Nice hotel but they were doing construction while we stayed here and there was pretty much a constant noise of hammering and pounding going on. Staff was very friendly and the hotel is within walking distance to the malecon

For years we are members in the Club, first in the times shared with the cook and now in the hotel room, the experience is always excellent and the attention to the very good guest, of the best hotels in the area of Puerto Vallarta, is remodeling so it will still have better facilities, variety of at least 5 restaurants, gym shop and 2 pools among other amenities. Highly recommended

Nice place comfortable rooms and helpful staff. This hotel boasts a beautiful view of the ocean several pools and many options for dining. It's close enough to old PV to walk and incredibly close to maelchon. Great place to stay with kids.

I am pleased, It's a beautiful place, great service. When we arrived at the hotel the personal make us feel like we were in home. The session room was perfect and the food was delicious. The very best is the location so close to downtown.

if you prefer to stay in town, buganvilias is the place to stay. it has grown to more than twice the size since my last trip, but i'd still say the location is central to all that p.v. has to offer.

What a beautiful location! The hotel was amazing and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The only annoying thing was that the toilet in the room kept needing to be repaired. Other than that my experience was flawless.

Didn't get the rooms we had booked. There were 9 of us and only 1 room was correct. The rooms were not clean and when we wanted our rooms cleaned they weren't. The beding was not changed. We were there for 7 days all inclusive which was ok but not for the price we paid. The food was terrible and always cold buffets. We will never go there again and will never recommend it to anyone. The only good thing we have to say is the wheel chair accessibility wa great. The construction during the day was awful and a person could not rest. Very disappointed with the beach as you could not walk or wade with your bare feet. Too many rocks. Not the vacation I would do again.

The service at the event and the attention from the staff was very good, the facilities are ample, there were 2 events that same night and they were not affected with each other. Approximately 200 people attended

The facilities are very comfortable, the services are very good. The Spa is excellent.

Comfort details such as pillows and mattresses are unique, the attention from the staff, from all the staff is excellent, fair price benefit. Renovated rooms and cleanliness, the buffet breakfast is the best part, I do not recommend the open menu, the beach is very steep, not recommended for children, better idea to use only the pool.

Very disapointing unfortunately.......not enough restaurant for the amount of people there is.....also very disorganized due to grid ......they allow people from outside to have brunch in the same restaurant where we suppose to have breakfast and lunch with the result that there are not tables available for us that we paid for all inclusive making you feel absolutely disrespected.
One last thing......lots of screaming and loud lauging until three or four o'clock in the morning that we could here from the room (17th floor)....imagine the noise.

Classic hotel all inclusive, its facilities are good, except that some rooms do not have a terrace, which is strange. The gym does not have a variety of dumbbells, which is a nuisance when you have been training for some time. Few machines for bodybuilding, many for cardio.

Good Vacation Club, not very luxurious, excellent attention from all its staff, only the room, in particular the bathroom with the shower, not very functional, uncomfortable, from there on out everything very well.

The hotel is beautiful, it has clean and modern prayers, we also received the best treatment from its employees, always greeting and giving us the kind indications, but what I would give you was the lunch and dinner in a day buffet was not the best :) but the other days of luxury !!!!
