Shangri-La Pudong is truly a very flexible and adaptive luxurious hotel. All respect for the Horizon Lounge Manager, Mr. Kenny who does a great job and he deserves a special thanks for the services he rendered during our stay. He went the extra mile to ensure that our room is comfortable for our stay. Kenny shows great emotional intelligence in his approach and he ensures that all guests are handled with great passion. He leads his team well. He is one of the best Executive Lounge Manager as I perceive and he stands out among his peers from other Shangri-La chain of hotels that I have stayed across Asia. He is distinctively inspirational and persistently embraces Shangri-La's core values of "Humility, Courtesy, Respect, Helpfulness, and Sincerity". He demonstrates great "Commitment to Make a Difference"
This hotel is highly fascinating in terms of both the people and its Horizon Club room. The Horizon Club Lounge offers a great variety of food meant for gourmet tasting.
Lounge Executive Ms. Christy is always polite and agile in her service. She was able to anticipate my needs resiliently. Special thanks to Ms. Ella for her impeccable service and she always ensures that my meals and beverages are served on-time.
I sincerely like to thanks Mr. York and Mr. Calvin for their attention to details and their ever-ready smiles make our experience great. They are proactive and highly responsive even though they have to serve many elite customers during the evening cocktail hours
