I am not a coffee drinker yet my wife and family are. Serranos is where we go most often. The staff is fantastic as we have gotten to know them a little. Quality drinks and food. There are a couple in the family that prefer Starbucks yet Serranos bar far gets most of our business.

I love coffee and Serranos is an amazing place to meet and chill! There are many private seating areas and the menu selection is great. I also enjoy the staff, as they're very friendly and helpful.

Great coffee shop. Staff is always kind and takes a few moments to really connect. They take the rush out of life and help you enjoy the ride a bit more with great, fresh coffee. Randy, you are the coolest.

My wife and I love this coffee place. We go here multiple times a month. The coffee is the best. Latte's and cappuccinos' could be a bit better, they area little more sweet then I prefer. I'm not sure if it's too much cream/froth or what. The staff is always so friendly (even at 6am!). Great place to get a good drink and work or read. The food is worth it too!

I ve loved this place since I was little when it use to be across the street by Safeway. Always friendly staff and good coffee.
Clean and comfortable to take a coffee break at.
Reason for only four stars is its 50/50 in the drive thru. Sometimes it s super fast and very accurate with orders or the why is it taking 10 minutes for a drip coffee and scone.?
Still I prefer this over Starbucks any day!
They also have gluten-free muffins that are very good. $4.00 per muffin, a bit pricey but it s gluten free , what do you expect.

(Later that day)- had the Mango Sunrise smoothie with whip cream.........absolutely delicious!

I really like their breakfast options, but I don't drink coffee and their black tea selection is minimal. There's plenty of seating and two meeting rooms. Everyone who works here is really nice.

Stop debating and just go! Much better than any chain coffee shop. Has a good variety of coffee beans, coffee drinks, and even a good selection of teas (including a masala tea, one of my favorites). I had a small Milky Way Avalanche iced coffee drink, and it was great.

waited for 15 minutes in the drive through only to be asked what ordered once we got to the window because they forgot, and then go the drinks incorrect. super bummed as we really try to support local shops.

Rude staff, rude customers. On two occasions I've had a barista refuse to fix a drink they made wrong, and I ended up dumping it into the trash right in front of them. They don't know what customer service is, spend all their time chatting with each other then mess up drinks and refuse to make a new one. Today a woman's group threw me out of the conference room even though they hadn't booked it. I was told "there are more of us then of you so you should leave". I guess it's a great place if you're a bored housewife who has nothing better to do. If you sit outside you'll have people smoking their vape pens and blowing it in your face. I'd much rather spend my time at the Starbucks less than a block away. Everyone in Monument raves about Serrano's; based on my experiences, I'm not sure why.

By far the best coffee beans I have found in the springs area! Been a long time customer and Carl s mix is the only beans I ll use for my automatic espresso machine. Makes a perfect shot with a thick layer of crema. Beans are not too oily that it ll mess up your grinder/hopper. The cafe also has great food! Try the Bella panini or the tomato bisque with bacon, you won t regret it!

Love this coffee shop!! We recently moved to the area and I love finding a local coffee place and Serranos is amazing! The coffee is really good and I love how they do a few creative coffee features each month, like the nutty Irishmen for March. The best part is not only is the coffee amazing, the staff is incredible. I haven't come across one person yet that wasn't super friendly.

Service was good, coffee was good, breakfast burrito was good but needed something to kick it up a notch. Maybe next time, and there will be a next time, I'll order it smothered with green chili.

Great locally-roasted coffees and good coffee-shop food (made-on-site breakfast burritos and paninis) in a comfortable, extra spacious setting. Popular hangout for locals, college students, Bible studies, etc.

Coffee is okay at best. The cinnamon roll was the worst I d ever had; dry and tasteless. Can t hold up to Pilsbury. They could raise the feel by offering actual plates and cutlery. This place just wasn t anything to write home about.

The food and drinks here are amazing, but most of the time my order is usually messed up or they mess up mid way through and it takes another 7 mins to make another one. Seems like they need more training.

Sooooo disappointed! Brought my friends to try out a new place and based on the reviews, I expected a better experience. No soups or salads available today, and the French dip sandwiches were cold. Even the au jou! I did like my pina colada, though. I gave a star for the smoothie. Won't be back. :(

Yay! I finally found what I've been looking for: a great coffee shop in Monument. You can chill here with friends, work on your laptop, read, etc. in their cozy seating area, all while sipping on your delicious beverage of choice. They have lots of different drinks, from cold to hot, decaf to caf, and creative treats like their apple pie cider. I'm all about espresso drinks. Thankfully, they have a rich, bold espresso with just a hint of spice - that combined with masterfully steamed milk complete with the perfect frothy foam makes for a delicious latte. Oh, and the staff is great too! Drive past the lame Starbucks nextdoor and get a REAL treat from Serrano's. (Support local businesses! Yay!)

Great local joint with really well roasted and we'll prepared coffee. The service is great and the environment is inviting. Lots of people from the neighborhood hanging out, working, doing homework, and meeting friends. They even have a separate meeting area for more formal stuff. Highly recommend driving past the big chain place and coming here. They even have a drive thru!

Customer experience has really suffered since the Corona virus. Used to be my favorite local coffee shop. The management really needs to take a look at the customer experience at Dutch Bros or Chick-fil-A.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the Colorado Springs area. I know it's in Monument, but it's not too far and you don't need to fight downtown parking for the same hipster feel and quality roasts.

We normally drive there for coffee from the Springs. We used to love it, something in the past two months has changed and the drinks taste watered down. Thought maybe it was a fluke so we went back and the same thing. I hope they can get it figured out so we can come back. We miss the way you used to make coffee! Even some the locals have said something has changed, I thought it was just me.
