Good coffee. Love the burritos. Wait times can be a bit long. Much preferred to Starbucks next door.

It isn't bad, service is good. I think Dutch Bros ruined other places for me. The chai was better than the coffee. It was pretty good actually.

My favorite coffee shop! The drink selection is pretty good, with monthly drinks that cater to the season. The food is delicious and served quickly. I love stopping in for a quick drink or meeting with someone in the cozy environment they've created. I recommend the butterbeer latte.

One of the best Coffeehouses in the city. Coffee roasts are smooth and don't taste burnt. Flavored Latte's are not too sweet so you can still taste the espresso.

Great, friendly atmosphere but I am disappointed and will not be coming back in the future. Wifi hasn't been working for over an hour on my phone or laptop. I have asked the employees to reset to router multiple times and I'm not sure if it ever happened. Sumatra coffee was also disappointing. Paid $7 for a small potato breakfast burrito with an oz of cold green chili. Very over priced.
Please fix the wifi, I just spoke with another customer who left due to the lack of available wifi.

I adore this place, everything from the food and coffee, to the great views and quite environment. The coffee is fresh made from coffee beans either imported or locally grown (depends on blend.) The food is made after you order and the drinks are phenomenal, also the staff is excellent at serving you. 10/10 My favorite coffee shop.

Friendly staff and a very relaxing atmosphere. They roast their own coffee and it's always fresh and really good. Worth a stop if you are in Monument, or driving through on I-25.

This place provides some of the best coffee in town. From light to dark roast and everything in between. The service is always friendly and their snacks are delicious.

Friendly staff and convenient meeting room, but the kitchen closes at 3:00 so no hot foods after that. Baked goods are tasty and fresh, but choices are limited if you're trying to avoid sugar and/or gluten.

Cheap, nice and plenty of breakfast options. The coffee is good, the pastries are (for the most part) made in house.

I came here to study, which I appreciate some tables in the dining room being open despite COVID. There was social distancing between customers and all staff were wearing a mask. I ordered an iced chai which was delicious it was around $3.50 for 12 ounces. I also ordered a triple chocolate muffin which was good, but slightly pricey at $4.00. The atmosphere was great with booths and tables and low music. Staff were very courteous and nice. And i love that this cafe is open on Sundays so I can get my studying in before work on Monday.

Excellent coffee and food! WIFI is good for working and having meetings. They have a meeting room with white board that you can rent for meetings as well.

Friendly service, good internet access, nice and easy atmosphere with plenty of space, and the coffee is well worth the trip. Starbucks is close but who wants burnt coffee?

Tuesdays $2 mochas are awesome I always love going to Serrano's. The people there are friendly and the food is very yummy

Great place to meet friends and have a light bite to eat. Plus they have great coffees. There are a couple of meeting rooms that can be reserved too.

Great coffee, nice seating areas, very intimate...love the ambiance. They even had toys for kids. No changing table in the bathroom, but wonderful otherwise!

Best office space in Monument!

I enjoy everyone here and this coffee shop has become my favorite meeting and work spot. The food is terrific and work spaces are actually usable. Thanks Serranos!

We were in this area for a work trip and visited Serranos multiple times because they were SO friendly and great coffee. The atmosphere is welcoming and they were quick in the drive thru as well

Back to Starbucks next time. Dark roast half caff was weak. Service was very good, friendly. Seating is comfortable, varied: chairs/tables, or leather sofas/chairs. Good place for conversation or for studying.

I love their coffee and the employee's are very vibrant and fast. Would get 5 stars but they tend to run out of bakery items at any given time in the A.M. and I am hooked on the pecan cookies!

Hands down the best coffee shop in the area. It has been around for many years and has been a pinnacle of quality and customer service as long as i can remember. Try the breakfast burritos and smoothies!

Just dropped in for the first time and we are ready to come back. Great coffee and hot chocolate, good prices, and amazing cinnamon rolls. I am glad we are in town for a few days, we will be back tomorrow for a made to order breakfast burrito.

Nice atmosphere; comfortable place to relax, study, or meet people. Their drinks are yummy and inexpensive compared to Starbucks. Their savory food is also very good, but I haven't tried much from their bakery.

Love the Caramel Thing iced coffee! Had the BLT with house salad. LOVED BOTH! GREAT STAFF!!!
