Beautiful beach and awesome people food was so fresh and great margaritas!!!!

Got engaged here. Got married on the beach here. Just brought my kids here for the 1st time. What more can I say, Shephard's is the best place to be in Clearwater!!!!

This place was absolutely fantastic had wonderful staff even the management was out there checking and making sure that everything was good for the customers.! Our bartender his name was Victor and he was awesome he immediately got our drinks our food came out hot and quick and the only bad thing was is a group of girls kept calling him by his wrong name and I thought that it was getting a little old they were definitely drunk and definitely bothering that poor man anyhow I gave Victor six stars & the restaurant five!!

This is an awesome resort. I had a blast. Don't know what else to say!!!

One of your employees came with me to the room 306 were i stayed for the past 3 days and saw it with me and my son that bedbugs that where on the bed, this is the 5th time I stayed on your hotel I not a new costumer and I know what I saw. we are not coming back not only because of the bedbugs but for the fact that your manager didn t apologize even once, this is the worst attention I have ever received from a hotel and it s unbelievable that you guys won t take responsibility for your errors.

Had some drinks and dancing at the tiki bar and then the flame club. Great staff, fair prices and amazing atmosphere.

So I called the number to see if a suite was available they said yes. I didnt want to give my card over the phone so I went inside 5 minutes later to book the room. The lady at the front told me to wait a second, she walks in the back then comes out and says they have no rooms ok so I called the number again and ask is it any rooms available and to double check for me he said YES so why did the lady at the front tell me No? I don't like to play the race card but um "RACE CARD"

We didn't stay here but right across the street. We visited the bar and live entertainment and it was great. This is not a place to visit if your looking for quietness. Lol.

I can't say enough about this place. They're definitely the entertainment complex and Florida. Everything from bars, pools, private beach, Great restaurants, and so much more

Had lunch and a drink at the outside bar. Meal and service were both very good on a beautiful day. Setting was beautiful right on the water. Music was a little loud coming from the outside stage near the bar given that it was pretty empty and it was around noon. Other than that there are no complaints.

I had a few issues with the room, besides that its a fun area to stay at.

Bouncers are rude, and one followed our group around and constantly flirted with our wives.

Hannah was AMAZING!!! She was efficient and very friendly. The food was delicious and the view was breathtaking.

Great beach hotel. We really enjoyed ourselves here. Great little beach and nice staff. High party factor in the evenings, especially on weekends. Great for adults.

Went parasailing there..gave us free chair and umbrella for our 4 hr wait. Got kinda loud near us but not there fault. Friendly staff and good food.

Food is good but we came with a party of 5 for fathers day dinner with reservations through open table but still had to wait 45 minutes. We decided to wait on the water side board walk but were hassled by security because two of the dads wore dress jeans which were not part of the bikini shorts flipflops dress code of the i heart radio technoshitfest they had outside. Will never come again. The food was not worth the poor treatment. Also they do not have sweet tea.

The rooms were nice but the staff was not the best. I would recommended going elsewhere.

We love coming back to Shepherd's... we got engaged there... so always a nice memory to relive and share with our kids!!! Not to mention it's always fun!!

Jet skis rental was simple, great breakfast spot right there, and plenty of seating

Went there recently with my family for vacation the pool and private beach were a sight to see and being able to rent jetskis off the beach was awesome. The huge issue was our room location you could hear the live bands and the night club until the early morning whish for me was awful I couldn't get to sleep. I ended up leaving early because I couldn't sleep through the night. If your a light sleeper you might want to find another hotel.
