This location is insanely busy and chaotic - I guess that should ha have been obvious give it's in Central Station. If you must go to this location order online first and be prepared to wait.
The food itself is standard of all Shake Shacks.
It's not a bad burger ... But not good either.
I expected much more, but with the potatoes that bring bacon and cheese, the experience improved
Spectacular hamburgers in the middle of the monumental station, a film scene. The cheesefries are very good, and the price is contained, also close to an important node of subway stops, to move around the island of Manhattan

It's located inside the dining concourse. Crowded during lunch hour and very limited seating. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes. Burgers are always great.
Food was good. Service was unbelievably slow. My fries didn't make it into our basket. No big deal. I told the employee at the counter and he said he'd get some. I waited 10 minutes and still nothing. Finally got them after asking again.

Okay burgers, fries are average and it is honestly not the best tasting or most creative burger you get for the money. The atmosphere at Grand Central is however something to be experienced.

I'm not sure why this place attracts a large crowd. The food is so so. The prices are high, especially when compared to the fast food places which taste the same. And there is a huge line. Perhaps it's the location inside the grand central building, and that no other fast food is in there, the crowd throngs to that place.

Always good to grab a Shake Shack burger, fries, and shake. Staff was friendly and helpful. This restaurant is busier than most so the wait can be longer than expected. Seating can also be a challenge.

Prices fair but factor in long waits due to invariably large crowds! The restaurant s bathroom is Grand Central Dining Concourse s bathroom. Free wi-fi.
Best fast food of ny burger potato and even the coke here and better than other fast food chains ... the only downside is the queues and place to sit quade always full but it's worth it if you never ate it.
