The hotel is excellent, the food has good flavor and variety, the shows are excellent, the attention of all the areas is very friendly; the only thing I did not like is the beach that they had as it is pebbly

Great place to spend your vacation here in Puerto Vallarta, less than 1 mile walk to souvenirs, shops and restaurants in the area. There is a store in the hotel with clothes, souvenirs, jewelry, etc. Food here is OK (you have to try the Puerto Vallartan style ceviche), drinks and snacks taken by a waiter if you are by the pool. There is a bar alike by the pool, so you can have your drinks here. Reusable cups are given, that is always great for the environment. Rooms are comfortable and great for the hot weather, service folks are nice and helpful, your are given cards to trade in for pool towels and once you are done you give them back. The beach is ok, the sand has lots of rocks so it could be uncomfortable if you aren't used to it, nothing a pair of sandals can't handle. Public restrooms here are super clean. There are sort of events and activities done by the hotel guys here by the pool with prices, great for the family and to have fun. All and all excellent hotel, considering a future family vacation here again.

I had a great time here. The food was delicious and very good for "all inclusive" type meals. Great cocktails, excellent service. And OMG THE SPA. I kid you not, and I am a spa-buff from way back, this is the most GORGEOUS spa I have ever seen. And the treatments are phenomenal! Try the water ritual, ask for David, thank me later. And opt to pay the extra $20 for the guided water feature tour. You will be SO GLAD you did!

Just came back from a delicious Sunday buffet at the Sheraton resort in PV. For $28 (CDN) I had a fantastic Sunday Brunch including unlimited mimosas. The brunch featured a live Mariachi band and had seating both indoor and outdoor. The buffet had an array of food including the best roast beef I ve had in Mexico. One of the best parts of the Sunday brunch is it allows you access to the pool and beach areas. As I am not a guest at the resort it was great to spend the rest of the day relaxing by the pool and napping off some of the mimosa and desserts :). Highly recommend this Sunday brunch to anyone in Puerto Vallarta!

Best place ever. My family and I have been staying there for almost 22 years straight. We love that place we vacay everyday summer there!

Our trip was rated 4 1/2 stars but the staff easily earned the extra half. From the food to the service to the cleanliness. Mario, Fernando, Milton, Nancy, and Hector were just a few of the team members who made this trip totally memorable for my family. I will be returning.

Very good hotel, great service, super comfortable beds, has 4 restaurants and 2 pools, beach access and many amenities. High season only if it surpasses the number of waiters and slow service.

The best place in Puerto Vallarta its excellent service

They did not have the room ready at the time, when I was assigned the bathroom was dirty and I had to wait longer. Very early they began to hammer on some arrival floors and they did not let me sleep anymore.

The venue was not worth the price. Much better value at Hilton and other properties in the area. I also didn t feel welcomed at this property and am not sure about the safety of the location.

Hotel very well located ... the service very well .. The rich and varied food .. It is well worth it to come back !!!

Wonderful location close to downtown. Easy walk to the bars and restaurants. The weekly fiesta is a great event.

It's been 20+years since I was a guest but after all this time I am still in awe of the friendly staff and the a experience. I dream to go back one day to be able to write an updated review and to say Thank you for more than 20 years of very very fond memories!

Elegant and comfortable hotel, the buffets are fine but they lack a little more variety. It has several pools pmy bars.

It is a nice hotel, recently remodeled parts, has 2 nice pools and access to the beach.

Excellent everything. Even I think it's exaggerated that something as basic as WiFi is charged.

We should have complained earlier about being directly under construction and been more insistent about our a/c not getting cold but I still wouldn't stay here again. Don't try to talk to me about timeshares when I just want the map to my room and the resort hads tons of old people when we were there. I only booked us 2 nights here because our preferred hotel was full with a convention and I thought it would be ok because its a sheraton but it was not ok.

The view at Sheraton is amazing and it is so close to town that you can have a nice stroll downtown without paying for a taxi. The costumer service is amazing everyone that works there is super friendly. The only reason why it didnt get 5 starts from me is for those stupid time share offers they try to obligate you to buy and if you dont they are super rude!! I was lured into the whole thing through a LIE from the concierge convinving me that it was an opportunity for me and my family to upgrade to a bigger suit. They convinced me to pay a 50 dollar deposit which they never gave back!!! The people trying to sell are extremely rude and want you to say yes to a $50,000.00 dollar investment without asking questions. It was horrible!!! It makes me mad that all the great things this hotel offers is ruined by people trying to make fraud!!!!

I was in congress and the waiters at the small restaurant never offered me drinks if you had to be yelling at us, the very guangos mattresses are not comfortable, and the pool barman asked for a coke and he didn't want to give it to me even though it was service hours ah but there were other people who were giving them tips and they attended them wonderfully, and finally on the way out they don't ask you anything about how it was that we could improve. I would not recommend it.

Located very close to the center, with enviable service, restaurants with very good seasoning, all rooms remodeled (2018). The only one that is put on is the same as all the pvr beaches.

We are owners at the Sheraton bugavillas resort. One of the reasons we bought there was because Sergio and Marcos who are servers at the poolside, they are one of the very best people In Puerto Vallarta. The entire town is friendly but these two go above and beyond for their customers. If they weren t there for us we would be staying elsewhere and trade our timeshare. We have been there for years and because of these two employees we will continue. They make our vacation perfect!!!!

Luxury restaurants, clean beach and an all-inclusive service that's worth it

Friendly and courteous staff combined with outstanding accomodations and food makes for an unforgettable and memorable vacation experience.

The bar staff is very unfriendly, the restaurant service is very slow, they need to respect more alturists, taking into consideration that it does not matter if they are national or foreign, our form of payment in the end is the same

It is an excellent option for vacation, has a level of luxury very acceptable and the price is still affordable. The treatment you receive from the staff is warm and attentive, always willing to make your stay a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

No doubt an excellent and comfortable hotel, the beach has a lot of pebbles instead of sand, the service by the staff is excellent all very attentive a hotel highly recommended

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel and I have stayed at many places around the world. Feel free to read about my experience, but bottom line is this place is fine if you booked through them and you have no issues with ANYTHING!!! The reception staff is rude and treat you as though you are there to serve them. Every other employee is pleasant and always smiling.

*If you book through Expedia or something similar be prepared to be treated poorly if you have a problem arise. You will receive a white bracelet that will let the staff know how to treat you.

*The hotel needed me to change rooms because the room under us was experiencing a leak and they needed to get into my room to fix the problem. I told them about the AC did not work and that my daughter and I did not sleep at all because we were so hot. After we switched rooms I asked the worker what were they going to do to compensate me for my time and trouble (it took almost 2 hours for them to switch my room). The reception clerk literally rolled her eyes through up her hands and said, "nothing". I then spoke the the manager and he told me he would first have to investigate and see if the AC was really broken and he would get back to me. In reminded him that they asked me to switch rooms because they needed to fix a leak, but he did not seem to care about that. I received a phone call the next day saying that the AC was not broken, it just didn't cool as well as the others. Who does that?!!

*My family and I needed towels for the pool. We went to the two towel locations and were told they did not have any. Finally one location gave us the two he had hiding under the counter (WE BELIEVE IT WAS BECAUSE WE WERE WEARING OUR WHITE BRACELETS THAT HE DID NOT GIVE US THE TOWELS WHEN WE ASKED). We went back to the second location and the young man called his manager and turns out he had a whole bag of towels he was told not to give us until we made a fuss (ONCE AGAIN, THE CURSE OF THE WHITE BRACELET STRIKES AGAIN).

*Even when I tried to get my bill settled they kept screwing up by giving me my sister-in-laws receipts. I explained many times and they kept handing me her stuff. It was a very frustrating experience and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The Sheraton Buganvilias Resort have good instalation and nice services and the people that work here are nice people I recomend this place a lot

Watch room has an amazing ocean view. Great pool and Beach area with a swim up bar.

Very nice hotel, although I came for work, they looked after me very well, excellent service.

I bought on the Groupon page (which always gave me what they announced, without lies) a package for two people at the hotel, and the discount was almost 50%, but when I called to reserve, to start the person who attended me , I was very apathetic, in the second place I got the joke that I had to pay 1400 pesos for taxes, when what I had paid was 2400, then I did not see the benefit, and I told the lady that when I bought the coupon nothing came that said it was extra tax, so I spoke to groupon and they told me that indeed that condition did not come, so they agreed to cancel the coupon, it looks very nice, but they are not honest!

Rooms are dated but clean. Fantastic towels!! Go down to old Town or north of wall Mart for factory deals. Internet is not secure no what they say. They should have had more servers by the pools. The staff is friendly.

The service in the hotel is very good, attention in a friendly way, the only thing for which I do not give 5 stars is for the seasoning of the food.
