A personalized atencuon and the restaurant super well attended

This was one of the better vacations I've ever had everyone was very polite and helpful very clean full service...... Great shops and there was a man that made hand made glass objects phenomenal......

Very bad experience, I had a reservation to spend the year with my family, we were 17 people in 5 rooms. The reservation was made from June giving money advance and at the end of October the whole was liquidated. And a month before they cancel us giving the absurd explanation that they were in remodeling and that they made us the money back. Thanks Hotel Sheraton Buganvilias they left us without vacations.

Honestly. We were supposed to stay 7 nights and decided to stay only 1 night. The service is horrible here. The hotel is not all inclusive, so we expected to pay for food and drinks. We didn t know until check out that is cost money to use the wifi. We had issues with check in, dinner, and check out. We were so excited to have a stress free vacation and this hotel totally ruined it. If you come to Mexico a lot and speak Spanish so you re able to defend yourself then stay here, other wise it was horrible. We got charged 53$ USD for buffet when they told us it was 300 pesos per person. Once I read over the receipt, it showed they charged us 46$ USD for 2 water and 2 cranberry juice. When you try to speak to the staff, they just argue. We have never delt with such horrible services before.

Great resort, seemed clean enough, food was decent (restaurant food was excellent, buffet was alright). The reason the are getting four stars, not five, is the all inclusive packages weren't all inclusive. And nobody would actually tell you what was all included. Certain bars, etc.... Would just be "not included" in the app inclusive..... Seems odd. And there was no document of what was, and what wasn't included to help you sort that out.

Excellent place .. just one detail .. the people who work there and more security ... exaggerate the safety standards .. and it is annoying that they are asking you every time .. where you come from .. where you are going .. what are you coming to

It is beautiful, on the beach, the attention is excellent from all the employees, it has amenities such as a spa, a children's playroom, ping pong tables, a gym, a variety of restaurants, etc.

I do not like you so much, and I have been visiting it for more than 20 years !!!

Close to old town abd the malecon. Rooms were nice ocean view and the pool abd buffet was great...

Excellent its convention center, but do not approach the timeshare sales area.

El hotel es muy bonito las habitaciones limpias y puedes adquirir sin costo adicional articulos como: shampo, gel, jabon,enjuague bucal, pasta de dientes, y no es necesario llevar tantos articulos pues con un costo adicional te los prestan como secadora de pelo,risadora de pelo, y plancha tanto de pelo como de ropa sin embargo lo que no me gusto que no puedes entrar a todas las albercas si no eres socio y tampoco puedes entrar a todos los restaurantes con menores de edad. El hotel esta en remodelacion. Sin embargo la atencion de todo el personal es muy bueno son amables atentos.

They show the rooms have a very nice view but when they give them to you they look nothing alike and it is very expensive for both food and accommodation the photo I could take was of the room they showed us but when they gave us the room nothing to see, there are not many there are only tennis courts. Almost to go there is only to be in the pool since there are many stones in the sea and if you want waves there are not. The gym has very little makeup and many crazy treadmills.

The lodging and its quality in first quality services

Quite nice rooms, food was below average, staff were nice, and the pool was fantastic.

Fantastic Sunday, champagne brunch, the best mariachis, but they didn't play long enough.

My stay at the Sheraton in Puerto Vallarta was as perfect as it can get! The entire staff were incredible helpful and friendly from the greeters to the the towel boys and everyone else in between. The rooms were shiny clean with a great view down below of the pool and the Pacific Ocean beyond. The food was also excellent and priced accordingly along with excellent service. I found myself stuttering and spewing at times trying to speak Spanish but they will embrace you just for trying. A beautiful place to unwind and appreciate life!!!!

I love Puerto Vallarta I love its people are very warm and so was dying to get back, we had been to other hotels and super good this time because we found space and we decided to choose them. In my experience it takes way too with drinks in the beach area and snaks or say, never arrived has been the hotel ever recommend the all inclusive in this part do not allow snacks all ask you as a customer, but neither they give attention because the waiters not cope, 2 hours later and the waiter never came with my order my daughter very hungry and they just said no and after two-hour service. We booked at the Italian restaurant and 4 minutes delay scolding me the captain or manager and super rude and despot, someone from your very kind people solved the problem and went to eat at another restaurant, but I was very disappointed . Bad for you. What I must say is that the cleaning people, buttons, shop and even their very attentive and helpful girls and beautiful photography that has everything perfect restaurant chefs like their super attentive. Good for them. And its facilities are also nice and my little will not have enjoyed the food but if your pool has had a heck. But as parents it is something that worries feeding the kids while they enjoy.

Excellent treatment food and wellbeing for the whole family

Back here (February 2019) the Experience was amazing the very rich, privileged location, close to the airport and walking to the center of PVR the first facilities, the clean rooms tasteful and cozy beds, varied and delicious foods. Do not stop coming, the rooms are remodeled with very modern accessories.

For an all inclusive hotel it seems like so many things aren't included...
Internet is an extra $5 a day
Several of the restaurants are extra.
There's select alcohol that isn't included.
It's not something they tell you before booking
The staff is very friendly and the rooms are really comfortable.
The food at the buffet is ok. It really isn't great food and I ended up eating out of the hotel for most of the trip.
If you have to stay in an all inclusive this one is pretty good, but with all the options in Puerto Vallarta for amazing food and activities why would you want to?
If I wasn't here for a conference at the hotel I would have stayed somewhere else.

The hotel and the pool are very paddre but the beach in front of it is not so pretty

Service cleaniness and overall care of the resort is great. For cost it is a great choice. No complaints other than renovations being done but hotel is doing it's very best to accommodate during the process

Comfortable. Vegetarian options for food. Had organized activities in the evening every day -- e.g. a Mexican fiesta, disco night.

Beautiful hotel, excellent cleaning and excellent service ... I loved it and would go back a thousand times.

The place has an excellent location, very close to the boardwalk. The food and the hotel (as a building) are excellent. However, the attention is bad, they can never solve anything and the staff is always in a bad mood, they even fight among themselves; In addition to that people who sell timeshares do not let them enjoy the stay. The beach is very bad, you can't swim.

Good place to spend the holidays and relax, the only bad thing is that they do not have free wifi, except at the reception ...

Although the only hotel we have ever stayed in PV we can t imagine anything better. Beautiful spacious rooms done to the nines - excellent restaurants even a Starbucks for my evening coffee - it is on the ocean and we actually saw whales from the resort - we will be going back

Clean rooms, super friendly wait staff, plenty of onsite restaurants/bars, 2 convenience shops, easy access to the beach, and lots of activities.

Resort is very nice. WiFi for the room is expensive however, free in the lobby area. Rooms are a little old but we'll maintained. View is beautiful.

Hotel resort with a more familiar approach and rest. It is 5 minutes from the boardwalk walking and has a good adaptation and atmosphere. The bad thing is the lack of beach because the sand is very thick and with stones, nothing that some flip flops can not cover.

The food is very good, the pools with good temperature, the beach is not the best, but you can enjoy the sea and the sunset in spring.

I've been to PV many times staying at Grand Fiesta, Hyatt Ziva, Riu but this time we decided to book the Sheraton due to its variety of restaurants for all inclusive. Comes to find out, 3/4 of the restaurants belongs to the vacation club side so we can't even go there unless we pay. The kicker was the coffee shop, we can't even get a bakery or a cup of coffee unless we pay. So why was it not disclosed on the site if these places are excluded from the all inclusive? This is the reason I bought an all inclusive trip so I don't have to worry about what I eat or when I eat. With the available restaurants, we had to make reservations or kids is not allowed. We are limited to sneak bars, the Buffett (how mush of the same food can we eat until we go crazy). We ended up eating out half of the times we were there. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Getting past the airport time share vultures was a nightmare n then you come to this hotel and you get attacked by the same vultures who wants to sell you time share. They insist that it's not a time share but rather a vacation club?!!! Really!!!! Let just say I will never come back to this horrible establishment. Please do not book at this place for all inclusive, it's the worse ever. Another thing is that they allow day passes to locals so the pool was packed with locals and kids. Not a pleasant stay whatsoever. Waste of a week in PV.

The place is a little older but it is nice for a family

just come back from a nice vacation.
1-Beach: I have read the comments about the beach in this hotel and it's true. The beaches are rocky and you ll find a difficult time swimming. The ocean is deep and strong. I believe I saw 2 or 3 people swimming the entire week we spent there. If you really like swimming in the ocean or laying down on the beach, this is not your hotel. You should look for hotels closer to the airport and further from the city because the beaches improve at that rate. You will grow envious and miserable at the sight of the other hotels beaches.
2-The entertainment team: they were really great during the day. There were many activities, including but not limited to aerobics, volleyball and ping pong. Thank you Irma, Ricardo and Christen. They were great and made our vacation awesome. In the evening, there wasn t as much activities available due to the small entertainment team. I think hotel should hire more people to help the great team that they currently have.
3-Food: Sheraton hotel has started to offer all inclusive services in the last two years. This is a relatively new addition few people are enjoying it. As a result, there was only one open buffet . There isn t a large selection but you ll find something to enjoy and eat. Furthermore, you re afforded the option (both are included in the price) of ordering from the three delicious menus in their restaurants. There are three restaurants for dinner beside the open buffet, Mexican, Italian, Seafood. All are great.
4-Rooms: They are nice, clean and the majority of the rooms have an ocean view. However, the building is a little bit far and high from the ocean. You don t get the same quality Oceanview experience as you do with the other resorts. You re not going to find yourself hearing the water when you wake up.
5-Bars: They are three bars. We tried the two around the swimming pools and the bartenders are friendly and nice. They deliver great service regardless of tips.
6-City: The hotel is close to the city, a mere 5-10 minute walk. The city is so beautiful. If you take the taxi, there will be a flat charge of $5 USD.
7-Quakes: Puerto Vallerta is known to experience the occasional tremor. In my weeklong stay, the resort was struck by an earthquake. It s not something to really be alarmed of. It happens.
