The staff were amazing very friendly. Very hygienic hotel. The pools are cleaned daily the pool bars are very good and location is good (you can walk to the malecon). The food is very good the buffet restaurant has new food daily. I would definitely go back the only thing was the beach sand it's very coarse and hard to walk on

I feel bad to give 3 stars but have to. We spent a week at this place loved it and hated it.
The reason For 3 starts : its because of the army of sales rep trying to sell Time Share like deals. They attack you the moment you check in they do not have any common sense that we just arrived we will need to relax and unwind. Nope they attack you. In fact I spent 15 minutes talking to them and mentioned to them I m not interested but yet they approach you every day, every time you get off the elevator, enter or exit the property.
The property is in a great spot, the staff and the restaurants are just awesome. It s kid friendly and close restaurants and shopping. The rooms are very clean The above experience leaves a sour taste. I have second thoughts about coming back here. I m a Titanium Bonvoy member and I love this place but hated every moment the army of sales reps approach you. They are dressed in the same uniform as the Sheraton staff which is deceiving. I hope the management changes the experience such that the guests truly enjoy the Sheraton experience.
Attention in some areas is good too (ground floor bar)
Beds are comfortable and overall cleanliness is good
The bad:
If you want to have wifi it has a cost of 5 USD extra per day, there is free wifi but only in the lobby (where its staff is too insistent and even annoying offering you to buy things)
The keys to the rooms do not work well, you have to make several attempts until it works
In the restaurant they brought the main course first and then the entrance (the food has a regular flavor)
Beautifully landscaped property within walking distance to malecon and wonderful restaurants, although restaurants onsite are excellent. Staff was very helpful in dealing with requests (crib and high chair) and concerns (water pressure in shower). Grandkids aged 1, 4 and 6 loved the pool and Fiesta Night. Time share presentation/update from Brandon was well-organized and swiftly completed. Special thanks to concierges (especially Doli and Mercedes!) for helping to locate a lost beach wrap. Looking forward to next year!
It is a very good place, it is very comfortable and with excellent attention, however, it does not go unnoticed that to check-in they ask you to make a charge (they call it withholding) of 5 thousand pesos to guarantee charges not contemplated. Beyond that, the hotel gives a very good service, for those who know the beaches of Puerto Vallarta, they know that they are not the best beaches, however, it can be compensated with many beautiful places in the area.
The best that this hotel has offered me has been the view, the all-inclusive guest service is not close to that of other hotels I felt rejected since other types of customers who pay at the moment serve them better by giving tips and it is understandable, even so hopefully they improve.
Only 1 buffet restaurant if you do not want to enter the specialties therefore they seem lines of attractions, to which the staff replied that it was something normal and that in high season it was worse, this is totally wrong since they have a closed area in breakfast and lunch
It is understood that a place without sales promoters because how they would survive, but here they prefer to sell you memberships with so much effort but the other areas lack that commitment, share their enthusiasm in other areas
The gym is very good unless you arrive early the drinking water runs out at 12am
In general I would not return to the hotel
P.S. It's good that they pruned the palm trees, it's a shame that a foreigner had to be hurt to get them to pay attention
Very nice and clean facilities very rich food and very friendly staff. I give it a 3 just because on the first day they make you lose more than noon of your vacation they get up early marking you to your room and one is going to rest Not to be given talks of 4 or 5 hours insisting us to buy a membership.
The service of the frightful hotel, we booked for a wedding that unfortunately rained and was affected the problem was their service of not offering an option to celebrate indoors in a room and wanted to charge extra for giving us a better place, they sent us to a restaurant from the bar and everything very bad, I will never recommend this hotel and the whole family disappointed apart from very careros
The opinions are very diverse, I am about to visit the hotel, but I have always known that Sheraton is very good, but sometimes because it is a big Hotel they treat you badly, as if saying "we are worth a lot" on many occasions hotels 4 and 5 stars or diamonds, we do not want to visit for a little fear of how we will be served, I hope the hotel takes this into account, since I work for a travel agency since we asked for a quote they serve you without much interest, so that as they want to sell, it is the impression they give, and congratulations to those who have had to attend to them as they should. and about the hotel it looks good but what I rate is the attention of the Hotel we hope to know it inside, although when we have the best attention We are happy .. :)
I was to meet a client for a meeting at this location and I was asked to leave after 20 minutes waiting... I was told they didn't want people there waiting... I'm a respectful 58 year old business man. I moved my meeting to another hotel that wasn't threatened by my presence.
Great people, staff is awesome. They are currently doing major construction nobody bothered to let us know about. Can't overemphasize how disappointing and irritating it is being woke up at 7am EVERY MORNING by sawing and jackhammering. The property never told me this was happening or that my forced wakeup would be so early. Simple letter to the room, email before I arrived, or even a simple call would have made the world of difference. I am sure all this construction will be great for profits for the owners but I will never return to this property. There are many great options in Puerto Vallarta that make vacationing guest a priority not just a dollar sign.
I'd like to say, they have a thief in their staff or they have some sort of skimming device somewhere in the hotel. My credit card info was copied the day I arrived at the hotel and charges started appearing. The info was probably sold to someone in CA where the charges were made through some charitable platform that was used as a front.
In general, the hotel is nice, but of the waiters who served me at the pool ... only 1 treated me well. No matter how much I tipped, they wouldn't stop me. And to have the hotel at 40% of its capacity ... it makes me super bad.
The beach is very ugly, but that is typical in Vallarta.
Todoooo was bureaucratic, schedules for everything ... if you wanted pizza or something Italian you had to book very early for Italian.
I find it too expensive for the service they gave me.
The rooms are excellent and very comfortable, there is the disadvantage that the hotel network has a limitation only for certain users per room, which is arranged by paying more for the premium network. It should also be noted that there is a lack of assistance for people who are drinking alcohol at the pool bar and who can not go out afterwards, if there is a staff but it is not very easy to contact them.
Clean and comfortable. The pool bar has just the right amount of shade for a great afternoon cool off in the pool. Service staff are personable and helpful. Terrace side tacos are great!
