is time that it continues to bleed and that injury limits my vacation too much

A magnificent hotel, many services that offer, very rich menu, restaurant, inconvenience, prices, sometimes too high, but you have to take advantage of the packages

Peaceful and clean. Nice polos. The complain I have is the fold.

The rooms were recently remodeled. However, there is a serious problem in the pools where people carry their horns and leave cans of beer on the shore. It leaves a lot to say about the cleanliness of this area.

Its new buildings are fine, I hope that all rooms have a view of the beach.

Loved it for Sunday Brunch & Mariachi's with friends

Location and atmosphere: the view is wonderful the Beach, The restaurant itself is clean and the music is fun and vibrant, and it is soft enough that you can enjoy it while still having a conversation.
Food and Drinks: The food is tasty and each course was a decent portion, we also got excellent service.

Because of the proximity to the town and the facilities

The regular food, the service is good, the location is good is near the boardwalk. I feel that they need to be more moved the environment. An antro or of lost that are associated some antro of the boardwalk for the nocturnal variety.

For conventions it is the best places. They do not charge parking fees if you are attending a convention, even if you are not staying with them.

I wanted to give RCI members a heads up, you will not get the rooms advertised in the RCI pictures. You will get outdated 1980 s type rooms. I checked in yesterday and was definitely dissatisfied with the type of room we received. This is a Jr. Suite for four, one bedroom, kitchen, and what was supposed to be two sofa beds but are only sofas. I confirmed with concierge this will be the type of rooms all RCI members will get. I will call RCI to report the false advertising and request a different room like the ones advertised.

Very fancy resort but definitely not worth the money. First of all we had several huge cockroaches in our room during our 4 night stay. There is no free wifi in the room which was unexpected of a modern resort. There was loud music until very late in the night due to nightly weddings near the pool area. We went at a time that was low season but there wasn t enough beach chairs by the beach or pool. We reserved one of the causal restaurants which they specifically told us was casual attire and when we arrived with tank tops on they made us return to our room and change into t-shirts. Overall not as good of a resort and experience as we expected.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The grounds for well-maintained even though it was under construction during their visit. The pool was very large and had a great design for bringing children. The beachfront had very clean sand and easy access. Access to the malecon was within walking distance or a short bus ride.

They want to charge you for everything even when you have everything included, do not be fooled and better look for another better option
