It is a beautiful place to vacation, relax and enjoy myself I come often is my favorite hotel I show a photo of the view from the pools and I am at this moment here and I love the good view I hope you serve them something kisses.

Of the best of Vallarta super attention although a little expensive but if your budget reaches do not hesitate to stay there.

The staff really nice, I went to a regional games from work. The instalations so confortables, great options. In the restaurants great flavors and options for a vegetarian like me. And the lasts meal in the salon so delicious, great taste; and the waitress really nice.

Excellent service, clean and beautiful facilities, unbeatable wait service. My only quibble is that there is no WiFi in the rooms.

Hotel with very good location, very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The spacious and clean room. Good treatment of the staff that works there. I was there a long time ago I don't know if they will have made modifications. I would go back to that hotel.

Not the best hotel in the area. This was a popular hotel back in the 90's. The rooms are not to date. It looks old and not clean, the pool closes early to avoid noice. However they have weddings that are loud that go past 1:00 am. It's also hard to enjoy the beach with no sand, everything is rock. I would suggest to look for other places. During my morning walks I saw other beautiful hotels with nice beaches Secret, Now Amber and Sunset these are a few of the hotels that I saw had a great beach area.

Everything is nice, some things are odd, but that's me comparing it to America

The hotel looks good and I enjoyed the food, specially the one served by chef Edgar at the Italian restaurant. However, we had a bad time on Sunday morning trying to have breakfast because the buffet is open to every one in the city so guests have to wait in line for hours (literally) to be seated. We ended up going to a smaller buffet but the service was basically non existent and rude.

It is an excellent hotel, the service is splendid, helpful and attentive staff. Large and pleasant rooms.

Beautiful view from ocean view room. Plenty of pool seating. Friendly staff. Good location - a sheet walk into town, but not the centre of the action. Construction in lobby, but no mention of it at time of booking.

Overall experience was not favorable. Over priced for what you get. Lesson learned we will book closer to the romantic zone next time.

Sunday brunch is recommended, variety of foods, waiters give good service and there are mariachis.
The day pass is recommended because the facilities are well maintained, clean and comfortable.

We stayed here for a little over a week. The staff were super attentive and really took the time to know you. The one exception was the pool area. The pool bartender and the guy taking orders near the pool took no pride in their work like the rest of staff. Luckily the bartender in the lobby restaurant were awesome and quick.
The room service fid we ordered one night was pretty bad, I wouldn't recommend it. The food during the day from any of the hotel restaurants was pretty decent.
The best service we had consistently was from the private member club on the top floor. They were spot on and awesome! Thank you for making our stay amazing.

Place with excellent access and security. Conference rooms and conferences quite extensive. Attention and service very good. Sanitary very hygienic and pleasant.

Stay was wonderful, we got a club room and the perks that came with it was nice. It was not a bad distance to the boardwalk and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

To get to the hotel is a long way but it is worth it for the comfort of the rooms, the environment and the area where it is. It has many activities

It is difficult to make a criticism of this hotel, but I will do it simply because despite the fact that it is a nice, clean and pleasant hotel, it is a hotel that has a bad beach in the area. Within this hotel everything is simply pleasant, drinks, amenities, service, but if you like the beach look for more alternatives to the south (Mismaloya).

It is quickly 10 minutes by Bus from the Center and boardwalk so the location is privileged and is one of its strengths as there are shopping centers such as La isla, remaining as La Vaka, and antiquity as a Neptune square.

Simply review why the beach is bad, it will always be the negative factor of this great hotel.

Well, everything was very good the chef very attentive and friendly cooked what you asked for until that 10 drinks only the pool staff really lacks a lot and more personal that I did not like
