I came in looking for a new van and max hooked me up ! He was funny , nice to talk to and made me feel very welcomed and answered all my questions. Ask for MAX , he s your man !

Dont buy from this freaking place,I bought a car almost 5 years ago,they used a third party company to do deduction from my bank account and that company pays the lender which is wells fargo,well that third party company stop deducting my account,im thinking ok the car is pay off.well it wasn't they just stop sending payments and when i check my credit score,i owed the bank the money with late fees and cr*p,amd i didn't even receive a letter or nothing.....

Would honestly recommended this place to anyone even if you have low/bad/good credits. And ask to talk to Eddy, very chill guy and easy to work with. They have a lot of good used cars and understand your situation. Hope you find something you're looking for 'cause I sure did.

Shannon Motors its a good Dealership! I've been to several dealers and they just want to tell me one thing and results everything in scam. I go to the location in Johnston and Eddy help me and explain me everything about that my trade in and leasing process. He is a good sales person. He take care of you instead you leave the dealer he call me the next day. Everything is great with my purchase we are very happy with our new car. Just one thing i didn't like how the vehicle services department work and the service manager, because he talk to my husband and explain that the new car need a piece that came the next day and when my husband call him the next day he say the suv doesn't need that piece just change the battery. Battery that could just be changed the same day and that way i could have my ride the same day. I know im not easy and i need to know everything about my lease. Thank You Shannon Motors and Eddy!

After a kind of bad experience with a different car dealership, Shawn at Shannon Motors in Johnston really helped me find a great car after almost a month of looking around. They found me a 2006 Chevy Cobalt that runs and looks awesome even though I literally have a zero credit score. The best part is that after a year of building up my credit they'll allow me to trade it in for a better car and a better interest rate! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I will NEVER recommend someone to use Shannone motors. It is the biggest hassle ever. They change things and don't notify you. They are horrible with communication. They don't pick up their phones, the service station is appalling. They try all kinds of quick fixes and such. My car I leased wouldn't even pass inspection. No one in the office communicates anything to one another, so you get multiple calls about the same thing from multiple people in the same office! They messed up our paperwork, wouldn't tell me why I needed to come in and resign. I never hear anything else about it, then one day they freeze my account so I can't make payments to force me to drive to the dealership. I've had nothing but hassle and problems with them. I could go on and on, but quite a few people I know who have used Shannon Motors will be calling the BBB and such.

This place is great. Hands down the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. My salesperson Paul Reis was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and willing to work with my income and credit history. They truly do take great care of their customers and always have your best interest at heart. Will definitely recommend Shannon motors and my boy Paul as the best salesperson!

These guys took advantage of my girlfriend who speaks English as a second language. She is paying 14k (8500 for the car, 1,500 for a useless six month warranty and 17%i interest) for a '07 Corolla with 150k miles, which is an outrageous price and a ripoff finance rate. The tactics they use are those of low level charlatans, taking advantage of women, and people who don't know how financing works. After misleading her about the terms of the agreement, (she thought she was financing for one year and it is written for three), they trapped her into paying three years of interest without the option of paying off the already inflated car price faster to avoid the equally outrageous interest rate. Shannon motors made no effort to help her pay less by paying off the loan faster. They said "you signed the paper". Avoid these scammers, or at least READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING. THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU. Can't expect much help from them, but will complain to the BBB and other relevant parties.

I have never had a better experience with a salesman than I did with Paul Reis at Shannon motors. He helped me out of my situation and was as accommodating as possible. I went in to Shannon motors hoping they could help me, I had a very low down payment and Paul worked with what I had. He also helped me find the best insurance possible for my situation. I would recommend my friends and family to Shannon motors and if u get lucky enough, you'll get assisted by Paul Reis :). I'm sure all the members of the Shannon motors team are great. Also want to mention that Daniel who manages the office is amazing, she made me feel right at home :). Back in 2008 i had no credit and purchased an 03 altima from eddie at shannon motors. Today i went back to shannon motors traded my altima and left with a 2015 silverado pick. Eddie made it happen!!

Jessica Dercole is an account representative at Johnston location. She literally had horrible customer service skills. She literally corrected me being the customer in need!!!! My car engine blew and they still expect the two weekly payments I haven't had a car... THANK GOD UNDER WARRANTY I'm most upset about her attitude.. Instead of encouraging me everything was going to work out or even trying to help. She literally said there is nothing I can do for you. Again I repeat she said there's nothing I can do for you.

This business is false advertising at its finest!! complete Crooks! Owner and salesman. the price of the car goes by your credit .Not Kelley Blue Book value ....if you have bad credit, you're paying about 3x more than what the car is worth! you won't know that until after you sign those contracts,& its too though! The salesman will tell you everything they think you want to hear to make sure that you're in that death of a contract. Tried to return the car ,after thoroughly looking through contract ,without Shannon motor employees rushing me, less than 24 hours later (did not drive car more than 5 miles to my home within that 24 hr span, less than what you would drive on a good test drive) & was told by the salesman that tricked Me into the contract & i quote "this isnt walmart,you signed the contract" ,then he laughed! Also the insurance is going to be through the roof! because they need to make sure that it covers the outstanding amount that they are charging for these cars,but don't let that fool you because insurance only covers what the car IS worth! so God forbid if something happens, accident wise, you're still going to owe Shannon motors thousands out of your pocket, for a car you find out after being rushed through the contract, is a lease that they expect you to give back after a year of weekly payments of $100 ,& after giving a hefty down payment (on a lease that your next payment will be due a week after that down payment) (the only dealership that does this ,you usually get a month until next payment) and then after the year of payments(which only late ones are constantly reported,not on time payments).. you have to give the car back and put another! down payment on a car they want you to buy from them! so basically you're stuck with them for the next 3-5 years of your life with an overpriced car that they don't want to fix on their warranty! stay away from shannon motors! This will be the worst experience of your life!

My experience was great and I actually got to drive away with my 05 Camry the same day. I must say Bobby was a great sales Representative I appreciate his time and effort.. I would most definitely refer them to other people.. The Johnston location is the best

I was lied to and tricked into signing a contract that was not nearly what they told me it was. I thought I was financing to own a car. It turns out I m leasing the car and cannot cancel even though it has not been a week. I was also never told I d be paying anything near $170000. If I voluntarily give the car back my credit will still be ruined and I will still be liable for the rest of the payments. Myself or my mother have absolutely no memory of any of these statements being said. Now even if I don t make payments after voluntarily giving it back they will send the bill to the IRS and it will be taken out of my taxes. This is unethical business practice and fraud. This could possibly ruin my life because they took advantage of me and my mother who did not know this could happen. They will not let me transfer the name on the lease or anything and there seems to be no way out.

I had a terrible experience and would caution anyone who buys here, especially Johnston branch.

I bought mycar - 2007 Ford- through them in Dec. 2014 and was told a 2 year lease to own, and that this would help build my and my fiance's credit, but its not on our credit history, we've checked.
Also, I've had the car about 18 months and had to replace so much already. The battery, the alternator, entire break lines, ALL spark plugs, part of the exhaust. the coil and part of the computer. I understand break pads and tires, but all that? in a matter of the past 3-5 months? And now its STILL not running as the back catalytic converter needs to be replaced. But they want to charge me $1000 for them to replace it. After putting $1500 into it?
Not to mention now they are telling me i had a30 month lease. No. its a 24 month.
I will never buy here again. And hope others do not.

I bought my car through Paul he said the car had a 3 year warranty me being in a hurry didn't read everything he sold me a extended warranty for more than 1,200 dollares which I've been trying to cancel for over a month now the person in charge of this doesn't return my calls when I'm able to leave a message because the voice mail is full most of the time good luck if you're thinking about buying here.

Thought they were good at first. Went to Shannon Motors last April to purchase a car at the Warwick branch. They were nice but it was a frustrating experience because they were so slow and I ended up at the location for almost 4 hrs. I stayed because I felt they were decent people that wouldn't screw me. Bill in finance was such a nice honest good guy and I felt comfortable with them. I had to go with a "buy here pay here" option due to my credit score greatly limiting my choice in cars. Only one that fit their criteria for the "buy here pay here" had 100k miles, but I was ASSURED that I would "drive it a year then I could upgrade" well here I am 16 months later and can't upgrade, even to another buy here pay here car. So now I am stuck with a car for another 3 years that already has 115,000 miles on it that I bought in good faith believing I could upgrade based on what I was led to believe when I purchased the vehicle. And to make it even worse, thier other finance guy Worthington is a real jerk. He knew how upset I was, and when I explained to him what I was told when I bought the car and that i was mislead he actually just outright laughed at me. He thought it was hysterical. He then tried to tell me I've gone into "collections" with them 31 times in the last 16 months???? (Some days I call my payment in on Saturday because I can't get through to someone when I call Fridays but this has only happened 5/6 times. Scince when is less than 24hrs late considered collections????) I also have a copy of my credit report that lists Shannon Motors as paid on time as agreed for the entire time I've owned the vehicle..... So now I am stuck with this car. They won't let me upgrade, won't let me do another buy here pay here so at least I can try to get something with less than 100k miles, and I can't go anywhere else because I owe four times the cars retail value through their awful program

It took me a few weeks to get here but I finally came in this morning. Eddie was great He explained everything to me and got me into another car . Very happy with the experience
