Like most Sheratons at airports (Paris, Frankfurt, Brussels) there is nothing to complain about except that none of them have heat, but that can also be due to the single night transit guests who usually use the hotels at this location .

Great hotel if you need an overnight stop-over at Schiphol airport. An indoor corridor from the arrival hall. Bery convenient. Be aware that you have to enter The Netherlands, so through the immigration. Not possible if you don't have (visa) access to The Netherlands.
Good room and facilities. The breakfast is expensive, but you may also decide to have breakfast at the airport.
All good. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Spa area is nice if you come from a long journey.

Very convenient to the airport. Room had good accommodation but the noise above us sounded like a new roof or flooring of some sort was being installed. Very annoying after a long day getting there. It started again early in the morning.
Within the same airport locates the Burger King in front of an escalator and signals the Sheraton at 59 m from the hotel. Locate it by Booking last room. Very comfortable and super comfortable bed. With views, of course, to the airport. We left at 05.45 am reception for me a huge detail, coffee and tea with free pasta, only until 06.00 h. Total very well for a transit time change of planes as was our case, so you save taxi, rain, etc.
The room was clean and the receptionists were very polite. This hotel is directly attached to the airport, and the location could not have been more convenient for my flight the next morning.
Literally steps away from AMS via a sheltered walkway, this modern and well staffed hotel is a great place to stay if youre in for a quick stop over it want easy access to both the airport and the city's train system (therefore quick, easy, and cheap access to the city center as well). Great rooms, a modern and upscale bar and restaurant, and great staff. A great place to stay (and I don't hand out five stars too easily).
Extremely comfortable location to spend the final night of your trip in. A five minute walk to the airport is the topper.
Fantastic location when flying out of Schiphol Airport. It's a 5 minute walk to the train station and approximately 10 minutes to departures. The room was clean and quiet l. Staff were very helpful and they have a storeroom if you want to leave suitcases if your room isn't ready.
I would happily stay here again.

The rooms are spacious. They feel a bit dated and are asking for some TLC when it comes to maintenance.

The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport hotel is a welcome relief when transiting through Amsterdam Schipol. As a result of a recently delayed flight I stayed in one of the single rooms. Asked for the Club room package as I didn't want a restaurant meal, just a lighter meal. My room was very clean, smelled fresh, bedding was really crisp and clean. In general the room was great. The showers are tiny, but can't do much about that. Had hot and cold running water. Staff were excellent. Only complaint was the quality of the food and drink on offer in the Club lounge on 8th floor. Really average food, quickly and cheaply prepared. Defrosted small squares of cakes, very very limited hot food. Probably one of the worst club lounges on offer. The rest of the place was terrific. Really.close to Schipol and can be accessed fully undercover without going outside into wet weather.

room is very clean, very closed to airport. but there is time- limit free wifi from the hotel, but you can run to train station to get free wifi.

Great location 5 minute inside walk to the airport. Kinda pricey, breakfast was not included in the cost.
Overpriced, was unhappy, that could not find sliperies in the room, I think after long traveling time to take off your shoes and relax legs and foots is what most dreaming about, but walking barefoot on carpet were hundreds of other people were walking with shoos is not nice, floor in the bathroom is cold.

The only advantage that close to airport, but I think you can find similar for less or better for the same if you walk few hundred meters more from airport.
With my recent stay at this hotel I was offered a 10 euro upgrade with my Gold Elite status. When I saw my bill, the upgrade was actually 40 euros. The hotel will not adjust the rate even though it was misrepresented to me. This doesn't seem legal, at a minimum it's terrible customer service. Front desk staff should be honest about what is being offered. This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and generally I have been satisfied.
Attached to the main atrium of the airport. Only remarkable in that their staff are some of the rudest people I've encountered at a hotel.
Example, here for a conference and the staff change into street clothes and push to the front of the line for the food meant for conference attendees.
Absolutely dismal club lounge. Small, crowded and the "food" is microwaved chicken nuggets.
Clean. Comfortable pillows. Lounge for club rooms was well stocked. Room was missing a clock, but wake up call easily set up.
This hotel is the closest hotel to the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, situated in the opposite side of the main airport gate. It was very clean but seemed rather understaffed. Took a while to find the receptionist.
