I will NEVER recommend someone to use Shannone motors. It is the biggest hassle ever. They change things and don't notify you. They are horrible with communication. They don't pick up their phones, the service station is appalling. They try all kinds of quick fixes and such. My car I leased wouldn't even pass inspection. No one in the office communicates anything to one another, so you get multiple calls about the same thing from multiple people in the same office! They messed up our paperwork, wouldn't tell me why I needed to come in and resign. I never hear anything else about it, then one day they freeze my account so I can't make payments to force me to drive to the dealership. I've had nothing but hassle and problems with them. I could go on and on, but quite a few people I know who have used Shannon Motors will be calling the BBB and such.
