The New York Shake Shack is hands down the best I ve had! Who knew the cheese could be so perfect!

My fries and burger were so salted that they were completely inedible, and it wasn't because it was busy as there was almost no line at the time. I took one bite and spit it back out immediately. If I were to try Shake Shack again, it would have to be at another location because I will not be going back to this one in Grand Central. Pro: the cashier did handle my allergies very well, so the service was good. The food however, was far from it.

The hamburgers and potatoes are a delicacy !!!!!, But the price is expensive, they have no combos and everything adds up, we went last week there were 4 and we paid more than 60 dollars.

Slowest service ever known to man. You could easily wait 20-30 min for fast food.

So recently i would feel nervous when ordering because my previous order was late and caused me to miss the metro north train. The manager (I think he was- black dude who had a hairnet covering his beard) today (2/1/18) saw that I looked nervous and I told him why. He said that he would make sure my order would come out before my train comes and personally handed it to me. As a person who has to work in customer service myself, I really appreciated seeing a friendly face that helped to restore my trust in the company .

It was around 10 o'clock on a holiday morning, so it wasn't so crowded.

A must if you re only passing through New York and have time for one meal. Shake Shack is synonymous with NYC because the burgers are just that delicious. Always made fresh and warm at every bite. Soooo good!

Lines are pretty long but the service and food are great. When they mistakenly forgot to cook my order, they apologized and offered me a free drink. Good customer service like that seems to be fading away in most fast food places so I'm going to make sure to notate it. The seating arrangements aren't too impressive, but they are workable.

Closest location from my work but u need to plan ahead coz it's super busy even more during lunch time even if u order online, take ur time to go pick. But it's worth the wait. Shroom burger is the best along with cheese fries.

This location has really made great improvements recently. Service is faster, there is no longer a giant glut of people waiting for their food (which used to be typical), and when there was an issue with a mobile order I made, the manager took care of it right away. I hope this location keeps up like this. I will be a returning and frequent customer if so. I work right by it.

When I visited NYC, eating at Shake Shack was high on my list of things to do. This place, and even location, did not disappoint! Despite how many hundreds/thousands of people that go through this location, we were STILL recognized when we came for lunch two days in a row. They were fast, and the burgers were incredible. We also tried the fries with bacon and their cheese sauce, and it was amazing.

Misleading when it says 11pm closure and the cashier turns you down at 1055... last time I rush for this

This is branch in the "dining hall" at grand Central terminal... as good as always. One of the better selections

Wait is way too long and price too high for what you're getting.
Perhaps if there's no line and you just can't make it to Five Guys, you can try it, as the burgers are fine, but if you have legs, use them to go to a better place

They are the best hamburgers and hoaxes I've ever tasted

It's not the token Shake Shack experience. The tomatoes and lettuce were shredded so the burger didn't taste the same. They used ketchup packets, which seems like no big deal but I really liked the pump ketchup at all other locations. The sitting area was way too tight and uncomfortable. And you just don't get that vibe the way you do from other chains.

It is considered one of the best. Places to burger. I found it just OK .. Price is not cheap and the burger I've eaten better. Maybe before turning the net was better.

Food is good but it seems the wait here is very long. I've ben here when the ordering line is short but still a long wait for the food. Going to try the advanced ordering via the app to see if that experience is better.

There's always a big line but it disappears really really fast. Tasty hamburgers with great shakes, mi GF and I liked the Chocolate Shake. If you are two, try to get a table while the other is in the line, it's usually crowded, I mean, it's Grand Central.

Very bad service I waited so long time. The burger was bad one half had bacon and the other side was full of tomato. Worst burger I have eaten and overpriced

It was a pretty decent location of shake shack, they had the whole menu I assumed so I had the chicken fingers and French fries and it was pretty decent I had honey mustard with it and it was pretty good aswell. The shake was okay but there was no fountain drinks which sucked.
