Good location and very close to Schiphol terminal. Pretty expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Sheraton is always a certainty. Rooms well furnished and perfectly maintained. Very comfortable beds, well above average. very elegant and modern design. Very convenient location for the airport, from the reception floor there is access to a covered walkway that leads directly to the Schipol plaza

Very nice well-kept hotel. Unfortunately, the rooms a bit dark depending on where you live. Great if you want to stay near the airport. A very nice and good restaurant.

We had drinks after work in their bar called Runway. Check out their happy hour when you go there. The staff is friendly and fast. Can't say something about their menu as we didn't eat there.

Modern decor located in the Schipol airport. A quick walk to restaurants the airport the buses or the trains.

Good to mention that the hotel is linked to the airport!

Great location because of the rail station and airport.

Spacious rooms, hospitable staff and good parking. Slightly pricey but you also get something for that.

Stay only few hours but the bed was very good and comfy

We were there only one night, but it was great. The staff could not be more courteous or helpful.

The convenience to the airport was a godsend, a 5 mile into walk into the terminal. The food we had came quickly and delicious.
A must stay if you have an early flight in the morning .

. For the first time we had a very lovely pleasant check in lady......she was helpful ...... Room was ok.....Found bathhroom rather dingy. Towels and robe rather grey . Shower not the cleanest WC needs a good scrub. The food,/snacks on the 8th floor lounge was tasty and generous. Dinner in the restaurant a little disappointing. Been passing through over the years. The only constant standard is the abruptness of the check in staff. Check out was not as pleasant as check in....

Very convenient because it is located a stone's throw from the airport, friendly and helpful staff, they gave us the possibility to leave our bags and backpacks there so we won't have to take them with us .. unfortunately I would like to inform you that it is better to put the sign to not disturb the door because many times they knocked and they opened the door to do the cleaning when we were in bed sleeping! There is a hair dryer in the room and in the corridor you can make coffee or tea or camomile for free! Recommended to everyone ...

Sheraton is always good, because so expensive. But for the Internet for 9 never get used

Wow, what a wonderful restaurant, and even though I didn't stay here, it had the impression of being luxury and wonderful.

Sheraton stands for quality and this hotel leaves no doubt. Staff at the reception slightly over the top forgetting the saying: the customer is always right. Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the room and the supplies that are modern and functional. Excellent room service and courtesy shown on the phone. In the entree of the corridor, before accessing the rooms, the coffee machine with a notable choice of tea and herbal teas is convenient. Access to your room is guaranteed by a contact key and not a sliding key that facilitate entry. Very fast and easy to configure Wifi with guest room number and last name. At the top and five stars you deserve.

Beautiful hotel where I organized a photography workshop with your smartphone for the advertising agency in Alphen a / d Rijn.

Excellent service, really attentive. Clean and modern feel to the decor. The restaurant is the same with good quality food and service. The lobby was very busy at check-in and out times with quite long queues.

This is probably one of my most preferred hotels at airports. My room was clean & spacious. This location provided indoor access to both train stations and the airport, without having to go outside. 15-min train ride to the city center, which is amazing!!

Nice hotel and very comfortable bed. The only downside is that they don't have a early check-in before 10am ( 50) and regular check-in is @ 3pm. Just a warning for people traveling from America arriving early in the morning.

Very quiet, good and clean. Room with a view. No rush to get your plane on time. You're already there. Nice employees. Will stay there again on Aug 30st :-)

The hotel is good and comfortable and its proximity to the airport.

Great position but expensive. 100m from the terminal. They also charge for internet/wifi access Euro19 per day. I walked down to the terminal and used the free airport wifi. Decor is clean and fresh and no airport noise at all.

Excellent room, restaurant ( Runway Cafe) and professional, courteous staff. We stayed 1 night before returning to Canada on KLM and were glad to have chosen the convenient Sheraton property.

Super rooms, the most amazing breakfast:) train to the city is just a walk away and takes just 15min to get to the city.

Hotel very convenient because of its proximity to the airport. High end appreciable, nothing to say!

Great service as expected on a Sheraton... however, there are details that one wouldn't expect from this kind of hotel: only 4 hours of free wifi? One coffee maker for each floor?

Comfortable and convenient, but they initially tried to charge me more for an extra cot that the online booking said would be free. Room service made some mistakes with our dinner order too, but overall it was a good stay.

Horrible hotel, made a booking for the 3th of January and all of the sudden they also charged us for a booking for the 7th of February? Which they refuse to cancel. If you want to get scammed and ripped off you should book a room here.

Near schiphol.treinstation and schiphol place. Good bus connections. You can go anywhere. Polite staff

It's the closest of the three hotels next to the airport.
Food from the room service was fantastic!
Unfortunately we had problems with the baby bed every single time we were here :-/

The location of the hotel was terrific. It was a short walk from the hotel lobby to the escalators that take you into the baggage check area. The room was clean and had complementary water and snacks. The food was a little over priced for what you got, but the quality was okay.

We got a pretty average service: the drinks took about 20 minutes, and snacks took even longer and were served half cold.

The airport is easily accessed. Friendliness of the service.

The best thing about it is that inside the airport the staff are also classy

It is a good hotel but it is not in accordance with the price. I booked 6 months before and they gave me a small and internal room. On other occasions they have treated me better.

Fantastic accommodations with a beautiful atrium looking down to their lounge bar and restaurant. The beds are a tad soft for my liking but the amenities and comfort are high class and what you would expect from a Sheraton brand hotel and then some.

Convinence, walking distance from the airport, room is clean and fit into our short travel plan in Amsterdam.

Average service - average rooms. For airport hotel it's probably above average but isn't great relative to all hotels.

Loved the hotel. Great location. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Train station and airport right there. Will definitely stay here again.

Reception, decor and atmosphere very comfortable and pleasant. Great location ... only 5 minutes to check in from KLM.
