I loved. Excellent food, very friendly staff, very clean. A hotel that has everything ... they only need to improve the room service, because the 4 days we stayed, they only attended us 2 times and it took us more than 1 hour, the other days neither the phone answered us.

I was in the plane for 4 hours went to the sheraton bunanvilias check inn and right away they started with lies its just a SCAM ABOUT TIME SHARE they told me come sit so they can show me the hotel map but right away its all about 90 min they want to show me around been there done that so if your plning a trip and you don't want it to be spoiled stay away there PROS BECARFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THERES INTERNET ONLY IN LOBBY PLUS MY ROOM THEY GAVE ME A UP GRADE FOR $20 PER NIGHT WAS TO SEE TREES AND A ROOF AT THE MAIN DINNING HALL REALLY WAS TO TIRED TO DEAL WITH THEM I JUST WILL STAY AWAY !!!

The staff were amazing very friendly. Very hygienic hotel. The pools are cleaned daily the pool bars are very good and location is good (you can walk to the malecon). The food is very good the buffet restaurant has new food daily. I would definitely go back the only thing was the beach sand it's very coarse and hard to walk on
This place was pretty. It was the only thing going for it. The service of the staff was severely lacking. Their antipathy was frustrating. I went with my son to have breakfast at the Villita and mentioned that we were eating the continental breakfast as provided. After telling the waiter he chose the closest table to the exit without asking where we wanted to sit. He proceded to sit others asking where they wanted to sit, he offered and served their coffees and juice while walking by my table. Even though I looked at him he didn't come near. I walked up to him and explained the situation, he gave me an excuse, so I told him I noticed he sat and served 3 families. Only after mentioning we were platinum members, but we were unable to eat at the club because of my son's age, he apologized and offered to bring me something from the buffet line. When we reported the situations to reception they didn't seem to care. As was the situation with many other offenses towards us.
Nice resort but the outdoor Marachi Band played until 1:00 am, 3 nights out of a 7 night stay.

They charge for Wi-Fi, the lines to enter the breakfast buffet are very long, some bellboys serve poorly, ONE towel for the pool and at the reception they do not even explain it to you, but if you throw the "card" that is worth a towel they charge you $ 20 !

Nice place, although the rooms are not new they are in perfect condition and it is seen that they strive to give them very good maintenance, it is a place that I would highly recommend and I would gladly visit it again. thanks

Awesome hotel & vacation club (timeshares) resort. Vacation club facilities currently undergoing major renovation for additional amenities-so, I would wait until late 2019 to go again.
This is an amazing hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Gorgeous views. Only down side is the water pressure doesn't exist in the bathroom and very English speaking channels in the rooms. Otherwise great place to stay.

High speed internet is bad... even charge $5 USD per day... Asked housekeeper to change broken hair dryer.. Never come by or change it.

A great hotel, kindness and very good service. It has many renovated areas, a very good design.
Theservice is good. The workers are very nice and helpful. The rooms need updating...the air conditioning, refrigerator. The food is sub par. They seriously need to keep a net over the food and keep the food refrigerated. The flies just kill the appetite of what edible food there is. Overall it's a nice spot on the beach. The town is a little dodgy but I've seen worse.
