Perfect location. You don't need to leave the airport. It's even before the parking lot! Friendly staff and Sheraton standards.

Good and relativity large room. Super location for airport hotel directly next to terminal. Good bed s nice room. Bathroom a bit old fashioned. Good bar, good tv and wifi.

You need nothing more.

Price also not super bad for airport hotel and amsterdam location.

I have only been there for conference so I cannot judge the accommodation facilities. A good hotel to enjoy your time in Schiphol and 20 mins time from Amsterdam Centraal

Nice rooms and food but definitely not cheap. Very convenient for the airport and trains into the city.

Spacious conference rooms and good facilities. Find your way to the breakfast bar if you want espresso or cappuccino ;). Parking is unfortunately very expensive and the parking spaces are very tight.

The Sheraton is very classy right next to the airport it has everything the only thing I found was the WiFi you have to keep logging in and it would be nice if you had your own kettle as it's down the corridor for everyone

I was staying here for a night, it really close to schiphol, its just a walking distance, it wont be hard to reach the hotel. The room was big , enourmous bed, and they provide bath up and shower in the bath room. Overall it was a nice stay.

Rooms were clean staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is connected directly to the airport which makes it quite easy to stay at.

Got stuck in emergency stairway, not a nice experience

for us it is a great hotel to go to before your flight or upon arrival at Schiphol making sure that you are relaxed and feeling great the day after. the restaurant is good although we expected a bit more from the grill, the meat did not have that smoked taste we hoped for. but all in all still a hotel and restaurant to recommend.

Just for the convenience they deserve all stars already. The bar/restaurant is also cool. Beds are great. The furnishing and amenities otherwise are sort of meh, but those beds are great, noise insulation also works, so I can only recommend this place before early morning flights.

We staid overnight in room 515. The hotel was very nice. Staff were very helpful. Our shower would not drain. Reported that night and maintenance was sent to fix while we went for food. Was reoorted maintenance had fixed issue but shower still would not drain. Reported again next morning as we checked out and was contacted by Manager. Also something near the room air conditioner world make a irritating buzzing noise randomly through our entire stay. Nice hotel and those are the only issues that made me give 4 stars.

One of the best hotels near the airport and the staff is special and special mention the staff in the hotel restaurant Palestinian brother and the Moroccan chef buffet special breakfast

I did not go to this hotel but I did walk past it on the way to Arrivals 4 to pick up my daughter who was arriving by plane from Basel.

Very convenient location, directly connected to the airport terminal and the hall where trains leave for the city.
The rooms are very spacious and clean but a bit 'antiquated: the electronic key only opens the door but there is the slot in which to enter it to turn on lights and air conditioning, which can remain always on.
Despite the proximity to the airport it rests very well thanks to the very comfortable bed and perfect soundproofing.
Excellent and plentiful breakfast and always very kind staff, both at the reception and at the restaurant.
The only negative point is wifi: free access expires every 4 hours and access must be renewed by manually intervening on each device.

Had dinner with a hotel guest. Restaurant was noisy, difficult to have conversation with table mate. It could be a cultural thing but my veal medallion was the size of a filet minion and not near as tender. On the plus side, the Spanish Cabernet was exceptional.

Convenient for Airport. Only a 2 hr stopover. Shower switch was broken and must have been for some time. Staff exceptional. Lovely interior and atrium.

Great location, friendly staff, but could be better maintained and have a decent wifi! Free 4 hours then charged, what year is this? The hilton next door is a much better experience, more attention to the little details.

Very modern impressive design. I saw it only from the outside waiting for my plane hence I cannot say anything about its service, etc.

As usual with Sheraton it was a good experience. Friendly staff at the reception desk, friendly welcome in the night and friendly checkout with croissant and coffee offer in the early morning. Small things make the difference - toothbrush offered when my luggage stuck at the airport.

Very conveniently located with access to the airport, rental cars and trains into to city within a couple walking minutes. Modern interior and cozy rooms that are sufficiently noise isolated.

Had an overnight layover in Amsterdam with a 4-year-old in tow, so we spent the night here. The location was very convenient (a quick walk to and from the airport). Everything was clean and upscale, and the bed provided a comfortable night of sleep. My only complaint is the price of room service seemed pretty ridiculously high, even accounting for the typical markup on hotel room service. We'd just stayed at a decidedly higher-end hotel in Sicily, and the room service prices were considerably more reasonable. Normally I wouldn't care, but that was the only food option available to us having arrived just after midnight. Otherwise, no complaints though.

Called in to have a drink while waiting on my transfer to my other hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Drinks were good and relatively cheap.

Decent hotel...walking proximity to the airport is the best feature...rest is average...for the Sheraton brand in venture with Marriott...

Easy booking. Best airport hotel that I have ever stayed in (which says a lot!). Close to rental car return and car park. Excellent room with comfy bed, bath and shower. Ate in the Gate bar. Loved the virtual band video wall which is a new one for me. Menu had lots to choose from and club sandwich was a great choice. Quiet room made for an excellent night's sleep. Short walk to terminal for my morning flight.

Highly recommended. I would stay again.

Very corporate hotel good location and close to airport

Hotel located next to the airport, can be reached directly from the terminal. Excellent structure with spacious rooms and excellent workmanship and finishing. Equipped with a very scenic musical piano bar on the first floor.

Just visited the bar but it's overpriced, quality of the food is extremely low and service quite poorly... Better places to find on Schiphol airport, skip this one...

This is the first hotel I visited in Netherlands, although it was quite empty because lunch has just finished, we were allowed to have some coffee and rest in their restaurant. Quite an amazing place.

Rooms are well appointed and there is a great lounge where you can relax and have a bite or a drink.

There is a convenient connection with the airport, and the cart can be directly parked next to the hotel lobby. The reception staff was very cordial and courteous, and the triple room was a little more crowded but acceptable. Catering is very convenient because it is close to the airport, and it is not affected by the weather. The price is reasonable, which is a good choice for the flight attendants.

An excellent hotel in an even better location. Stay here if you can.

Too noisy and very badly isolated rooms. Woke up constantly once people checked in at night. The showers are of bad quality and make weird noises based on where you step on. Disappointing experience, especially because the name Sheraton stands for much higher quality.

If you are from the 80s, the hotel bar is the place to be. The 4 screens are fantastic for those 80s oldies music they keep playing. I know we like to pretend they are not oldies, but it is memory lane with a great attentive staff, and well pored drinks.

Great. Just on the airport. It cost a little bit more than hotels more far but Taxi is super expensive, so better take a hotel just on the airport with direct connection to public transport and airport. Especially recommender for those who have a lot of baggage.

Attach to the Schiphol Amsterdam airport, very convenience, very clean and cozy place to wait for the next day flight.

Nice and convenient. Very professional stuff. Stayed a few times just for an early flight out. Food at The Gate is excellent.
