Great spot for a cup of coffee to meet up with a friend, or get some work done. Lots of seating options and even a separate meeting room if needed. Friendly staff.

Love supporting local businesses. Great atmosphere. Quaint, friendly, comfortable. Couches, chairs, tables, booths, high tops, gifts and extensive menu of food, coffees, teas, hot chocolate and even smoothies! Pastries, sandwiches and more!
Great coffee, fast preparation, and fantastic service. Will visit again for sure.
We LOVE Serranos! The staff is like family to us and we are always welcomed with warm smiles. The food is quality and coffee is excellent-especially the cold brew!
Love the italian creme soda. Especially the watermelon flavor. Cheaper than Starbucks with a bit better drink selection
Small batch roasted coffee with good baristas that actually know how to pull good shots of espresso. Definitely worth going to instead of the Starbucks that uses automated espresso machines.
Friendly atmosphere, good mocha lattes and great fresh food!
A wonderful relaxing place. Their coffee is first rate and the service is outstanding. The barista s are friendly and quick and the menu is diverse. So much better than the celestial named shop avoid the street. They also have a laidback seating area with free wifi. A great place to spend some friendly relaxing time with friends.
The chicken and rice soup is the bomb this time of year. Oh! And the day they do discounted price mochas. The staff is friendly. The internet is good.
Good food and desserts. Breakfast egg sandwiches are excellent.
Great coffee, great prices, and a break from Starbucks
Great coffee bean selection and drinks staff is fantastic
One of my favorite places to go hang out when I'm home. Great drinks, good food and a homey atmosphere
Best coffee shop in Monument. Nice atmosphere, usually pretty clean. Delicious espresso, quality coffee. They have food options, such as breakfast sandwiches and lunch paninis, as well as bakery items. Both have gluten- free options! :D not too expensive, either. Staff is wonderful and accommodating. Usually plenty of parking. My go-to meet up place in Monument for breakfast, lunch, and coffee-with-a-laptop time for work/study.
Not too many tables, but if you get one it could be a good place to catch up with friends or use their wifi to get work done. Their gluten-friendly sandwiches are delicious, and there coffee is good. Customer service was approachable.
Staff is always friendly. Love their monthly specials and gluten-free options.
Beautiful and friendly. It is like being a teenager again visiting with that friend whose momma goes above and beyond catering to all the friends.
Best. Coffee. Ever. And their service is top notch. I have Starbucks literally across the street and still drive 10 mins to get Serranos. Wish they would open another location near Polaris point.. hint .. hint..
Best coffee in the area! I've been going to Serranos for 15 years at least - it has wonderful coffee and a cozy atmosphere with plenty of space. Their baked goods and sandwiches are great too. Plus the staff is always amazingly friendly at 6am!
This is a great little coffee shop. It looks like it was once a bank and now a coffee shop. The local crowd is pretty heavy here, but you don t feel pushed or rushed. I would say this is a pretty nice place to get a coffee in monument. It s tucked away unlike Starbucks and prices right!
Coffee ok, place is showing its use. Time for s clean up and an upgrade.
Good coffee, sweet atmosphere. Nice place and close-to-home feel.
I accidentally went here when I was trying to get to Starbucks. I'm super happy I did. I tried their blackberry lavender iced coffee (less sweetened) and it was so different and tasty! The girl there was awesome too, very personable and friendly. Any time I pass through I am definitely making a stop to this coffee spot.
Delicious coffee! Bought 3 bags to take back to the east coast!
Helpful, cheerful and experienced personnel. Been going there for 20 years and I don't guess I'll change
Their flavored coffees are not the best. Ive tried several fall flavors and today picked pumpkin spice. Most times their flavored coffees just dont really have any flavor at all but the pumpkin spice was the worst as it tastes like they just dumped a bunch of pepper in there.
The coffee of the day always has a great selection. The drive through can be slow at times, but it s because they offer items that take a little longer to prep like the breakfast burrito but it s so good. Great local spot versus going across the street to Starbucks. Introduce some variety!
I'm submitting this review from a different angle as I was a former employee here because I think it's important for people to know the integrity of this place. This is a shop that takes pride in their products and want to make sure everything is done right. It is very well managed (which actually is pretty rare for small businesses) and they're constantly looking for ways to be better. As an employee I was treated with respect and treated fairly-- it truly was a great place to work. If that's how they treat their employees, imagine how they treat their customers it's worth the trip. Ditch the Starbucks and come on over for a warm, inviting coffee shop full of happy, energetic baristas that really do love their jobs.
Good coffee and tea drinks and good cookies! I like the spacious interior. It didn't feel crowded at all.
Practically every time I come there my order is wrong. No matter how much I annunciate or repeat my order it still comes out wrong. I used to never have this problem until recently. It has gotten old real quick.
Staff messed up my drink, then instead of remaking it they ignored me for 5 min then handed me the same drink. Either that or they remade it in the same cup (handwritten note on side for wrong drink), which is a healthcode violation. Also told my Mom that hers was decaf but it wasn't. We know because she is allergic to it and she had a reaction 5 minutes into her drink. Serious staff and quality control issues. Which is too bad because my Mom said the coffee was quite tasty before she had to stop drinking it. I tossed mine, might have had spit in it.
Very good light roast coffee. Good espresso (flat white, latte). Have not tried food. Staff is friendly. Been there six times and see mostly older, local crowd.
Great breakfast burritos to go with your morning coffee.
This is the place to meet in north Monument. Not far from Larkspur. In addition to good coffee and other drinks, try their pastries. My lemon bar was really fresh.
Very clean and covid aware. Coffee is amazing! Fun place to hang out. Play games, visit, do business. Large seating area, that includes cozy booths ! They also have a conference room you can reserve and use for free. Delicious pastry bites. Patio with front range view! Drive-thru.
Had a super nice and quite atmosphere, and good pastries and coffee! Definitely going back next time I'm in town.
This place is awesome ONLY as long as you prefer great quality coffee. If you suck down Dunkin Doughnuts and Starbucks, your deluded and depressing tastebuds should stay there. Don t complain about how this coffee doesn t taste bad enough for your righteous seal of approval.
Always great coffee & great service! Also, try their breakfast burritos, SO good!
I m over the moon about Serranos! The coffee drinks and food are delicious and inexpensive. I got 1/2 a turkey Reuben and house salad for under $5. And check out the foam on that latte, and all those beans! It s not too-crowded too today (Sunday afternoon). It s a great place to get some work done or meet up with friends.
I can t believe this is my first time here. It definitely won t be my last!
Way better than the other guys at a comparable price
