From the time of arrival to the time of departure, had the best of hospitality.Every one had their personnel best step forward and i realised that, they had the same approach to every guest .
The place was impecably kept, the boy who cleans up the beach to the driver who took us by the hotel van to the Grand mosque and other spot. He was informative , dont remmember his name but i think Mohd Abdul, sorry if i have got his name wrong.
The breakfast spread was of great choice and every dish was thoughtfully done by the guest.

Only 1 less positive remark : sound of the music during all day....at the swimming pool...At breakfast, I do not need to be at a Dico Bar

Your hotel need more international choices on your menu. The guy that cleaned our room didn't clean the tub (because there was hair in the tub) and we had not used it. I saw it in the tub when I got ready to take a bath. He wasn't as friendly as other staff members, we had the balcony door open as we waited for him to clean due to it being so humid, he tried to close it, and I kept saying "no" leave it open, so we could get some of the cold air. I don't think he liked that!

Amazing view and wonderful emmeneties. The infinity pool is a sight to see. I will say that there isn't much to do within walking distance and the food options nearby are a tad pricey.

Worth a visit. It has a lot to offer in terms of service.

An absolute dream hotel in a beautiful location. Impressive view of the great mosque. Super friendly staff. Large, bright rooms that are tidied up very cleanly every day.

YES! The Beach is very good, the hotel lobby is stylish, the rooms are not very big, but its ok, as you don't stay in the room during whole stay.

The hotel is gorgeous. The scent that the hotel has is very amusing and perfect. The staff are very very nice and go far and beyond for the guests. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The hotel thinks about every detail to make everyone feel special. I will definitely will stay there again.

Amazing hotel with all facilities and best location

Avoid!!! Shockingly poor service, the staff have no concept of what hospitality is. Appalling from a 5star brand. Would not recommend anything here, go to the Fairmile same location and everything is much better.

Super Service. Huge buffets, also with unusual dishes.

The tv in the room wasn t working well it has lines and colors
The corridor of the room had so much humidity and it was smelly
No straws were available in the restaurant

Very calm and quiet place. Value for money. Room was spacious and cozy. Private beach was lovely. Staffs were very professional especially Ms. Isabel at front desk.

Very nice rooms, exquisite bathrooms, good location. Buffet breakfast and dinner was very good, big variety and good quality. You should rather carry your own water, a 1.5 litre bottle of Al In water will cost you almost 30 dirhams, same as a can of Coke.

Reception are very helpful.....the room is very cozy and clean and the food is one of the best. Highly recommend for everyone.

One of the best hotels in UAE... awesome view and great food

I am a frequent visitor to thus hotel because of Sofra restaurant which accepts entertainers voucher. Maybe I will book a room next time

Me and my partner had a short and very sweet weekend staycation at your beautiful hotel last May 18, 2018. Overall experience was SUPERB. From reservation til we left the hotel. All I can say is in this hotel everything is POSSIBLE because all the request we've asked were all granted.

CHECK - IN : We arrived at the hotel with a warm smile from the guys at the door and assisted at the reception desk. AMAL was very accommodating, friendly and plus the hotel have a surprise for us because we have an access at the HORIZON CLUB. Thank you so much to Jane (relation manager) which apparently we missed to thank her personally.

GUEST ROOM: Just WOW! The room was massive and clean with a beautiful view of the GRAND MOSQUE. Thanks to housekeeping for keeping our room clean during the entire stay. This is the only hotel who likes to make up the room most of the time. It's just so funny because every time we are back from the pool the room is already made even the day we are checking out. I love the turn down service for some reason that I can't explain and you guys exceeded the standard that I thought of. I know Shangri - La but you're just brilliant.

OUTLET EXPERIENCE: We love the infinity pool, very lovely pool. Thanks to all the friendly pool attendants and to the excellent service from RUWAN who looks after us during our days at the pool. Thanks to Deirdre and Edgar at Horizon Club during our evening canepe/happy hour experience. It was indeed a happy hour with a happy smiley staffs. I would like to thank Meg of restaurant reservation for the quick assistance when we asked which restaurant is open during fasting time. Shout out to the buffet restaurant staffs. Thanks to Daryl at the egg station and to your Sous Chef who personally asked me if how's my breakfast experience. Kudos to all your Service and Kitchen Staff.

The staff was extremely nice, cheerful and helpful. Service wise 10/10.
The rooms furnitute and quality was super. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom in the 1 bedroom suite we stayed. Great attention to detail in the rooms. Room: 10/10

Small things for improvement is that we were not able to locate a convenient charging point for our phones next to our beds. Oddly no charging point was available anywere close. So hope this is added for future. Also your inroom dining is extremely expensive. It is over a 100 dhs for an omlette. Prices should be more reasonable.

We come every year, and it's no wonder why. It deserves its 5 star rating in every way. The staff can't do enough, every detail is watched and maintained, the food at the buffet is above what you'd expect at a hotel, and the setting is pristine. The view of the mosque never gets old, and if you can afford the poolside rooms on the first floor...do it!

Great hotel with lovely facilities and very friendly staff.
Mentioned I was booking for a 1 year anniversary visit and found room was decked with rose petals, heart swan towels and a happy anniversary cake.
Restaurants and bars have wide choice and food/drinks very nice.
Infinity pool offers great view of Grande Mosque.
Abra boat tour along small canal was also very enjoyable.

A hotel with pleasant architecture, well located, overlooking the Grand Mosque. The decoration is culturally local and tasteful. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large with balcony.

The breakfast buffet allows a wide choice, the buffet restaurant has a wide variety and offers a choice of cuisine from all continents, however the price is high (around 250 dirhams per person) compared to the culinary service. The Chinese restaurant presents tasty cuisine.
The service (staff is very attentive and smiling) is remarkable. Nothing is too much trouble for everyone.

All was excellent ! Specially the team of pool Al Hur (Mr. Devenda) and in the main restaurant SoBoulevard the slim and tall girl at the crepes+ dessert buffet were very friendly. As guest you feel warmly welcome. Thank you very much !
We are sure to return and celebrate New Year there again.

It was really a wonderful experience staying at one of the best hotel of the region. Enjoyed alot, nice & welcoming environment. Overall its a best hotel to stay.

First time to visit a fine restaurant. Each has an amazing view to sit and dine.

ll 5 Stars just missing more gluten free options and lactose free options on the breakfast buffet.

The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoy the Shaikh Zayed Mosque view from our balcony. The breakfast had lots of choices and the food was delicious. Location is great near to al bari market where you can go by walking or by using the hotel s boat gondola ride .
