Excellent place for breakfast, and the Mariachi the best of breakfast !!

Everyone spoke English. It is clean and well maintained. We got a beautiful view of the ocean and the amazing resort from our balcony. I only gave it 4 stars because the resturants on the resort were very expensive and were not nearly as good at the local food on the streets.

Beautiful location of the resort but CAUTION to all parents with kids: if your child is less than 5 years old, you cannot leave them in Sheratoons Kids Club, one parent will have to sit through all the kids activities.means no alone time as couples.

The resort prices for food and drinks are inflated but the cost comes comparable to US prices unless you attend 1-2 hours of presentation on timeshare deals to get discounts on food, drinks,and outside activities.

Bad, over priced. I have stayed at Westin,
Villa Del Palmar, Secrets and they are not worth the money. I have found small hotels in centro cheap and the same quality. Power loss, my key didn't always work nor the fridge. NO KID CARE, JUST HORRIBLE PLACE.

Fantastic resort. The staff were dedicated to making us comfortable and relaxed. Mariano was an awesome server.

Staff very prepared and friendly, excellent spa, its exquisite restaurants the dishes especially in Gaviotas.

Great attentive staff. Beautiful view from the rooms. Overlooks the bars and beach, so not recommended for anyone that needs to get up early.

Very good the hotel, the breakfast buffet is very complete, the pools super well. What I do not like are the connecting doors to the next room. All if exception the day they arrive, try to open the door, no matter what time it is and if you are asleep you get a big scare thinking they want to enter your room by force.

If you go to the hotel, buy an all-inclusive package (without a sales demonstration at its facilities (or it will take 5 hours to present)
The beach is very pebbly, some sharp (not sand)

If you are going to sleep, swimming in the pool and eating (5-star hotel (not cheap) is one of the best options.

The hotel next to its facilities are actually a trip back in time but to 1975. You really need a good update and in the service although good does not help much.

I'm staying at this hotel and I really do not recommend it, I had a problem yesterday, and no one can solve it, all the security and stupid balls, I had a guest at the facilities and they did not let me through. They made me pass the shame of my life, they treated him like a criminal, and for that the delta hotel manager in turbo, is a liar, named Jose, told me to pay the day for the person, to be able to enjoy the facilities made me pay for this person but apart they were taking care of it all the time, as in delinquent not worth it is, the last time I come to this hotel, do not vegan to the sheraton please

Hello, be very careful the people responsible for sales of vacation plans offer you a package in my case call the hotel to confirm if it was not a scam, they confirmed that they worked with this agency and the package was one year at the time of making the reservation they tell me that they no longer have an agreement with the hotel and that they can not do anything, it seems to me that they only want to sell and not give any service

The place is very clean and offers privacy. However, waiters give priority to foreigners. The air conditioning in my room did not work.

Very good place, to do conventions what if it is that if you want to swim on the beach of the hotel get ready with your flip flops for swimming since there are many stones and you could hurt your feet.

My wife and I booked this place for our anniversary because reviews are decent and for a short trip it would be great to stay somewhere a little higher on the ratings than other places. First off, the service staff by the poolside and from the restaurants was fantastic! The rooms were very clean and stocked very well. So why the 3/5? Upon arrival it's apparent that timeshare is a huge deal in this city and we were inundated with it while walking through the "gauntlet" between the airport and the parking lot. But what came as a surprise and extreme annoyance was that upon arrival to the hotel we were just as inundated by timeshare for the resort, I mean we weren't even allowed to go to our room or even directed to where our room was without being told to meet in the lobby at 8:30am for the timeshare the next day. My wife got so mad that she damn near started a fight with the concierge about their pushy attitude about timeshare. Hotel great, front staff not so great. We did manage to enjoy the rest of our time here and the remaining staff did a great job at doing so. Sadly I would not return to this hotel on my next trip to PV. Just a quick tip, if you are walking up a red metal spiral staircase, you are heading to a timeshare presentation.

The beach is not its strong point because it has too many rocks, but the restaurants and activities make up for it.

Very good service. Also the food is excellent, as is the location and cleanliness of the hotel.

E known larger hotels such as vidanta but the Sheraton is a hotel that I would not change for anything is the ideal hotel with its people its cuisine and the treatment is unmatched, you can only say thank you Sheraton bugambilias.

The hotel is closed, they offer you Villas for the same price and the facilities are very old

Probably the best place I have ever stayed! Beautiful, relaxing resort with incredibly attentive staff and amazing food. It was really important to us to feel safe at the hotel during the pandemic and this was the perfect place for that--lots of space to spread out, sanitary conditions, temperature checks at restaurants, and besides for a few guests, everyone has been good about wearing face masks in required areas. Everything has been perfect and I will definitely be back. Still can't get over the quality of service and food at the restaurants.

I've been coming here for nearly 20 years in this was a pretty rough year with the construction and what the supposed to be a 20 minute timeshare meeting that turned into 2 hours and then a bunch of lies about our tours which finally got resolved but it wasted 24 hours nevertheless we will return.

We visited over the weekend to celebrate my husband's 40th. We originally reserved an Ocean View suite but at check it were upgraded to club at no charge. We had our own Butler who greeted us with a glass of champaigne. Food was great, we did the buffet our first night and they had fun entertainment there. Service was excellent, the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We made reservations on our last night to have dinner at the Italian restaurant. It was amazing. We had live romantic music playing and food was delicious. It was raining when we were there and the sun was setting so it made the evening very romantic. We were there 3 nights. Pools are very clean and big. One pool has music and activities daily the other is quieter more for just relaxing. Both have bars inside pool where they serve the most amazing Pina Colada. We also sat under the Palapas near the beach saw the sunset from there...amazing. Didn't do excursions but did hit the Malecon at night and also another day in the morning. I recommend nights as it's not as hot and there's lots of fun activities going on. Although it is walking distance I don't recommend every day. We walked the first day but it was too hot and we're drenched in sweat and tired when we got there. Taxis are super accessible at every corner and inexpensive. We ate out only once at Salsa Grill it's a cute little restaurant with amazing service and excellent price we only paid $9.00 for full breakfast for both of us.
Overall our experience was excellent, we had the All Inclusive package, did so much and at checkout paid nothing. Highly recommend. We are returning here next year with our children.

Terrible place. Had extremely loud wedding outside our room until 1am. There was screamig and loud base sounds. Not ideal when you are a presenter at a large event and you get no sleep. Food just ok
