We spent my son's 1st birthday in you hotel and it was the best decision I have made during this pandemic! I booked 2 rooms, for my family and for my cousin and her husband. They left Shangrila a day earlier and I must say the cleaning was superb. We heard the housekeeping staff enter the room multiple times for 2 days before they places the "this room has been sanitized" seal. I believe the hotel has strict protocols and this will give every guest a peace of mind. Thank you Shangrila! Will definitely come back!

Beautiful location, quiet and very useful for relaxation

The view is relaxing and a quiet place for unwinding and forgetting about the stresses of daily life! It's very quiet during weekdays so therefore really ideal for anyone who wants to just be there alone with a good book or just working away from home and having a peaceful alone and focused quiet time.

Absolutely love this place! Regular eater here especially in Sofra...breakfast is amazing and the buffet dinner...just keeps us coming back! Very stylish too without being too snobby...lol

honestly my stay was not too great
i got upgraded to a room after paying an extra 100 dirhams . the room was very humid and smelly
even the beddings were humid and wet
was not a great experience. i couldnt move rooms since i bearly stayed there and it was 1.5 days i didnt want to waste my time changing rooms complaining etc

Frankly, one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels that I always go to have service, hospitality, reception, and rest, everything is beamed, and among the most important personalities that I see in the reception are those with whom I dealt with (my son) is a person at the height of taste, respect, cooperation and morals
I recommend dealing with it at length, with everything very good, frank

Super location. Staff a tad annoying about eating a bowl of fruit at poolside. Small silly things. But overall a lovely experience

Went there for lunch. Good food. Wanted to have vietnamese as was told its nice But the vietnamese food wasn't open for lunch only dinner

A very friendly and courteous welcome. Beautiful surroundings and amenieties. The suite we stayed in was superb with everything we needed. The horizon club was lovely and overall there was an excellent choice of food.

I liked absolutely everything. Great hotel overlooking the white mosque, very tasty breakfasts. In connection with the late departure, my family with a child extended the room for free. The swimming pool with sea water also did not leave indifferent.

I have been in a lot of 5 stars hotel in UAE but this hotel is really different. The staff is very helpful , room design wonderful and location . Seeing sheikh zayed mosque from restaurants is really exceptional and food is very tasty .

Amazing hotel with very nice view and the food scrumptious

I was very impressed with the employees' friendliness. Everyone I encountered was very polite, welcoming and incredibly personable without sacrificing any professionalism which was very refreshing to see in a high end hotel. Most other high end hotels seem to be rather "stuffy and robotic" in their approach to customer care which does not feel genuine. It is apparent that management has created a wonderful work environment at Shangri La. Employees seem eager to help and seem to truly care about their customer's experience while at the hotel.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff . The staff went out of there way to locate my wife's lost reading glasses which were left on the plane and had them delivered to the hotel we were very grateful and impressed with the level of service

A beautiful hotel at an excellent location. The amazing view to the grand mosque is now starting to get a bit tainted due to new construction happening across the canal.

The hotel deserves 10 stars. Everything is perfect from the rooms to the private beach and the people working there are so friendly.
It will become my place to stay when in Abu Dhabi

Having traveled and stayed in numerous hotels I found my stay to be very comfortable. Rooms are well designed and everything is thought of. Hotel staff was a pleasure to deal with. I would like to say a special thank you to Polina for her exceptional customer service skills, which made our stay that much more pleasant.
