Good location next to the airport. On the walkway as you head to car hire. Cafe has great coffee selection of nespresso blends. Restaurant has limited menu try the Tuna steak

Quite a busy airport hotel. Medium size club lounge. Perfect location for an overnight stopover in Amsterdam.

I was here for an congres. Everything is very clean and the lunch was great but the parkingcost are very expensive. 48 from 8:00 till 17:00

Most Europe hotels and AirBnb's are very small. It was wonderful to have a very comfortable king size bed, and other amenities we are accustomed to in the US for 1 night after a late night flight.

Conveniently located next to the terminal building, this hotel is a fine business hotel work nice restaurant offerings for a short stay. I would not recommend the hotel to tourists (as this is a typical airport /business hotel), but for people traveling it is great.

I had to stay because of missed flight. Check in was EXTREMELY SLOW... And it was at 2 am

A relatively run-of-the-mill Sheraton airport hotel but nevertheless very well appointed clean and the staff are friendly

Had to spend the night here as our flight was canceled. Nice clean rooms, warm friendly staff, and good dining options. No coffee in the room but it was easily accessible for our provided breakfast. If there was coffee in the room I would have given 5 stars. I did like that we walked out of the hotel directly into the airport!

Super convenient to airport and super comfy beds..I woke up 2 hrs before my flight and still had an hour to kill at the gate

Beautiful clean and modern hotel, great staff. Checked in late then had to fly early the next morning. They offered coffee and snacks when checking out at 05:00, nice touch.

Was only overnight before early flight.
Very pleasant, friendly service. We had to leave an before 6 am, but there was a cart with chocolate rolls and croissants and coffee and tea at the reception so that we could still have breakfast before departure

A great place to stay. However expensive for what it is and it feels like the management are always finding new ways to cut costs which is a little offensive given the rates.

The commute to airport is great. Don't order food unless you're there for business. Then again I'm positive no one goes there except for business. Food kinda sucks.

20190810 I usually can't afford top price hotels, but a missed connecting flight at the height of tourist season in Amsterdam left me with little choices. The Airport Shearaton definitely lives up to its 5-star reputation, offering excellent services, spacious rooms & modern architectural designs. I have a rare tuna steak & asparagus salad for supper at the restaurant & they are excellent. I wonder how much the airline will refund me when I submit the food & accommodation bills for compensation ;-)

It was very good. More than okay even. Only a very annoying thing was the power outage. An hour and a half without power.

Super practical! This next to the airport there is no need to walk too much. You can take the bus in front of the hotel to the center and it is very comfortable, as well as the bathrooms.

Had a long layover but wanted to use a gym. 20 euro. Great gym and shower for the layover. Will definitely use again!

The parking policy is dredged. You pay a pile of money and you end up literally at the barrier. "Just drive backwards down the slope and come to the reception" were the instructions from employee Wietze. Fortunately I can drive a car well and I succeeded but many people would not be able to do it I think. Once arrived again at the reception (5-10 minutes walk) you get the reproach that you drive a different car than you entered. After explaining that this is not possible, it is again in the wrong order to put in the card, but that is also impossible because the correct one (which was the first to be put in) was swallowed and the next card indicated that 580 euros was paid had to be (1 night plus about 2 weeks parking) which was already met BEFORE the first step that was taken inside. "You are right, our system is wrong" was everything that resulted in half an hour of fiddling. Wietze was so stupid that he could not help me further and then a lady jumped in who wanted to help me further. She went back to look for something. I asked Wietze what the lady was called but "I will not tell you that, you have to ask yourself" what the answer. Very annoying young man. When I indicated that it was again customer-friendly and I found out that way because they all walk with nameplates on their company clothing I received an "HMMM". So the lady was called Susan. She tried to help but also not completely customer friendly because no excuses or compensation or whatever was obtained.
They could have looked into the system remotely and opened the barrier, but that was impossible I was told. When I indicated that it was strange because suppose that a fire would break out in the garage, it must have been admitted that it was possible, but they only do so for a fire. Very customer unfriendly. They will never see us here again !!

Great if you have to fly early in the morning. You walk out of the lobby and you are at Schiphol.

Good hotel, convenient for a stay near the airport but far from the city.

I love this hotel and always make an attempt to stay here when traveling back to the US. The hotel is convenient to the airport concourses and the rooms offer superior comfort! I highly recommend staying here!

Convenient hotel at Schiphol airport, easy check in, good food at restaurants but a little pricey, lounge has free beer, wine and snacks at happy hour. An ipa at bar is 13 euros, really, it is a ipa. Room is modern and functional, staff is friendly. I would recommend this hotel for a layover, 7 minutes to gate in the morning.

Just went for a meeting. Wifi is paid for so meeting moved elsewhere.

Very practical business hotel. Located right at the arrivals of Schiphol Airport, convenience is very commendable. I found staff to be friendly, room comfortable and clean, although air gets stuffy and dry, it is impossible to open the windows, and the shower cabin is super duper tiny. The two restaurants are decent through on the pricey-ish side. Business lounge breakfast a bit unremarkable, but the main restaurant breakfast buffet is of good quality. Good internet everywhere, vending machines, free tea and coffee on the floor, a business hotel that ticks most of my boxes. Would definitely stay there again as a transit hotel or for a trade show at RAI.

I stayed again in Feb 2018 and was upgraded to a club level room with "view" on the bluelit atrium. It was both cold and remarkably dark.

Close to the airport, do not leave it. Speed in chech in and out. Lovely staff There is tea, coffee and ice available in the corridors, something that is appreciated.

There was no dental kit, the towels were small. There was only one bathrobe, despite being a double room. In a hotel of such high prestige, wifi has to be easier to connect. And to avoid that it is of payment ... It is next to an international airport, that makes us think that there are business people who will need wifi ... I do not know. It's a detail. I went because my plane was delayed and I had to spend a night in a hotel.

I booked through SPG at a rate of 90 and paid the full amount one week prior to arrival. When I showed up to the hotel I was told I would need to present a voucher for them to honor the rate. I tried giving the Marriott hotel rewards number and the receptionist said it needed to be a voucher.

Apparently there was a mistake in booking through SPGs website. The website made it seem like I could receive the lower rate if I had a Marriott or Sheraton rewards card but that wasn't the case. Apparently, the deal was for employees of Marriott or Sheraton hotels. I was extremely disappointed in the service and the hotel wasn't willing to work with me at all so I was charged $199 . This also all occurred at 2 a.m. I seriously considered canceling my entire reservation and sleeping in the airport but knew I would be charged regardless of whether or not I used the room.

The hotel wasn't willing to give me a different room at a lower price, either. They said they had nothing available but the person who was standing in line in front of me was offered a room and they didn't have a booking scheduled for that night.

I am mostly disappointed in how they weren't willing to work with me at all or even honor the rate I had already paid.

Nice hotel located in AMS airport. Has a good gym by hotel standards with dumbells, some machines, and cardio equipment. has also a suana and steam room. There are free apples and water in the lobby. The staff is friendly and helpfull.

Excellent service, cleansing and food. I ate ramen there and the breakfast were great. My favourite thing was the coffee/tea machine right out of the door. I hope I will be back soon!

The staff at this hotel seems uneducated in making their guests feel welcomed, safe, and properly spoken too.
On 23rd of aug 2019 around 1pm 2 security men aggressively forced me and my family out of a hotel corridor on the 2nd floor after we had waited to have our room fixed after waiting for a hotel to fix a room concern,
These men were unnecessarily aggressive having told us in broken English to quote get out of that floor, only later offering to help us with our bags.
I was appalled at their behaviour. I spoke to the manager, calmly explaining my discomfort and their was virtually nothing done to correct the situation.

There was some sort of debris on top of my duvet that looked like tobacco shavings. The smell of the detergent the hotel uses was not normal to American hotels (considered a pro or con if you're lying face flat into a pillow). And my AC unit was barely hanging on to keep the air cool. I would hope this hotel updates the rooms slightly to accommodate guests appropriately. The shower head also seemed to be slightky crusty. Overall, the hotel was okay for the one night I stayed in preparation for my early flight the next morning since it's a 10 minute walk to airport security. It was nestly organized and decently clean otherwise.

I stopped by to use the Fitness and Spa day pass while I had a long wait until my flight. It was easy to find from the directions provided on their website.

Check in was fast and easy and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The gym area pretty much has everything you could really need to a workout (given the circumstances). They had cardio equipment and weights, and it was empty when I used it, had the place to myself.

They have lockers in the changing room where you can keep your luggage which was extremely helpful so I didn t have to keep an eye on my things. Their spa area was very relaxing and quiet.

If I ever have a long layover at Amsterdam airport I ll definitely stop by again!!

Excellent location in Amsterdam if you have an flight. Food was expensive. SPG gold members received a nice gift from management.

Inside the airport, being so close to the airport restaurants and it helps a lot when taking the plane and transport to take a stroll in the center of Amsterdam it is worth staying here.

Comfortable stay. Nice Gym that is open 24 hrs. Excellent location, right next to the airport. Easy access to airport and the train station.

We booked the club room since the other rooms looked pretty small. Rooms were very neat and well maintained but the breakfast was bad. Very less options.
