I liked this hotel. The staff were efficient but also welcoming. Everything worked well. The hotel is in walking distance of Amsterdam Schipol airport. I flew into Amsterdam and stayed at the hotel for a meeting. The conference facilities in the hotel were flawless. It was a good choice for an international meeting.

Great staffs, large room a bit dated, great location, few minutes in door walk to the terminal.

Friendly staff, really nice rooms, super covenient for the airport. And the atrium bar with the Atmospheres screen is awesome, plus they serve Heineken ice cold in chilled glasses. Quite pricey and unimpressed that they charge for longer wifi usage (don't consider that acceptable these days) but you do get what you pay for.

Right in the Airport, super convenient. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Showed up at 8am, and was able to check in as a Platinum. Club room has a very nice breakfast, and I will definitely stay here again. March 2014

Stayed here again last night and the experience was even better than the first time. I'm platinum and spend about 100 nights a year in a hotel. Super helpful staff, who were always pleasant and responsive. Hotel left 2 liters of sparkling water in my room, really appreciated. Gym facility new and spotless, with top of the line machines. The club room and breakfast are very well done, soft boiled egg was cooked perfectly, almost never see this in a club room. I really wish the Sheraton Hotels in the US would learn something from the level of service and the quality of food available in the club rooms in hotels like this.

It was so close to airport yet I didn't hear the planes and the food was amazing

Good hotel, but parking costs extremely high. For one night you spend 42 only on parking.

The room was clean and large. Quiet though you are next to the airport. The food served was delicious. Very pleased. Recommended.

Great experience overall. The breakfast box could ve have been a little bit fresher and a bit more interesting but but major complaints. My mini fridge was stocked and complementary to my visit.

Pros: nice exercise room, great location, right at the terminal. Fast and friendly check-in

Cons: Room air conditioning didn't work - at the coldest setting with fans on max, the room stayed warm. Then, in the morning, the water in the shower would not get warm (forget about hot). So not very great. One of the nightlights had no bulb in it. Would never pay the asking price for it - 204 euros (used SPG points and cash instead). 10 euro for an hour or 19 euro for a day of internet? Get real, I can get free internet with cheap motels, this is as overpriced as can be.

Overall: get a room in Amsterdam proper (about 90 euro for an equivalent room just off the leidseplein) and use public transport to get to the airport. There are excellent bus, tram and train services to get there around the clock.

Always a great stay. The staff is attentive and friendly, the hotel looks great, restaurant serves good food.
Connected by a bridge to the airport, making it very convenient for early flights.

Hotel itself is nice but I have to downgrade my experience to 1 star because of staff's attitude. Also I find it unreasonable to apply charge for 1 hour later check out.

Prima hotel, ligt op Schiphol. Geen geluid
van vliegtuigen. Heerlijke bedden. Badkamer met douche en toilet. Zelfs een strijkplank met strijkijzer.

If you want to stay close to Schiphol Airport this is the best choice. You do not have to even leave the airport's building to get there, just use a special covered passage. Comfy, clean and quiet rooms. No noice from airport. Extra plus for nice and not crowded gym and sauna.

Rooms are basic. Food at the Stripes restaurant was good

Great hotel that is a member of the Starwood program which is handy if you have an early flight the next day. Just a pity that as an SPG elite member you have to ask for your upgrades and that reactions are given as "oh yes do you want that?" As a regular customer, I expected more service in this area.

I checked in at 4.30pm and my room wasn't ready and they had no alternate - not good enough!

Perfect location for just an overnight stay. Not the cheapest stay but with under 30 Min from plane to bed it comes with an unbeatable value

Excellent service particularly as we missed a connecting flight. The staff were courteous and arranged our complimentary accommodation and catering within minutes and made our stay in Amsterdam great! The fact that it s located 2 minutes from the airport and the train station to Centraal is just an added bonus. Thank you.

The hotel is located inside Schiphol, in 2 minutes walking you'll be in the main hall of the airport where you can find the entrance to the underground train station. The room was very spacious, it had a bath and a shower and came with vitever + citron scented shampoo, body lotion, conditioner and body cream. In the hallway you can get free tea and there's an ice dispenser. The gym had almost all the equipment I need for my workout and a (cold) water dispenser, free towels that are to be used in the fitness area or spa and free apples.

This was a brief, one night layover in Amsterdam for us. The hotel is connected to the main terminal. You don't have to leave the building. If you need anything from the supermarket, food, shopping and Starbucks, you're only a 3 minute walk from the front door of the hotel. A lot of shopping and food are open 24 hours in the main terminal. Also, the trains to Amsterdam Central depart from this area as well. Again, less then a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The this is a modern and clean hotel. We had a room facing the airport and didn't hear anything. The rooms are very soundproof. Check-in was easy and efficient. The deluxe rooms aren't big but for a brief stay it's totally ok. The showers are compact and there's also a separate bathtub.

I used the fitness center. For an airport hotel, it's a nice size and had a variety of cardio, machines and weights as well as stretching mats. What I felt was a nice touch are the free apples in the gym and at the front desk. There was a coffee machine near the elevators on my floor that dispensed regular coffee, espresso, tea and hot water. Cups and condiments were also available. I'm assuming they have this on each floor as well. They also had free coffee and croissants in the lobby in the morning. Again, very nice touches for the guest.

Like other Sheraton's, there's free basic wifi for two hour intervals throughout and Sheraton Link in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again if I needed airport accommodation!

Best beds in the world, anti fatigue it melts your stress away into a deep sleep ,food is extremely delicious. Super friendly staff. Deserve 6 stars

Spectacular hotel, not only for the rooms, comfort and amenities, is located steps from the central hall of the airport, so it is ideal for those who, like us should take a very early flight

"Dependable" is how I would describe this hotel, not going to win any awards, but you know what you'll get.
Gym facilities were OK, rooms were clean, but like airport hotels everywhere, personality is not high on the agenda and therefore 3 stars only.

Really nice personel. Comfortable beds. Really clean and Nice. Tasty and big breakfast. Only thing missing for the last star, is the bad setup of projectors in the conferense rooms.

Cozy hotel, not too far between train and plain, but asking 19 for Wi-Fi / day has really taken off.

Good hotel with many amenities, e.g. Gym. I was there for a week on business. I had a clean, large, modern room. There is a free shuttle bus that runs regularly to the airport according to the timetable. It takes about 10 minutes. From there you can easily get to the center by train.
Unfortunately I have to deduct one star for the hotel restaurant, I was there when it was very full to eat. However, it took a long time to be served,> 30 minutes. With praise for the service, because of the long wait I got the drink on the house.

After a long day of work and travelling, we loved to relaxa moment first. This is one of the best places.

The food was super but the bill was 172 instead 118 Euro for 3 persons. The waiter corrected the mistake but this was happening 2 times out of 5 already amd if you are not checking the bill don't know if you can claim the money back :(

One can't find a better place to stay in Amsterdam if they are arriving at Schipol. You can carry the airport trolley all the way to the hotel reception. One can always ask for room with airport views. Breakfast is good as per European standards. Infrastructure is fine.

This is my hotel of choice when flying through Amsterdam. Rooms are always clean and the restaurant is great. There's no better location for getting to the airport for an early flight.

Great hotel. It's just a short walk from the terminal. Very friendly staff at the check in. The room is soundproof so you don't have to worry about the noise from the airport. In the room there is double bed with tv, fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, bathtub and shower. Thee and coffee facilities are located in the hall way. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone in transit.

The guys at the reception are not helpful.
