Jessica Dercole is an account representative at Johnston location. She literally had horrible customer service skills. She literally corrected me being the customer in need!!!! My car engine blew and they still expect the two weekly payments I haven't had a car... THANK GOD UNDER WARRANTY I'm most upset about her attitude.. Instead of encouraging me everything was going to work out or even trying to help. She literally said there is nothing I can do for you. Again I repeat she said there's nothing I can do for you.
