Very good location, excellent food, attentive staff

The lounge chairs are not enough and people put their towels since morning even if they do not appear until noon or later (no control after 30 minutes as mentioned)... Lines in restaurants are forever and when you try to book the restaurant is already full...

Comfortable and clean place and some very old areas but well preserved

The good: Clean place, very friendly staff, the food is excellent !!
The bad: there is no internet in the rooms and the fact that they charge you the bottled water or the refill of the mini bar seems annoying, since you are paying an all-inclusive service (and it is not cheap).

We stayed here over Christmas weekend. The hotel threw a loud party with music blaring well into the morning hours across the entire property. when we called them and requested them to help, they refused. Awful customer service, absolute indifference to customer needs.

In high season they do not have enough capacity for pool cleaning, they are dirty. Nor do they offer courtesy facilities for a 5-minute bath after check out. They harass you in the lobby area every time you go around trying to sell yourself timeshares.

A beautiful hotel and very comfortable, if you want to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches of Vallarta with an all-inclusive option

The hotel was big and clean with super comfortable beds. We had ocean view which was nice as long as the curtains were closed in the afternoon or else it would get to hot!

Not a lot of nightlife here and we mostly went off site to catch shows/bars. Area felt very safe and was a quick cheap cab ride to the malecon.

Took off a star as the first three days of the 7 days I was there I was part of a conference and my group felt the customer service wasn t very good during this time. We stayed past the conference and had different all inclusive bands at that point and the service seemed to get a lot better even though it was mostly the same employees.

Food in the specialty restaurants was amazing and buffet was more miss then hit. Pro tip: bacon IS available at the breakfast Buffett but you have to request it!

Two pools, one loud (music, games) one very quite but does have a waterfall!

Pool side menu is decent but service can be very slow.

Overall would stay again if The conference was there but if going on my own may stay at a place with livelier night life

The site is wonderful, it is close to different sites that can be visited, it has incredible views, the rooms could be improved as soon as it is seen, it is a clean place and the staff is very friendly, as for the administration it could make you feel a bit more at home, I do not recommend taking packages if you are going to spend it outside, preferably it is good only if you plan to stay at the hotel

I'm an SPG Gold Member. My family and I travel frequently. We have stayed at several Sheraton properties. I recommend staying anywhere else in PV! This has been our worst experience staying at any Starwood Property for so many reasons I'm not even going to list them all... but here are a few of the biggies. First the power was out for about 8 hours after there was a water leak in the lobby ceiling, that fried my phone charger... The next issue needs some clarification. We usually stay on the club level when we travel. We booked for 2 adults and 4 kids (we have 4 kids) in two rooms on the club level. After reading other reviews we found (they didn't inform us when booking) kids are not allowed in the club lounge. We contacted them and they confirmed but offered free breakfast which we thought was cool. After eating at the buffet which they told us is where to get breakfast they tried charging us. After explaining everything, the front desk manager Ifrean basically called me a liar. It turns out they booked us as 4 adults in two rooms because kids aren't allowed on the club level AT ALL. First the restaurant in the Sheraton resort were accusing us of trying to steal (not pay for) our breakfast. Then the front desk was saying we lied when we booked the room so they were demanding was pay for the breakfast even though we have emails from the reservation staff saying otherwise. I had to spend over an hour explaining this to an SPG rep to file a complaint and they finally got that one issue resolved. All I wanted was an apology. We have had at least 3 other similar but different horrible customer service experiences since staying here for the last 5 days. We booked a bali bed but they packed them up early so we just watched the sunset on the rocks and when we asked for a refund they basically called us liars saying we used it but were just trying to get it for free (it was a whole $5). It seems the go-to here. They don't communicate, you have to ask a million questions, get everything in writing, and keep your receipts and emails or they'll call you a liar or a thief. No doubt we will stay elsewhere on our next stay. Be warned these do not seem like isolated incidents but a culture of distrust within the resort. We have traveled in Mexico and I don't it's a Mexican thing, this is something going on within the resort.

Very good hotel, I think it is all inclusive but they also include only room service. The conference rooms are very good for organizing medical congresses, as they always offer snacks with coffee, soft drinks, buns, etc. In general a great hotel!

The hotel is a little forgotten. Most of the staff was friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was average. Location was in old town. I will stay at Nuevo Vallarta next time. Beautiful town, lot's to do!!

In most of the hotels they give you the Internet and they charge you there per day, in terms of the staff they give you an excellent service

It is now a hotel and time share. The staff follow you from the bell stand to the elevator coercing you into sitting through their hours long presentation. No! Is not in their vocabulary.

Nice, but not extraordinary, leaves much to say your attention to what is a Sheraton level. I do not recommend it

Very good service very good hotel with exelent is very spacious restaurants certainly have all-inclusive plan, it is also convention center, category 3 diamonds but really deserves the 4 in its wings saw or club floors has large luxury rooms with butler to your services and an excellent view to the sea the treatment of the people is very pleasant and is a family hotel

This establishment is nothing but Bigots... Go to Hilton.. Much better.

Well I didn't buy this time share a friend did. I was invited and it was a great place to stay very clean. What I didn't like was their so called "Covid-19 event" a meeting so call to prevent the virus from spreading and everyone feeling safer while staying here . When we got there they showed us their other rooms which they tried to sell us. Like we just purchased last year why try to sell right away. So just a reminder once they take your money they want more.

I stayed here for a conference I had. It was only 2 days but what little I saw seemed like a good place to vacation with the family. Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it so I can't say I loved it because there were things I couldn't see or do.
From what I saw it is very good. The attention is good and the staff is very friendly. Impeccable bathrooms, very clean rooms and has many elevators.

The best service. Always improving its facilities. Super safe for the whole family good atmosphere. Privileged location in Vallarta to go to the club without transportation. Recommended.

Excellent place. The food is very good the Sunday brunch is coarse and varied. A great place to vacation!

The hotel is very beautiful in the pool area and gardens. The staff in general is very friendly and the buffet very tasty. Especially the waiters from "La Villita" and the waiter Francisco from the pool bar, very kind and friendly.
But I have 3 complaint points:
1. Why do you charge for Wi-Fi in the rooms if the hotel is already expensive?
2. The bedrooms do not have enough closet space and lack furniture to store clothes.
3. You suffer constant HARASSMENT from your timeshare salespeople. My husband and I had to get angry so they would stop bothering us.

Except for the issue of billing 20 days, there is no answer, in all the other kindness, smile, exquisite meals, bars, excellent service. That's why 4 stars for the billing service and they still don't give me the bill

My wife & I just spent 10 days at this hotel Dec 3 thru 13... The all inclusive pkg worked out great... All the restaurants and the Embarcadero Bar & Lobby Bar were very nice .. All featured great music.. There were only 2 restaurants and a Starbucks coffee shop that were not included (which was no big deal) in the AI pkg...... The two swimming pools (very clean)with swim up bars were excellent...We really liked the fact that we were a 20 minute walk from the downtown Malecon although we took $5.00 taxi rides a few times... The only negatives about the hotel is the beach is not too good.. Lots of stones and the sand is unlike the sand you find in Cancun or Riviera Maya...Time share people were annoying, but not a big deal.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again...

It is a very large hotel complex. They have a gym, two pools, activities, several restaurants and bars, a computer center and conference rooms.
Bonus: Guests get 5 free prints per day.

A pretty popular place, so it was a bit crowded when we were there. Because of construction, check in was awful. The front desk staff was mostly nice, though. Our rooms were great. And the maids, bus boys and consierge were extremely helpful and kind!

The customer service leaves much to be desired, I suspect that whoever works, does not do it with pleasure, something happens with them, that they can not be well in the attention to the guest. From reception to any area of the hotel.

What a wonderful place all inclusive to ginormous pools tons of palm trees and there's no kids this time of year wonderful caters to more adults timeshare beautiful come visit very hot and humid but good times to be had by all know that all inclusive price is $64 a day

It is very beautiful and the food is very delicious, the pools are very warm and the beach is very rocky
