We got to our room and there was no fitted sheet on the bed, only 2 sheets and the comfortor/cover. We called the front desk to see if someone could put a fitted sheet on out bed for us. 20 minutes later, no one showed up, so we went down to the front desk to ask about it again. The person at the front desk said that the guy said he had already stopped by our room and dropped off the sheet (which he didn't). We were told he would be right up, and we waited a few minutes more, and we open the door and he gives us the sheet and walks away. I know this is picky, but we paid a lot of money to stay at this hotel and don't feel it's our responsibility to make the beds...

The coldest nights in history; -51 wind chill temperatures for three days, and no heat or hot water. The temperature in my room was colder than the refrigerator which was 37 degrees Fahrenheit. I called maintenance three times. He came down and waved his device in front of the vent and told me it was working. I went through the night freezing. I removed all the cover from the other bed to put on the bed I was sleeping in. It was just that cold. The next morning I woke up, my clothes and shoes were freezing. I had to put on cold underwear. I left a water bottle out. The water was cooler in the room than the refrigerator which was set at 37 degrees Fahrenheit.

Up to date rooms were nice. Layout of hotel a bit odd I think, especially the lobby to the rooms. Staff pleasant. Location of hotel isn't the best. No microwave available in rooms due to being "against fire code." Probably wouldn't stay again.

After staying at multiple hotels in the Twin Cities we have finally found our hotel. Not staying here constantly has us saying "We should have stayed at the Sheraton". Never had an issue with this hotel. Truly top notch!

We were here for business meeting and had a great time. Rooms were very clean and updated. I always check the covers and sheets for bugs and I did not find not even a trace in my room. They served us breakfast and lunch between our sessions and I have to tell you the food was spectacular. I didn't hear any complaints from the rest of our group either so I am assuming they had as a delightful experience as I did.

Sheraton overseas is way better than the ones in the US. Called in ahead of time for a request and staff told me it was no problem. Got here and they seemed to have completely ignored my request. I suggest spending your money somewhere else.

My family were homeless when my husband accepted a chef position at Sheraton in Bloomington. The hotel owner allowed my family to take refuge in a spacious king sized suite. For a little over a month, my family lived there free of charge. I will forever remember this tremendous act of kindness and am eternally grateful. Thank you so much!

Nothing was wrong with the hotel, I just didn't spend much time there! I only stayed for a few hours after weather forced a missed connection at MSP. I got there around 11, and left around 9 the next morning, so there wasn't a lot of time to explore. But the room was very clean, and the bathroom was really nice too. All in all, I would stay here again, if I was spending some time in the area. For a quick overnight stop between flights, it was probably a little far from the airport.

The sheraton in Bloomington is nicely appointed and conveniently located near the airport. The hotel has business suites as well as a restaurant and pool. The restaurant has a fairly nice menu and works very quickly.

Lovely hotel overall despite the dated exterior. Interior is well appointed, very clean and comfortable rooms, staff were polite and helpful, main bar staff were a bit slow, but catering bar staff were on point. Would enjoy returning!

The hotel had been upgraded. This used to be the Sofitel. Rooms are comfortable. Lobby has been upgraded. The new restaurant Leela had a very good breakfast and we received a discount coupon upon check-in. There is always lots of parking space. Front desk staff was very friendly at check-in.

The outside of the property looks dated, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into my absolutely gorgeous room the first time I stayed here, but it's been hit or miss since. Sometimes they put me in a bigger room with an armoir, robes, etc, and sometimes it's in a very basic room. Also, the bathroom layout is always different.
I don't want to sound pretentious or over demanding, but it looks like I'll be spending a lot of time here in the months to come and would love it if they delivered consistent value to make it feel more like home.
The breakfast is outstanding and the staff is so friendly. My only complaint there would be that housekeeping always forgets to replace the breakfast card (the thing you hang on your door if you want breakfast in your room), so I usually have to call in the middle of the night to get a replacement brought.
The gym is incredible.

My favorite Minneapolis area hotel. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Beds are in great condition. Staff is very friendly. The on-site restaurant, Lola's, is not what you'd expect in a hotel. The food and atmosphere is terrific! I spend 180 nights a year in hotels, and this is one of my absolute favorites.

I was there for a wedding venue rehearsal. The space is very open but there seems to be limited seating and it's not private; it's an indoor "courtyard" space viewable by hotel room windows and accessible by all hotel guests because it's a space just down the stairs from the bar and hotel lobby. The hotel itself is bigger than it looks from the outside. It actually has five floors. There's also plenty of parking spaces.

We stayed here while attending a nearby convention. The hotel is quiet and beautiful. We stayed on the club level that added extra amenities that we greatly appreciated. The beds are particularly comfortable, I should mention. I have a bad back and some beds make it worse, these were perfect! I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are nice, spacious, with rainfall-type showers. Only downside to rooms were low ceilings that made them feel cave-like. Didn't eat in restaurant but event was catered by hotel and was really good. Hotel looks like it's been recently updated.

I ate at Lela. This was a good place to entertain for a business dinner. The menu was very solid in terms of choices and quality. The atmosphere was a great contemporary feel. This place is easy to get to and it's easy to park. The staff was very accommodating and nice to work with
