An amazing car buying experience! I purposely waited a few weeks to write this review because I wanted to see if the follow through was as great as the car buying experience. I can tell you it is! I searched for a minivan for months and test drove many. While my husband and I were test driving a minivan one day, I spotted a beauty in the Shannon Motors car lot. My husband pulled over and I quickly ran into Shannon Motors to ask about the vehicle. The year and price were pulled up in seconds and I told them we would be back for a test drive. We returned the other vehicle and walked into Shannon Motors minutes later. The keys were already waiting for us on our return. The van was in such great shape upon inspecting it! It had all of the bells and whistles and we were not expecting that for the price. It looked and drove like it was brand new and because the price was shockingly low, we thought there had to be something wrong with it. We were told that all vehicles bought at Shannon Motors leave the lot with a 24 month/24,000 mile warranty. Could this get any better? We ran to the bank and the buying process was so smooth that within an hour I was beaming as I drove away with my new minivan! The following week my registration and plates were ready for pickup and I am still enjoying this wonderful van. I get compliments almost every day and still can't believe it's mine. An amazing car buying experience from A to Z. I couldn't be more pleased with Shannon Motors!

Wish I never went to shannon motors and I cannot wait until my lease is up in one year so I can officially be done with their rudeness and lack of ability to do their jobs the right way. I was told to write an amazing review before the papers for my lease were even signed. I shouId have known something was up when that occurred. A year later and I could not be more unhappy. I recently switched to automatic payments so it would be easier for me and they assured me the payment would come out of my bank on a certain day. It didn't. So I called and they said not to worry because on their end it came out of my bank. They said wait a few days. I waited and it still did not come out of my bank. I called again and then again and both times I was assured I'm all set. Then I get a call telling me I'm 11 days late and that I will be on notice for a repossession. Are you kidding me? I've NEVER been late on a payment. I called several times to make sure it was all set. And they are so incredibly rude to me and told me that I have to call my bank. Even if it was an issue with my bank, which I highly doubt, (more likely shannon motors screwed up the paperwork), why are they penalizing me when I clearly was calling every day to ensure the payment was all set. And why are they sooooooo rude?! The service department is rude as well. When this lease is up I'm throwing a party for myself. Worst experience of my life! Do NOT go here!

I am very upset just brought a car last week and it had problems with the tires moter and some more, they were all nice to me when I brought it and ride to me today the owner had a nasty attitude and told me put gas in it. Then I m without a vehicle all day on top of it and there giving me attitude about calling to see how long. If I brought a car a week ago why???? Ed just rush me into it I should have test drive it they seen me and took advantage. Very upset and I wish I can return not happy at all

After leaving my first bad but HONEST review, which is below, I decided I would try calling Shannon Motors again to get my car back...I was told I don't communicate and then they read my review back to me as if I didn't know what I posted and then I was basically told I wasn't getting my car because of my review...now my question is, if someone is being honest in a review is that a good reason for them NOT to give back a car? Now I know I'll definitely be better off getting a used car somewhere else.
Got an '08 Mazda from here...LEMON/P.O.S....the engine blew...then they gave me another LEMON an '02 lexus...brakes went...in my opinion this place is one scam after another...they WANT YOU to stay in contract with them so they can screw you repeatedly...both cars given back...I'll try my luck finding a used car on my own with less problems and no contracts...

Scammin Motors worst place imaginable my girls van need the starter replaced 3times in the first 6months. 1yr into financing it the transmission and motor had to be replaced. If could rate negative stars I would they don't even deserve the 1 star.

I needed to leave with a car the day I went in looking, not just any car either. I needed low miles, newer year, extremely safe, affordable ( and cute) I not only was given many options but the sales representative was stellar. It was like hanging out with your friends, not tedious like buying a car at all. I got everything I was looking for. Not only that, they fought to get me the best and I mean the best financing I could possibly get and I appreciated that so much. They knew how badly I needed a car and Jason (jay) didn't just try to sell me something he went out of his way to help me and keep everything within my budget as well as allowing me to have a great vehicle. I have got to say, I had one of the best customer services experiences the other day. I went into the service center and was greeted with a smile by a gentlemen named Steven. I explained a noise I was hearing in my front end and he asked me a couple of indepth questions to investigate further. He was very patient, polite and understanding. I left my vechile for servicing and received a call on what the issue was and when I would be able to pick up my vechile. Thank you Steven for great customer service. Recently bought what looked to be a beautiful 2013 car within less than a week several service lights and warnings have come up. The sales person did a great job but car was not in expected condition given the large price tag on it plus the online price was not honored. Not thrilled with my experience hope to get all these things resolved with no hassle!

I honestly never thought I would ever do business with Shannon Motors. After my car being totaled and my credit taking a major hit, I had no other options. No one wanted to give me a loan, my salesman Eddy did an amazing job and got me into a car in just 2 hours. As we speak he is throwing temp plates on it and I am out the door. I remember telling people I was going to Shannon Motors and getting concerned looks but I brushed them off because I found a car I liked. HUGE MISTAKE! I have never been around such a nonsensical unorganized money grubbing group of people in my life. They will brown-nose you for hours and hours until you sign your papers then you'll be completely on your own being charged strange fees and extras that they conveniently forgot to mention. And good luck finding answers without being bounced from clueless secretary to clueless secretary who you have to explain the whole situation to again and again while they stare at you like you have three heads. I peeled the Shannon Motors sticker off the back of my car because I'm literally embarrassed that I did business with them. I hope this review saves at least one person from these creeps.
