Great hotel other than stale location...anywhere USA

Great place to stay. Beautiful. Lela's Restaurant is wonderful.

I went to an event here. Beautiful interior. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the exterior of the building needs some work. Appears to be paint peeling off all parts of the side of the building. The exterior makes the first impression, and I wasn't super impressed when I pulled in the side parking lot.

I stay here whenever I'm in town for business. It's close to our corporate office.
I've been here 4 times this year and get the same room each time as it has a roll in shower and I have a hip issue. The room is very spacious. The rooms and bathroom are exceptionally clean which is greatly appreciated.
Check in and check out is quick and the staff is very friendly.
There are plenty of newspapers to pick from in the morning...I like that.

The Lisa restaurant at the hotel has been a bright spot in hotel restaurants in Minneapolis. About a month ago the chef left, but so far little dwcay in quality. The ginger haricots salaf is wonderful, as is the taglietteli. You might want to visit before the inevitable fall off.

Overall I had a pleasant stay. Nice bed, great TV, friendly staff and no problem with noise from the neighbors. There were a few minor inconveniences like a shower door that did not seal tightly, slow WiFi, and it would have been nice to have a fridge & microwave in the room.

Nicer than average for a Sheraton. Staff was friendly. Room was very nice. Lots of Parking for Band Tour Van and trailer. Close to highway, fuel, convenience stores, and affordable food.

Very clean, modern, and everyone working was very nice and helpful. The hotel was in a very good location and not more than a 5-10 minute drive to the mall and IKEA.

Excellent Dinner and wine choices. Slow service but it was 4/14 "Snowmageddin" and they comped part of our bill, so they're forgiven. Recommended.

I was only there for a few minutes to use the restroom and wait for a ride. As such, I am not qualified to offer a proper review.

There for CONvergence, staff were welcoming and extremely helpful.

We had a great stay with two small dogs at the hotel. The staff was acommodating enough to provide us with a 2nd floor room (which is actually "ground" level" so it would be easy to let them out. Upon checking in, they offered us dog treats and even gave us a supply of "doggie bags" to take care of their business. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean!

Great hotel except that it didn't come with a fridge

Stayed here a few times. It was already a pleasant stay.

Good service, clean room, but a bit dated for how expensive the rooms are without a good deal. We got put into a handicap room without being told so the bathroom setup wasn't great - the shower door swings freely so water ended up all over the floor and the water pressure wasn't great.

There was also no microwave or fridge - not sure if that's just a handicap room thing.

Nice location, staff is generous and rooms are stylish.

I was only at Sheraton for a company event, but the food and services provided were excellent. I would recommend it for other events.

The WiFi in the rooms couldn t be worse. I can t imagine staying for business. The outside of the hotel looks pretty dilapidated. The inside is much better. The staff was nice but did not warn me that the virtual keys rarely worked when I specifically asked if I was all set with the virtual key. I had to come back down to the lobby and wait in a long line to get a physical key.

Very comfortable, clean and friendly staff. But no mini fridges! There used to be mini fridges and now there's only sadness. That, and the same really strange artwork in every room.

Arrived late in the evening with no reservations. Welcoming, accommodating staff. Easy check in. Lobby is recently renovated and looks superb with lounge and casual bar with tvs. The hotel room was crisp, and nicely appointed. The bed was a pillow top and the pillows (a specific of mine) very comfortable though as always half make it to the floor. Walls were a little thin but neighbors went to bed early. All in all an excellent stay!

Staff was really nice. The place was clean and visually appealing. Anything of their menu was expensive, like $9 cereal. But overall a good experience.

Stayed here for a conference. The room was clean and comfortable, all the staff were very nice and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay again!

Not bad. Location isn't too close to anything if you don't have a car. The restaurant inside the hotel was good. Concierge lounge is pretty weak.

Really clean, super comfortable beds and linens, food was great. They don't have a pool, and the incidental hold is $100.00, but it was a very nice stay.

I attended this hotel for a training for my job it looks nice looks wonderful very were coming inside a different type of setting there at the Sheraton Hotel at the first time being in a Sheraton like that even though it was out with another company so yeah I will recommend to stay at the hotel or for anyone

The beds are ridiculously comfortable with plenty of pillows. No pool, but felt safe and welcoming

Very nice facility for corporate meeting. The catered food was good and the room had nice amenities.

Excellent place to stay. Courteous staff and very clean. Will stay here again when I visit Minneapolis. It is nearby to Mall of America and many other nice restaurants. Their own restaurant LELA is good too. Lobby is a really good place to hangout with family and friends in the night.

We went to the Sheraton for a night away from the kids. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Staff was unbelievably nice and accommodating.

Amazing room that was set up really nicely. The shower had no water pressure and kept changing from hot to cold and back though.

Lovely little Sheraton that surpassed my expectations for Minneapolis as a frequent business traveler! Front desk staff was friendly, SPG Preferred Guest rooms were spacious and quiet, and a decent hot breakfast in the lounge. Fitness center even has foam rollers and a variety of weights.

We tried the Christmas day brunch buffet in the hotel restaurant and it was pretty legit. They had a full salad bar, seafood cocktail, creamy wild rice soup, hand carved meat and well poached eggs Benedict. The dessert bar was my favorite with small bite sized cakes, tarts, and a coffee mousse in a mini chocolate cup!

Room was clean, bed was really comfortable. Would recommend 10/10

Good event center. No experience spending the night but the conference rooms and service are some of the best I've encountered in town.

The front desk was superb The Atrium takes your breath away and also the cafe and the gift shop has a French theme nice place to stay
