Club Monaco Review

They have everything you could want and their staff are super helpful

Seems pretentious when you walk in, but the downstairs staff are friendly.

I stopped shopping at Club Monaco in my mid twenties when I learned that just because something is made of wool, doesn't mean it should disintegrate like a piece of toilet paper if you wash it. But sometimes I miss that feeling of being glared at and/or ignored by young men and women wearing too much make-up so to punish myself, I go to this location.

The atmosphere of the store is unique. It feels like it's a house that's been renovated to be a store.

This location is beautiful! Very relaxed shopping atmosphere and I appreciated that staff weren t pushy and were attentive when I needed help.

First time there and I was looking to class up my coat for winter. They were having a sale but that doesn't matter because as I whisked myself down to a very knowledgeable and helpful young man, I knew I was leaving with a coat. He was so determined that I had to love what I picked and I do! The price for a good jacket in Canada can never be too little or too much, but in the end I got a lavish upscale winter wool trench coat and I didn't break the bank at all. It was an amazing experience and I'm so glad I ventured in!

Helpful employees...some can be a bit pushy, but it's easy enough to just stop the suggestions and either buy what you initially wanted or leave. No biggie. I like the building the store was built into.

Amazing old building restored into an awesome store. I love club clothing but this location is the #1. They will often have some good sales too!

The womens area is huge and well covered. The mens is awesome downstairs and off in its own world, if youre looking for amazing staples for your wardrobe start here.

I am disappointed in their CS. The shopping experience went well until they forgot to take the security tag off my brand new dress. I bought it for an event that evening and realized it was still on shortly before I had to leave (I was travelling at the time). Not only did I have a security tag on my bum for the evening but following up on the unfortunate mistake all I got was a sorry . I m pretty sure if I walked into their store and spilled coffee on a dress that was worth a few hundred dollars they would not an accept a oh sorry they would expect me to pay for it. There was no can we make it up to you somehow? In my opinion that is not an acceptable mistake to make without trying to make it up to the customer. Not to mention dealing with the whole ordeal when I got back home. Having to drive across the city to finally get it removed. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I don t plan on returning to this chain for a while, if ever.

Impressive and beautiful store. Today was a good sale. And was served a small glass of scotch :-)

The best Club Monaco you will find anywhere. Its huge, beautiful, and staff with really friendly people. Always have good sales as well.

Overpriced. Used to be my favorite store to stop into before.

Went in, and came out 2 hours older and a couple of hundred dollars poorer. All in all a good place to shop at!

The most expensive and chic of all the Club Monacos in all the land.

Beautiful store and terrible customer service. Walked around only one person said hello and we were waiting for someone to assist us and open the cabinet but 4 employees were too busy doing work and not one asked if we needed help.

This location has a nice patio with some beats and a Saint James Coffee outpost so if you don't want to shop you could at least people watch. Otherwise, the staff are friendly but the discounts might not be as high as other Club Monacos although the selection will probably be quite good as this is their flagship store.

Always new items to choose from. I have to watch how much I spend. Even I go in with the intention not to buy something, I still manage to make a purchase.

Came here for a winter coat after previewing online. Glad they had it in stock and prompt service.

Terrible and inconsistent costumer service, it only happens in my last recent visit though, with some new faces I saw there. Honestly all my previous experiences were good until this one. But once is enough to ruin my entire view of this store.

Everybody the entire staff was just amazing and caring and wow. Thank you. We gad our frenchie with us and they were just perfect.
