The water was real cold so you might want to wear socks.

I LOVE THIS PLASE. THE BUFFET HAS VARIETIES AND I LIKE THE FACT THEY HAVE LITTE PRIVATE BEACH AND JET SKY TO RENT. THE ONLY I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THE TYPE OF MUSIC THEY PLAY. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GREAT STAY.

Went to the beach party for New year's Eve. It was fantastic.

My favorite spot to hang out. The view is gorgeous! They always have a great local band playing.

They had a great live band, live atmosphere, the staff was very helpful. The view was amazing

Comfy beds and a great view. Don't stay here if your a light sleeper. They have live music every night

Here for 6 days. Had a partial gulf view room, service was excellent. Both by staff and the bar/restaurant on the beach. Really loved this place, will likely be back in the future.

We have a very Nice week over there...But it's a chance we were tired cause the music it's loud..Don't have that many suites, but rooms are Nice and the personnel it's wonderful.But was not expected too paid the parking valet...every night we have too fight to be able to have a spot without the valet...They dont have all the services availables on the beach on quiet time...But we profite on the beach anyway...the pool and the spa... Good vacation everybody!

I am under Age so u got kicked out of the party 2 times but it is fun

Location is pretty good, rooms are always kept in excellent condition

It's a fun place for dancing, drinking, and hanging out under the night sky. Drinks are a little pricy

Awesome scene. Affordable drinks. Great music and vibes. Good crowd. Great hangout at the beach. Only con is the expensive valet parking. The only parking option there.

Was there on a Friday night, they have a live band outside by the water,food was good but only a Bar menu outside.

This place is all-around Awesome it's definitely worthy of five stars. Live music on the beach! So much fun!

Enjoyed the 2 weeks at Shepard's Beachfront Resort.
Clean.
Staff was fantastic, especially Cori, a bartender. She was exceptionally friendly.
A short drive to pier 60.
A decent Market across the street from the hotel.
A new liquor store a few steps further.
Live music from 2:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Great time on Sunday. Saw tchami at their beach venue was lots of fun

We went for dinner buffet. Food was very good and service was good. I was very upset to learn AFTER the meal that my 9 yr old was charged an adult price $25.95 for buffet! Not going back

Very nice service, rooms and bathrooms. Beautiful beachfront view and easy access to walk to the nice beaches. White sand and calm water is perfect for swimmers and relaxing as you enjoy the sunsets.

I have not been here in a few years and all of the changes made were delightful and the staff were professional and very helpful...

Absolutely beautiful. Tom Brady's home is literally, right next door.

Decent place. Not my type of music and crowd on busy Saturday night, but not terrible and could deal with it. Bartenders aren't quick to give change for a drink unless you ask for it

Definitely worth it on a free cover night it is right on the water so you can go out the backdoor and have a drink on the beach there is a bar outside and lots of seating

this is my go to place hope they bring back buffet, excellent customer service and drinks great food good too

I had high hopes for this stay but I was disappointed. Yes, I know that it is Covid times. BUT, no room service? Seems room service would be the best option during Covid. No secure internet. It is 2021 right? The telephone static was so bad calling down to reception that I felt like it was 1984, pun intended. I did get a complimentary late check out of 12:00. For the price, I will go elsewhere next time I m in town which is often.

Food was just ok not nearly worth 30$a meal. The waiter would not leave us alone but every thing looked amazing.

Horrible cover band playing until midnight, so loud you can't hear the tv in your room. This place is NOT for people with young children.

Had a wonderful selection of great food at Ocean Flame Interactive Dining, our waitress was wonderful and very quick when requests were made (highchair, drinks, extra napkins, etc).

Visited for Christmas buffet. The view and the food were very good. Buffet had something for every taste. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The adult beverages were below average at best. We are still searching for the tequila in the margarita. Had drink specials listed that they did not have the ingredients to make. Very disappointing

Dance club, tiki bar, swimming pool, right off the ocean shore,no smoking in any rooms any time, not even on the balcony. Balconies face live music every night on a stage with the ocean as its back drop,laser lights, daily maid service, dual concierge. I might even be forgetting features, drinks were definitely reasonably priced. Can be a dive spot at night, and a fun family resort during the day. I loved the place.

Had a great stay!! Really clean, everyone was so nice and helpful. Pool and beach were great. Everything was so accessible and easy to get to. We did parasailing, definitely recommend it! We will definitely stay here again in the future :)

If you want sleep, do NOT stay here, especially on the weekends. The music is so loud that the beds literally shake from the music until 2:30 in the morning. Not one room escapes this noise. And the staff are unresponsive to noise complaints. Terrible hotel for children, sleep-lovers, elderly and anyone other than all night party-goers. Horrible experience. It is like trying to sleep INSIDE a night club.

Only reason I gave a second star was because it was mostly clean. I will not stay here again nor recommend it.

Nice buffet, wide variety. Choice of ocean deck or air conditioned view. Cold and hot buffets, soups, bread, rolls, pizza, sushi, pasta, prime rib, ribs, chicken, pork, lots of vegies, fish dishes, oysters, mussels, clams, crayfish and numerous deserts.

Well the place was nice. Very nice view of the water staff was wonderful.. Food well my Burgers were Good but the Bun was nothing to Brag about. Bottom of the Bun was so wet it fell apart on all 4 Burgers we got BUT I COULD KINDA HANDLE THAT UP UNTIL
THEY CHARGE YOU FULL PRICE FOR A REFILL OF TEA OR SOAD REALLY Just my drinks for 5 drinks with one refill with ordering food was $35.00 for 2 kids and 3 adults.

Overpriced drinks, drink before you come. If you're expecting hip-hop dont come. EDM type music. It was still fun but not something I would do unless I am in the mood to be around it.

Shephard's gets a 5 star for their dinner I give them a 4 perhaps even a 3 star for their breakfast. I enjoyed the breakfast however I'm basing this rating on the cost of it. Like their dinner buffet, the breakfast should be special (for what you pay).Although good, there's nothing special about it.

Good resort but every night the music don't stop till exactly 3am. You gotta watch they try to say you don't return the pool towels and charge you $20 per towel after you check out. Same with the $9 bottled water in your room. We brought our own water with us and they charged my credit card after we checked out anyways. Said they would take the water off and never did!

I attempted to make a booking online, I had a question about a room. I called the person who answered seemed to feel annoyed I was asking. She said they were booked and I explained the webpage said they had rooms available. I said "so your webpage will take my money but their will not be a room?" She said yes. .... Perhaps she takin the path of least resistance. Perhaps she was lying, perhaps she had a long line and got me off the phone... But for sure they lost my business and $1227 dollars

Awesome staff, great accommodations, very entertaining.

Love this place. Great place for drinks or a swim. The food was amazing. The drinks were yummy. The bartenders were very helpful and attentive.

The best place in the golf, the place was clean the pool the drinks the life music, the DJ everythig was espectacular

Wish they would get more bassy music with the DJs they bring. It's all house music.
