This Shake Shack is busier than all of the ones we have been to in the city bc of it's location within the Grand Central Station. It's difficult to find anywhere to sit and even though everything seems super rushed, it all tasted just fine. It's difficult for them to mess up their burgers, fries, drinks, or custards.

Because it was near the hotel, I took it home as breakfast. It is a good breakfast, as it is expensive and expensive New York.
As we stopped by at 8:00 in the morning, most of the customers took home.
The app seemed to be able to pre-order, and some people picked up without hitting the cash register.

I've been in the Shake Shack restaurant located inside the Grand Central Terminal in New York. It's a fast food chain that I particularly love. I first met her in Dubai and when I realized her presence at the Great Railway Station in New York, I could not help eating her legendary hamburgers. They are exquisite, I have always found good, quick service and the staff is very helpful. Great place.

TOP!

The fries are perfectly fried to a mashed potato consistency on the inside and a crispy potato chip crunch on the outside! Ask them to make them cheese fries and you'll only want to have fries! The burgers are nice and juicy and the buns are fresh, but their fries are just so beyond every one else's, they deserve a culinary award.

Ordered a Smoke Shack yesterday and the burger was cold as if it had been prepared an hour earlier. Unacceptable for a $10 burger. This Grand Central location gets very busy at lunchtime, and it seems they are trying to pull a fast one by making some burgers in advance without any regard for the quality of food they are ultimately serving the customer.

Pro Tip: Don't order a burger off the menu, but rather customize it in some way so that they're forced to make it fresh.

Best burger Smash I've ever eaten. In Brazil several hamburgers try, but fail to reproduce the tenderness and presence of the meat Smash of this burger. The photo is of the vegetarian who, shot, is also the best I've ever eaten outside the concept of plant based. Good prices, a standard far above other fast foods.

I was able to order a little side by side.
I ate a shack burger and the meat was delicious. The cheese was good.
Since it was smaller than I expected, I would like to eat several kinds this time.

The burgers are good and the staff are great BUT because it is so busy, getting a seat is frustrating. Ran into a very rude New Yorker that scooped our seats stating. "I am with my girls." Well too bad I was with my kids. Anyways we let her sit her oversized butt down. The next table witnessed what happened and kindly gave us their seat. Not sure how to address the seating issue but if it not resolved, I am sure people will explore other options

Shake burgers are the best. They taste really good. They are located in the lower level of Grand Central Station. Its always busy with tourists and workers in the area. We caught their special promotions that made the experience even greater.

I tried Tokyo, Seoul's shake shack, some little disappointment, even less than some handmade hamburgers in Taiwan. This time I tried again to shake the shack from New York. I was still very dissatisfied, especially the internal bacon treatment was too salty and the bread was not processed. Ok, I feel like a store that has been well-respected.

Burgers were tasty, cherry peppers were a nice touch. Fries were hot and crispy. Be aware that Shack Sauce is mayo-based, so if you don't like mayo on your burger, tell them to leave it off. Good meal for the price.

Meh

Tasty burger, hotdog is a little behind in quality but good too. Quite busy since it s in grand central but the system is organized and we placed our orders very quickly. Pick up is not as fast, perhaps because they are more used to preparing burger orders. Some people who ordered behind us got their burgers first while we waited quite a while for our items to come out. Price is a little high for the size of their items but the taste certainly makes up for it.

Sunday, 12pm.

Lined up and waited about 10 minutes on line to order and another 10 minutes for the food to come out. Ordered two hamburgers with everything, half and half shake, and fries.

Food was coming out smoothly from the kitchen until it stopped at one point. It got me worried that something was wrong and I would have to wait longer..but my buzzer rumbled and my ass was shaking (since I left it in my back pocket) and it was time to pick up my order.

Sat down and chomped into my hamburger. The meat patty was pretty thin and a bit overcooked, but I was so hungry I didn't really care at that point.

When I was eating the burger, I was thinking to myself this must be the worst Shake Shack out of all of them in the city (Battery Park being my favorite location) since the burger didn't taste up to par to what I've been used to at other locations in the city. I really wished they kept the crinkle fries, but they are now thin hand-cut fries which wasn't too bad. Shake was thick and creamy.

The person handling and managing the line came over to my table and asked if everything was okay, I replied saying that the patty was over cooked. He immediately asked what I ordered and if I want another fresh one since the one I have was not perfect. I accepted his offered and the new fresh burger was brought to my table within 10 minutes.

New burger that was brought out tasted much better and it had some thickness to the meat patty and cooked medium well, perfect.

SERVICE WAS AWESOME and everyone was very friendly. I can imagine this location will be the busiest out of any location in the nation since it's right in the middle of Grand Central Terminal. So if you have a train to catch in less than 20 minutes, I would not order from here. I did witness a group who had to catch a train and by the time they were waiting for their order, they had to cancel and ask for a refund because of their train schedule.

The self-order tablet stations make ordering easy and organized. They have a gluten free burger bun option and a seasonal pumpkin milkshake that tastes AMAZING. I always leave more satisfied than I anticipate feeling for a fast food burger joint. Less greasy than other fast food burgers but comparable prices

Not easy serving the mob of dinner rush crowd at grand central station filled with families, tourists, commuters in a hurry and random people rushing everywhere. Amidst the chaos, I have been here a few times over the years (try to avoid touristy areas generally coz of the crowds) but had time and very grateful and a shout-out to Nicole of this shake shack - this cashier looked out for everyone and kept her positivity yet efficiency and cool. Ridiculous crowd but the staff and team I noticed handled it like clockwork with good team spirit- everyone seemed to have each other s back. Had to write to compliment this beauty I noticed amidst the chaos of Grand Central s nonstop crowds. Kudos to the team and staff tonight.

To comment on the food I bring my tourist friends to Shake Shack all the time. A little high on the price point but food is always good. Grateful for the recommendation to try the Holiday special chocolate mocha shake amidst the shroom burger & regular fries on the regular menu
Food never disappoints
