Nice hotel very quiet and clean. Very friendly staff.

I attended CONvergence this year, and due to its growing size, it has expanded info the Bloomington Sheraton hotel. The dealers rooms downstairs were very well kept and tidy, with much more room to move around than in previous years

Have stayed here several times. Good location. Close to airport. Fast check-in. Respectful staff. Clean rooms well appointed. ...Even for a hotel that is quite old. Bathrooms are REALLY nice. Restaurant is better than quite good! Only thing I miss is a hotel store for assundries. Overall a great value and a very relaxed and comfortable place to stay.

Very nice. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. It truly was the best hotel bed I have slept in.

Solid, comfortable, clean, welcoming. Plus great amenities. Can't ask for much more than that. Would stay here again.

Today I went to the Wings, Tails n Scales/Exotic Pet Fairs reptile expo and as usual, it was FANTASTIC! Dart frogs! More frogs! Snakes! Turtles! Lizards of ALL kinds! Geckos! Salamanders! Oxelotls!...and more! More! MORE! Check them out on Facebook! See ya there!

Beautiful property, if a bit dated. Was there for a convention and the hotels insistence on no signage made it difficult to know where events were.

Stayed for a convention, and they were very accommodating. Rooms are beautiful, they allow dogs and in fact the staff were so excited to see them and it made me feel like they were truly welcome.

Ate at the restaurant on the first floor. Really great service and food, the mezcal Paloma was great, the ginger margarita was mediocre . Good overall.

Great restaurant, unique architecture, large spacious rooms, and very clean.

Had a conference across the street at a different hotel, chose to stay here because of my SPG/Marriott status.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and well informed.

My room was very enjoyable. I chose to face the inner courtyard versus the outdoors (a view of the freeway and business park aren't anything I am missing g out on :-)). The floor to ceiling windows were a great touch and definitely elevated the space. Bed was great, linens were very nice. Small sofa in my room was a great touch and oddly comfortable.

I only used the Club Room during off hours for doing some work, so I can't attest to breakfast and apps. The space was great though. Quiet and well appointed.

A great hotel for business travelers with a great bar/lounge and on-site restaurant.

Three not so great items:

-truly over priced for the location and amenities
-a bit overboard with the grab handles in the bathroom
-the parking lot is horrible, by design and by maintenance/snow removal

Very nice hotel. Very clean.
Loved that they have charging ports for cell phones in rooms. Very comfortable.
The only thing that our room was lacking was larger beds. Had 2 double beds and wished they were size queen.

Only was here for a convention. The hotel looks very nice and clean after it's recent remodel. I can't tell you anything beyond appearance since I didn't spend the night. It was great as the sofitel, and looks to be just as good as it was a few years ago when I did stay.

1st class rooms, very comfortable.. Very efficient, friendly staff, lots of space in rooms and public social areas. We felt very much at home here!

Very nice hotel. Spacious bathroom. The view was just of the parking lot but that's OK since there's not much to see nearby. Location is a little awkward to get to from nearby freeway and highway. Would stay here again. The decor is very nice as well, although the image of the woman covered in flowers in the bedroom felt off and the eyes followed me wherever I moved.

The attached restaurant was fantastic. I went for breakfast and both my omelette and hash browns were delicious.

The hotel was awesome overall, but the pillows aren't nearly firm enough. Your head just falls through them as if they were made of air, and this makes it difficult to fall asleep. All other aspects of my stay were great though, the staff was super nice, the room was clean, no other complaints at all.

The staff were nice. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Called to get a double room, they said they had one availavle and one would be ready when we checked in... Checked in and they said that they only had a king. No fridges or microwaves in the rooms either.

Such a lovely, clean, cozy place and such caring costumer service staff and the hotel manager (heidi) is so compassionate and was so accommodating to my stay and requests!! Highly recommended !!! Thank you!

Nice hotel close to Mall of America, the airport, and lots of businesses too. Very clean and hospitable. Very nice restaurant onsite with a great happy hour. No breakfast with the room charge but small offerings at the coffee bar and the restaurant is open for breakfast too. Lots of free parking and right off the highway. Enroll for starwood points to get free upgrades and, over time, redeem points for free nights and other goodies too.

Awesome place every hotel that wants a lesson on how to keep up a hotel that is 30 plus years old! They have done an awesome job here its absolutely amazing

Super friendly staff and a well-built common area for getting together. The bar and restaurant are excellent. The meeting spaces are nice, above par for most hotels that aren't dedicated 100% to hosting conferences.

After staying here, this is my new favorite place to stay when visiting. The room was immaculate and spacious, the bed super comfy and the pillows second to none. The rate was also one of the best in the area when I booked it. The staff was professional and courteous as well. I stayed in room 572 so other rooms may look different, obviously, than the pictures I post. They also have a full bar, amazing foyer area and a great little restaurant. When I'm down here again, I'll be back! Would highly recommend this hotel!

I had an awesome stay at the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel. The hotel is amazingly beautiful and is equipped with awesome amenities. There is a Caribou coffee shop, full service bar and resturant. The hotel is less then 10 minutes away from the Mall of American. I will be returning back for a weekend get away very soon.

Loved it. The remodel is great, excellent service on all levels.

Only visited over the weekend to attend Anime Detour. Visit was OK, the staff were great and friendly.

BED BUGS. I decided to stay at this hotel after reading the lovely reviews on here. Had a great check in process, clean room, changed clothes and headed off to dinner. Came back, turned the covers down and found bed bugs. I contacted the front desk and asked to be put in a new room, and the second room had a dead bug under the covers. Needless to say I went somewhere else.

The staff exception great place to stay and host Holiday parties, rooms really Big & clean. Happy Hour / Meet & Greet severs hors d'oeuvres, Breakfast options wide variety Hot & Cold . It's worth the cost

I was only at the Sheraton briefly to visit the dealer room for the CONvergence convention but it seemed nice.

The staff is friendly. It is a wonderful location for a convention!

I stayed at this hotel for the last few months of my 9-month long project that I was in town for... I immediately regretted not booking here for the full 9-months of my stay in Minneapolis!

It is extremely clean and the whole staff was very friendly and super attentive. They always went above and beyond for me whenever I needed anything or had any kinds of issues.

Furthermore, having Lela's restaurant in the same vicinity was very convenient. They have happy hour specials from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. - midnight weekly and the staff is just as superb as the front desk staff.

I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city. Unfortunately, my project ends soon but I enjoyed my time here and definitely felt as if I was treated like a king. If I am ever back in the area, Sheraton Bloomington will be my first choice, no question!

I recently stayed at this location as a mini getaway, which is a treat that I don't get to do very often. It was very quiet here due to COVID, but the concierge was exceptionally warm and friendly! They had appropriate COVID precautions and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests and staff.

Our room, a king sized, was spacious, cleaned very well, and had a lovely view of the main atrium. We had requested a high floor and were accommodated. They had a lovely, comfortable bed, love seat, and a modern flat-screen TV with HDMI hookups. We requested additional blankets and the concierge was pleasant and prompt.

Overall this was a really wonderful stay and we would definitely return.

Not much from the outside, but we had a WONDERFUL experience at the Sheraton, Bloomington. The reception atrium is beautiful night or day, the bar + wait staff were warm + helpful and the room was surprisingly cozy despite the very modern decor. All around GREAT stay!

Good location and nice staff that provided quality service. My biggest complaint was that the bed sheets were uncomfortable and starchy so I didn't get a good night's sleep.

Lovely hotel! We didn't stay in a room this time, but have in the past. Lemon water in the lobby is a nice touch. Rooms are comfortable and modern.

The place was very clean and quit. The staff was very kind, and accomidatec all are needs. All around this was a great stay.

Nice size room, spacious and clean bathroom, comfortable bed except I did not like the material of the bedding, it did not feel like cotton even, it was not soft to the touch, complimentary bottles of water was nice

Location is somewhat convenient to downtown, and very convenient to mall of America and the businesses and offices in Bloomington and south of Minneapolis in Eden prairie. The hotel lobby is quite nice and modern. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful.
