I attempted to make a booking online, I had a question about a room. I called the person who answered seemed to feel annoyed I was asking. She said they were booked and I explained the webpage said they had rooms available. I said "so your webpage will take my money but their will not be a room?" She said yes. .... Perhaps she takin the path of least resistance. Perhaps she was lying, perhaps she had a long line and got me off the phone... But for sure they lost my business and $1227 dollars
