We had to leave the first day while we booked a suite !!
On the site it is noted nowhere that when you are at the pool you have seen on the road with the noise that goes with it and that the mosque view is now seen on the works !!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean. Not too big or crowded so felt very relaxed. Food excellent. Gym and spa excellent.

Went for Iftar buffet. Eventhough the food was good. Place was over crowded. Table were arranged in such a way that it was very difficult to walk.

My favorite resort, all the time. I've had all my special occasions at shangri-la. Great for wedding, romantic dinner, and gatherings. Everything is great including facilities, coffee shops, beach, restaurants, and pools. I highly recommend it

Over all my stay was superb. The staff and facilities were superb. Service was outstanding. Restaurants were exceptional. The reason I rated you 4 instead of 5 was because your shower products were in these square containers. Although the presentation looked nice, the shape of the containers were not practical. It was difficult to get the shampoo, shower gel, and (especially) the conditioner out of the container. Quite frustrating! I highly recommend changing the containers these items come in.

Excellent property, very well Laid out. Uber cool ambiance. A range of restaurants to choose from, extremely luxurious rooms. The bar is very well appoints with exotic drinks.

Some of the nicest we've been to. Spent 2 weeks there and would love to have taken just as much. Fantastic food. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff is absolutely outstanding.
Can be highly recommended even the most discerning. Have been to many luxury hotels but this is in a class of its own.

Everything was nice, other than 2 things.

1. My wife and me were celebrating our anniversary, so I had requested a Cake at midnight to surprise her, and that came by 12.45 and by that time we had actually fallen asleep

2. The boat ride. Its a good complimentary thing that the hotel is doing, and looked really good when we arrived. The day we arrived it wasnt operating, and the next day when we checked out and went there they said out wuld be a 5 - 10 minute wait, where we were sitting there for 40 minutes and all staff kept saying 5 minutes more. If we would have known it would take this long we would planned otherwise. Also, no staff at boat boarding point to assist and give us clear information. Disappointing that a 5 start hotel like Shangri-La where we also spent our Honeymoon (Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore), we had to experience this.

A luxury resort in the full sense of the word, those who care about it with the utmost detail, I stayed there for a night and it was a wonderful experience and I intend to repeat it in the event of my visit to Abu Dhabi.

From the cheerful and professional reception, through to the room details, from the comfortable bed and the bathroom - God bless you - the clean details, as well as the view of the pool, to the general design of the hotel and its annexes such as the beach, the pool, and the distinctive water channels. The breakfast is very great, with a wide variety of items and service.

Defective price rises, which is to be expected.

Your staff is first class. We travelled with our 12-month-old baby and I have never experienced such attentive hotel staff ensuring we were all enjoying our stay, especially the baby.

This includes the pool staff, breakfast staff, cleaners ... all going above and beyond to ensure our baby, Sofia had a brilliant time. Which she did!

Special attention to details included the cleaning staff making a duckling out of the towel and giving it to Sofia and giving her little slippers. The pool staff lending her a rubber ring to play in the pool with and bringing her lots of watermelon which is her favourite. The breakfast staff would make an extra special fuss of her an remember her name. Please thank Durgz, Cindy and Danillo who worked most mornings down there.

Scenic is the only adjective which i would use. Amazing view with a private beach access. Warm staff and comfortable beds and clean rooms.

my experience with the hotel was good and i do recommend to have more fun activity specially for kids during weekend
the price was quit high comparing with other hotel with same range
I also recommend to provide 5 times tour from / to SH. Zayed Masjid during prayer time so Muslim guest can have their prayer there as well as non Muslim guest to experience more about our religion

We had an amazing time at this hotel who went over and above our expectations in every way. Staff were really friendly, the facilities were second to none and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. There was a huge amount of choice in the buffet breakfast / dinner restaurant and we were thoroughly spoilt for choice. The watersports guys were also fantastic and looked after us really well.

Fantastic location and exceptionally good service. I will definitely come back here!

An excellent hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The beach is beautiful. Moreover, the water activities they offer are great.
Piece of advice: for water activities always go to hotels like Shangri-La to do them if you want your money's value and not to be scammed by Huskelis. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is close to Sheikh Zayed's mosque and in a very quiet area, and that makes it wonderful for tourists who want to relax and yet be close to a major attraction in thr city.

Other than the reception the service was very slow. Every time we asked for anything it would take ages for it to reach the room. I don t I will use your hotel or apartment not will I suggest it to any of my friends.

Staff at the reception who speak at least a little Italian!

One of the best dining experience I ever had. It's like a dream. The view is gorgeous. The door is delicious. Service is of high quality. I can only recommend for a romantic date or for a job related dinner.

Luxurious, new and great layout. Breakfast and buffet (particularly patries, sweets, dessert and bakeries) excellent. Service and friendliness very good. The beach could be more tidy and setup even outside season.

Everything is excellent. The only note was the breakfast was amazingly expensive

Highly efficient check-in. The room was spectacular and the housekeeping meticulous. The Horizon Club was wonderful.

Wonderful hotel, everything was nice, the room was nice and spacious, great view from the balcony with comfortable chairs, amazing infinity pool, nice beach area, complimentary fruit and water in the room, large bathtub, super comfortable beds, great workout facility with lots of equipment, and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I along with my family had a great stay in Shangri-La , the rooms are very clean and comfortable . The food at Sofra restaurant is very fresh and tasty.We really enjoyed ourselves in the Abra boat ride with Mohamed and the team. The five star Shangri-La Hotel is one of the most luxurious and beautiful hotels in the capital city of Abu Dhabi. It has a Qaryat Al Beri market, an internal river and a beautiful international atmosphere

The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean and the hotel is amazing with a verity of facilities within .. a beach , swimming pools , spa and Restaurants .

Needs more attention to cleanliness. The location is great
