I appreciate the wonderful service and personal attention I received from Nick at Interform. Even when my order ended up being less than originally planned, it didn't change his interaction with me at all. My experience with the one order definitely makes me want to come back for future needs. I always appreciate a company that shows they care about their customer's experience.

This company is absolutely awesome to work with, and if you get Gordy as your rep, then you are set! Their inventory of items to choose from is very extensive and has everything that meets our needs. Their print screen services are top quality. One time I chose shirts that ran smaller than expected, with one call explaining my deadlines and concerns they were quick to rush order and hand deliver bigger sizes within three days! I will use them for all my apparel needs!

After a long search for a reliable, quality, trustworthy swag vendor, our company found Interform and we've never looked back. There aren't enough words for how much we enjoy working with Jim and his crew. He always gives us 100% honest feedback and keeps us in the loop during every step of the production process. Items arrive on time or early, and if something every goes wrong (which is rare), they have no hesitations in taking accountability and more than make up for it. They can do everything, and they have amazing customer services, but I just wish their prices were a little lower.

Was late in ordering a major promo order this past holiday season; everyone else I contacted either couldn't help me or simply didn't want to. Interform went the extra mile to make it happen for us! There is an endless amount of items to choose from and awesome employees to help along the way! The Sales Team and the Design Team are very responsive and detail-oriented. They have worked hard to make sure we are getting the exact look we want for our apparel. We often have a response to a question within a few hours of asking. The Warehouse Team also deserves a shout out - they are hard working and extremely polite and helpful.

Do not work with McKay Wilkerson. It took me 4 months trying to get my custom sweatshirts made with him. It took multiple attempts of me reaching out to him (sometimes 3-4 emails in a row) before he would respond. Was not helpful or proactive in any way in keeping me updated on the status of my order that I tried to place. After the 4 months, I gave up and will be taking my business elsewhere.

My company uses Interform for our uniforms and besides offering great materials and reasonable prices the customer service is excellent. I ordered a new item they had just added to our approved items list and when I got it the color scheme was off. I emailed them and Karyn quickly fixed the issue and let me keep both hats with no extra charge. Thank you so much and y'all should give Karyn a raise!
