I have got to say, I had one of the best customer services experiences the other day. I went into the service center and was greeted with a smile by a gentlemen named Steven. I explained a noise I was hearing in my front end and he asked me a couple of indepth questions to investigate further. He was very patient, polite and understanding. I left my vechile for servicing and received a call on what the issue was and when I would be able to pick up my vechile. Thank you Steven for great customer service. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends.
